I just bought my Allure wedding gown at Jaehee the other day:) The salon is absolutely beautiful & they have such an immense amount of dresses from many designers, many styles, & for many different budgets. Ellen was my consultant & was very kind, patient, funny & helpful during my appointments. I never felt pressured & she was very professional when I practically lambasted her with questions. She listened & looked at the portfolio of photos of dresses I was in love with & luckily brought out the ones I was dying to try on & ones that she thought I would like. She then also asked me to go into the backroom where they keep many of their sample dresses & to look around to see if there were any other dresses I wanted to try :) I felt like a kid in a candy store. I tried on many dresses & she always gave me her honest opinion on what dress complimented my figure best.....which designer was more reasonable in pricing etc. I learned a lot haha. She was a doll when my mother & my neighbor who is practically like a second mother to me came to see me in what I believed to be "the dress.....the one." She brought out different veils to put on me while I was on a platform in front of a ginormous mirror & made me feel like a princess. They kept trying to get in touch with Allure Bridals the whole appointment time to see if my dress would arrive in time since I was five months out. I didn't even have to pay a rush fee which was good but it was more of a relief that my dress will arrive in time for alterations & of course my wedding! The jewelry & accessories they have at the store are stunning. The veil my "2nd mother" bought for me as a gift was breathtaking. So far, I have only wonderful things to say about this salon. I hope that my future experiences with Jaehee's staff will be just as wonderful.

Disappointing service. Judging from the reviews one's experience at this boutique depends on the rep you get. Mine refused to show me dresses in the style I want and kept pressuring me to try on mermaid gowns even though that was not my preference. She could not locate any of the dresses I wanted to try on that per their website were in stock. At one point she even had me look for the dress while she literally stood there and watched. Poor, poor service and very unresponsive to the bride's and the bridesmaid's opinions. I have never felt so disrespected before in terms of my own dress preferences. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I just purchased my wedding gown at Jaehee and the experience was amazing. My appointment was with Bojana. She was so helpful and knowledgable and had great ideas. With her help the appointment was a breeze and I ended up finding the most amazing dress. My family and I were so pleased we made a second appointment with Bojana for bridesmaid dresses. Bojana was fantastic, and with her help we were able to find the perfect bridesmaids dresses. I highly reccomend going to Jaehee. The environment is comfortable, the dresses are beautiful, and you couldn't ask for better service.

I could not find the actual dress I originally envisioned by the consultant topped my idea and I knew I had "MY" dress. They are so professional even when the store was completely packed. It was a great experience every bride should experience ...

I purchased my bridal gown and bridesmaids dresses from Jaehee. Claribel was a charm to work with when I had to select my wedding gown. The young lady who helped me pick out my bridesmaids dresses was helpful, however we did have some issues as the wrong color pink/ chiffon material dress was selected for my bridesmaid dresses. However the issue was quickly rectified. The alteration department is also very helpful. They were flexible in helping me create additional features for my dress. Although some employees in the shop are standoffish, don't let that deter you from working with some of the good reps who do an outstanding job. I would recommend this vendor.

I went to many Bridal Salons all over NJ & NY with my mother and JaeHee Bridal was the best by far! I tried on probably 20 dresses...not once did I feel rushed. That day we spent 4 hours there! I did not buy my dress because the following week I had an appointment at a NYC bridal store (which I won't name but has a tv show) worst experience of my life. Anyway, called JaeHee told them I think I found my dress and can I come in as soon as possible to try it on again....they of course said absolutely and I went in the next day to purchase it. I wouldn't have even gone there if it wasn't for my mothers friend who raved about JaeHee...his daughter also purchased her wedding dress there too!

I bought my wedding dress, hair accessories, and my bridesmaids dresses at Jaehee bridal. It was such a great experience! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. They have one of the best selections of dresses in Northern NJ - their entire backroom is filled with hundreds of options.
I highly recommend checking them out! You will not be disappointed!

Loved my dress! Workers are so accommodating especially to my budget! Just wonderful! I loved my dress so much I wanted to wear it over and over after my wedding...

