I completely disagree with the other reviews. Jadanica has been wonderful to work with. Judy always picks up the phone or responds to my emails right away. We received our raw DVD about a month after our wedding, which was very quick and the footage was amazing! Our wedding was in September and we had family coming to visit for Christmas so I emailed Judy to see if our video was complete, she said not quite, but I can send you a partially edited version now to show your family, we received it the next week and it is wonderful even though its not complete. Jason & Stan were wonderful to work with the day of our wedding also. I barely even noticed they were there, but they caught footage that our photographer did not, which was quite impressive.

I highly recommend Jadanica Productions for your wedding videograper!

I believe Jadanica Productions does not even deserve a star. Using this company has been a nightmare. We used Jadanica Productions for our Summer wedding last year, June 23, 2007. Our contract stated that we would have our wedding video by December 23, 2007. As of today, March 27, 2008 we have still not received our video. This company has not only broken their end of the contract but has continually set due dates and broken those as well. We have been in communication with the company and it is excuse after excuse for why they have not completed our video. I highly encourage you not to use Jadanica Productions unless you want to also go through the heart ache and stress that we have dealt with for the last 9 months!

A wedding is stressful enough, it makes it worse when you have to deal with incompetent vendors.

I wouldn't even give this company one star if I had an option not to. I am flabbergasted at the company's lack of professionalism. I booked this company for my July wedding in 2007. I paid for a basic package off of their website. In December of 2007 when my video was due to be sent, I heard nothing from the company. I emailed them, very upset, and they replied that there is a clause in their contract saying that if they need more time to finish their video that it isn't a breech on contract. I am sure this clause is to save their behinds because they do this all the time. They have repeatedly given me new deadlines and broken them, early March, April 10th, May 3rd, May 16th, May 30th, and it is now June 13th and almost exactly eleven months from my wedding date and I still am waiting for my video. After each broken promise, I wouldn't even hear from the company as the dates came and passed and I had to email them first to see why my video wasn't sent as promised. The company has excuse after excuse why they aren't finished, they were out of town (that has been given at least 4 times in the last year) or my video is very complicated, as if it were my fault. My video is a basic package off of their website that they complete all the time. If I could go back in time, I wouldn't ever signed on with this company. Jadanica productions has been a NIGHTMARE!