I bought my dress at JaeHee Bridal Atelier for my wedding that took place this past December. From the moment I arrived for my first appointment, I was welcomed with personalized attention and a smile! It was relatively easy to get an appointment, which is great compared to other salons that didn't have availability for months! I was very impressed by the selection of dresses and the knowledge that the sales women had for their products. The accessories in the salon are a bit expensive, but they have a great selection and are very good quality.
I can't say enough about my seamstress, Olivia, who helped alter my dress to exactly what I needed. During my alteration appointments, Olivia knew exactly what I was thinking before I said anything and she did an amazing amount of work to my dress to make it so unbelievably gorgeous! I ordered extra material to make my train longer and instead of having to bustle all of this material up the entire night, Olivia suggested a detachable train, which looked absolutely amazing and made it easy to move around in my dress throughout the night!!
I got so many compliments on my dress and veil and I have already recommended several of my friends to visit JaeHee Bridal to shop for their wedding gowns. JaeHee- thank you for helping to make my wedding day so...

After my first appointment with Jaehee, I went elsewhere to find my dress. I was very overwhelmed by the experience. When I wanted to try more styles of dresses, my consultant insisted that the dress I had on was the perfect one and then went to find veils and hair pieces for me - which I wasn't ready to try on and it was all a little too much for me.
I ended up returning there and having my opinion completely turned around. I lost my dress when Bridals by Roma went bankrupt and started the whole search all over again. I had finally decided on a strapless lace gown and was going to have the bodice rebuilt with a neckline, straps, and a cut out back. No salon that I visited was willing to do the amount of alterations and beadwork that I had arranged for at Bridals by Roma. When I visited Jaehee a second time, they got right on the phone with the designer of my dress (Allure), took over the order that had not been completed by Roma (and even gave it to me cheaper!) and immediately sat down with me to go over the designwork that would be necessary to create the dress I wanted. I met with my seamstresses several times and they were patient and helpful and always very kind. They built up the whole top of the dress exactly as I had designed it and hand beaded the entire extremely large ballgown. I got so many compliments on the uniqueness of my gown.

I can't even begin to express how much I loved working with Jaehee. Sarah was the original salesperson I worked with and she was wonderful. I was engaged 14 months so by the time I went for fittings, she was no longer working there, which is a shame because she was so sweet and always so honest. For my fittings, I worked with Olivia. She performs miracles!! She made my Lazaro gown fit like a glove. I received so many compliments on my gown and Olivia had a huge part in it since she altered the dress to fit my body so well. I also got my bridesmaids' Belsoie dresses there. I originally worked with Anna but again, I was engaged for 14 months so by the time my bridesmaids picked up their dresses and had fittings, Anna was no longer working there. Anna was a doll to work with. She was SO patient with me. I must have gone in there with my bridesmaids like 5x because I could not decide on the perfect dress. But she worked with me and answered all my emails and phone calls right away. Lastly, Joan is the biggest sweetheart ever. She always answered my emails and questions quickly and treated me so well every time I went in! I recommended a few people go there for their dress because the selection is amazing and service is impeccable. They were truly a pleasure to work with and they made my wedding dress experience a delight.

You can try on a million wedding dresses, one more beautiful than the next, but at some point you have to choose. When I came to Jae Hee Bridal I was at that point. The sales woman was nice enough and the Lazaro dress I liked was on trunk with a discount so I went for it.
My seamstress was very nice and professional, though she doesn't actually do the work, her team does. My dress was satin and there were quite a few pulls in it each time a around of alterations were done. They were small and they "fixed" them (you can't really fix a pull in satin), but the price I paid for the dress and alterations they should have been a lot more careful with the dress.
What separated Jae Hee Bridal from the rest was Jae Hee's designs. I purchased one of her original design veils. A gorgeous cathedral mantilla lace veil that was more beautiful than my dress.
They do have a really large selection of dresses/designers in all different price ranges, but it's worth a look here just to see Jae Hee's...

I found my dream wedding dress at Jaehee Bridal, but I felt that the whole process of getting my dress to be less than desirable. Communication with their brides is a major area of weakness at Jaehee. After purchasing my dress I found that I had to contact them several times to see if my dress was in (3 months prior to our wedding, even though I ordered the dress over a year before our wedding date. Honestly, I am not sure if I would have ever gotten a phone call from them that my dress was in and ready for a fitting if I didn't call them). Overall, I am pleased with how my dress turned out, but I wish the whole process was much smoother...

Jae Hee worked with me to give me my dream dress at a more affordable cost. Their alterations were also reasonably priced and the tailors were highly skilled

I have mixed reviews about JaeHee Bridal. I felt like it depended on who you work with. My first visit the sales girl was amazing! The manager on the other hand i thought was cold and pushy. The prices are very high for NJ ($500 for alterations, i took it to another place for $200). After I put my deposit down and had questions, I called and always talked to the same girl that didn't have a clue. Several times I asked to speak with the manager and was told she was unavailable. So i'd leave a message and never got a call back. In spite of all of this I went to see the bridesmaid dress trunk show. The manager helped us out and really sold me on the dresses by being flexible with the price (but again the alterations were so expensive so i had the girls do alterations elsewhere). Their policy is to call 24 hours in advance to say when you are coming to pick up your order. I personally notified them on a Monday and my BM called friday to say she's be there on Saturday and the girl asked her to confirm the time Saturday morning. When she called to confirm she was told by a rude man that he couldn't accomodate her and the best he could do was make her an appointment for a few days later. She had made plans to pick-up the dresses and bring to my shower the following day and pass out to the other BMs. I had to get on the phone, talked to the same rude man and had to get emotional and then ask for the manager before he changed his tune and let her come pickup everything. I wanted to see a comb and veil and called to see if they had them, was told yes and then when i arrived neither was there. I ordered them anyway and luckily they were perfect. So while I did get everything I wanted, i think they need they need a lesson in customer service, especially when dealing with emotional brides.

My dress was beautiful and the alterations were done on time and the woman who did my alterations was amazing! the only downfall was when we went to actually try on dresses there. we were on time for our appointment and still had to wait 45 minutes without an apology. then, we expressed our tight budget instead of working with us, our consultant proceeded to try and have us spend more money by showing us dresses outside of our budget as dresses i "could have if we stretched the budget" and they did not have many dresses for under $1500. so not helpful. but overall we were happy with the dress we chose (only slightly over budget) and the alterations people.

I went to JaeHee Bridal, recommended by my cousin, who knew of JaeHee before she opened this store. The location is right in the heart of Englewood; there is a private parking lot below the store, which was very convenient. When I went to try on wedding gowns, they really worked with my budget. The gowns I tried on were so beautiful, and by well-known designers. Fortunately for me, the first gown I tried on was the one. I added a belt, which they had gorgeous ones to choose from. I did have a small issue with my belt that was ordered; it arrived the Wednesday night before my Friday wedding, since it had to be altered. But Olivia, the seamstress, was very apologetic and assured me it would arrive on time. I really appreciated their business and professionalism, as well as their selection of wedding gowns. The place itself is clean and has many private dressing areas. I have already recommended JaeHee to many of my engaged friends, and will continue to recommend them in the future.

I had a very positive experience with Jae Hee Bridal. Jae Hee was my first and last stop in my search for a wedding dress. At my first consult, I was helped by Sarah who understood very well the style I was looking for and started me out with five dresses that were amazing. Well, I fell in love with the fourth one I tried on. It was a sample dress, and while it needed to be taken in a good deal and I wanted to alter the neckline, Jae Hee assured me personally that it could be done to my satisfaction. While it took a few additional fittings to get it perfect, Gabbi was extremely patient with me and in the end produced a result that was breathtaking. (Thank you, Gabbi!) I felt so beautiful in the dress on my wedding day! My only complaint with Jae Hee Bridal was that, after buying the dress, the attitude of some of the folks who answered the phone and scheduled appointments was sometimes a bit rude and condescending (but Gabbi was the sweetest!) and it felt like they may have scheduled appointments too close together as I had to wait a fairly long time to be seen for a couple of my fitting appointments. Other than that, I was a very happy customer!

They have a wonderful selection of wedding dresses. Appointment was a breeze and they work with any budget. I tried on 3 dresses and I was sold with the 2nd dress I tried on (that just goes to show that they listen to the bride and what she wants). I was afraid it would take me forever to find the dress but it turned out to be one of the easiest things I had to do for the wedding.

I did not purchase my dress at JaeHee Bridal, however they did my alterations. Gabby, my seamstress was amazing. She fitted my dress to me perfectly and saw the imperfections that the others did not see. She made sure everything was just spectacular. She has such a kind heart and is truly great at what she does.

We bought the following dresses at JaeHee: wedding gown, mother-of-the-bride and mother-of-the-groom gowns, maid of honor gown and ten bride's maids dresses. Both the service and alterations were terrible. For example, my mother-in-law drove 3 hours from her home for a scheduled fitting. It was only when she got there that they told her that her dress had not yet come in. When she finally did have her fitting, she felt the alterations were not properly done. The dress was uncomfortable around the underarms and too tight in the bust. She was told to wear a different bra. 4 days before the wedding she went to Lord and Taylor and bought a new dress! My sister's straps kept falling down throughout the entire ceremony and reception. But, worst of all, one string to bustle with was missing and within ten minutes of the reception, another string broke. We tried pinning up the bustle but the weight of the material kept pulling the pins out leaving little holes in the material. People kept stepping on the bustle all night and I kept tripping on it. I had wanted to sell my dress after the wedding. When I got it back from the dry cleaner and seamstress who charged me to try to fix the bustle, it was clear that the dress was permanently damaged and I would not be able to sell it. I wound up donating my gorgeous dress to Rummage! JaeHee was hostile to our story and offered nothing in return for the problems we encountered. They do not provide good service and they do not provide quality alterations. Do NOT Shop there!

I had a very easy appointment picking out my dress. My consultant, Sarah, was great. She showed me exactly what I asked for, didn't get tired of me trying on different dresses, and helped me think outside the box. We never talked about price when I tried on each dress, which I think was a good thing because I didn't weigh how much I liked the dresses based on cost. When it came time to pick "the dress" it was within the budget I had stated. The woman who performed my fittings was amazing. It fit after one fitting, and after that was just to be safe there weren't any changes to my body. The store is sometimes hard to reach by telephone or communicate with over the phone (separate issue with my mother's order), but when you are there it is calm and quiet and the staff is as accommodating as possible.

I have mixed feelings about my overall experience with Jaehee Bridal - mostly because I had a positive experience with most of their staff, and a negative experience with one staff member in particular.
I found their dress selection and atmosphere to be top notch - better than most other places I went to try on dresses. I had a great experience with Anna (she no longer works there), who listened to my fickle requests on wanting this or that or that dress. In the end after trying on 20+ dresses over multiple appointments, I found my dream dress.
I also have nothing but the best things to say about Olivia their seamstress. At the end of the day, what mattered most when it comes to Jaehee Bridal is that my dress fit me well. I can't say I was very comfortable in it but to me, it is one day where you want to look as beautiful as possible and it's okay to sacrifice a bit of comfort. I'd seen brides in the past whose dresses did not compliment their body enough (ie. was too big), and Olivia made sure that was not an issue for me.
I also provided a belt to be sewn in to the dress, only the belt was not long enough. So Olivia "completed the belt design" purchasing her own material. I couldn't be happier with her work and wish I could hire her as my own personal tailor!
My bad experience was when my dress took a long time to come in. It came in 3 months after the date I was told it would be delivered. I almost would not have minded so much if not for Stephanie who, when I asked what the mishap was, told me "You should feel lucky you're getting your dress at all - some brides may not even get their dresses in time for their wedding." It surprised me to think this woman who works in the industry would actually think that was a comforting thing to say and would make a bride-to-be feel "lucky". So unfortunately for Jaehee, my rating is not as high as it would be because of Stephanie.

Wonderful! I bought my dress out of state and they gave me a little deal on it. Everything was wonderful, I dealt with patrice and she could not be more helpful. THANK YOU!!

Jaehee was the first place I went to look for a dress, and I almost walked right out when I arrived for my appointment. I checked in about 15 minutes early (after standing at the desk watching 3-4 girls eating pizza in front of my face, totally ignoring us for way too long), and they didn't meet with me until about an hour after I arrived. Normally I wouldn't really mind, but there wasn't even anywhere to sit so we all stood in the middle of an overly-chaotic room for an entire hour. Nobody even acknowledged that, or offered a chair, or apologized for the wait. Fortunately the woman who helped me understood what I was looking for and put me in the perfect dress... unfortunately, she was either fired or quit the next day and I never dealt with her again. I would have definitely bought the dress somewhere else, but it was a Jaehee design and it happened to be "THE DRESS". The rest of my experiences with Jaehee were equally frustrating - nobody answers the phones, nobody calls you back, nobody pays attention when you're there, they're constantly eating in front of everyone, they are always confused... and my dress came in only 2 weeks before the wedding. Not recommended.

If you want to feel like an absolute princess then this bridal store is the store to go to. They had so many different dresses to choose from. They are so wonderful at picking out the right dress for your body type. I shopped at so many different stores before I went to this one. I finally found my dress here! After I ordered my dress they were so great with alterations. My dress fit me so nicely. I highly recommend going here for your dress!

Stephanie from Jaehee bridal helped me find the perfect wedding dress! She was so knowledgable and eager to help. She spent several hours with us making sure we were 100% satisfied. She helped us find the bridesmaid dresses as well. I definitely recommend making an appointment with Stephanie!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Jaehee Bridal while purchasing my wedding gown. My consultant, Lauren, was extremely helpful and made me feel so special when I found my dress. I felt like a princess! When I went back for alterations, Olivia did an amazing job of altering my gown to fit me perfectly. She was very understanding and listened to my concerns about the dress during the three appointments. During my last fitting, I could not believe how well the dress had been taken in. Overall, I would definitely recommend them to any bride.

Thank you to everyone at Jaehee Bridal for making me feel like a princess on my wedding day! The dress I found at your store was incredible and fit my personality perfectly! I am not a sappy bride but I teared up when I tried it on. My wedding just passed and everyone not only complimented me but asked me where I got the dress! I went to numerous bridal places in NYC looking for the perfect dress (including some big name ones) but no other place but Jaehee provided me with the level of customer service that has impressed me enough to write this review. They are amazing! Alterations came out perfect! THANK YOU!

Jaehee Bridal Atelier was the last place we visited on my hunt for the perfect wedding dress, and luckily I found the perfect dress here. To be honest I was a little turned off in my initial interactions with them. When I first called to make an appointment the girl I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and told me that because I had contacted them so last minute, that I would have no choice but to rent a dress. When we first arrived, there were at least 4 girls at the front desk, but they were so busy sitting around talking to each other that no one asked us if we needed help. However, our interactions with Yina and Olivia were nothing but positive! Despite what the girl on the phone had told me, Yina was able to get the dress that I wanted shipped to me on time. She was very responsive via email and phone throughout the process. Once the dress arrived, with only 1 month until the wedding, Olivia was able to squeeze me in for 3 fittings. She did a wonderful job with the alterations and was so sweet! I couldn't have been happier with the final result. Thank you to everyone at Jaehee Bridal, especially Olivia!

I have to say, when I first went to Jaehee I made an appointment and there was no one to really help me. I was trying on the dresses by myself with the help of my mom; I actually kind of enjoyed it because there wasnt someone over my back the entire time.
Once I bought my dress, which was a sample at an amazing price, the fittings and everything from there ran...

I wanted to give 0 stars but it wouldn't allow me to. I am not sure where to begin. I came to this salon looking for my dream dress in April of this year. My mom and I along with my bridesmaids got there a few minutes before my appointment, but they made us wait for about 25 minutes after it was scheduled. This was not a huge deal, but still annoying.
The rest of my appointment went pretty smooth. I found a dress that I loved but I had a very similar one in mind that I had seen at another salon and wanted to see the two back to back. According to my consultant, the other dress I liked was going to be coming in the middle of the following week, and that I would receive a phone call . Well like most brides I was anxious to try both of these dresses on so when I didn't hear from them by Friday I called them. The consultant I worked with called me back later that day and left a voicemail saying the dress would be in NEXT week and to call her back and make an appointment. I called SEVERAL times to make an appointment with no answer. Finally, I reached another consultant who told me she didn't know if the dress was in yet and that the best way to find out was to get in touch with my consultant via Email. She said that the consultants check email daily. I emailed my consultant I had worked with several times with no response so I called again. The person who answered said my consultant would get back to me by the end of the day, but that never happened. My matron of honor was just as upset as I was, so she called to ask about the dress too and they told her they weren’t sure when the dress was coming in so she told them to please find out and to call her back by the end of the day. This is now three weeks after they said they were supposed to get the dress and neither of us have gotten a response.
I ended up going to another boutique to find the dress and I am SO HAPPY I DID! I found the dress I love for $300.00 LESS THAN JAEHEE! When they make you think you are saving 15 % off the price of the dress that is not true so they must mark them all too high. Jaehee also told me they charge a flat rate of $450.00 for alterations and because I am short I would need a lot of alterations. The boutique I bought my dress from explained that I could get it in a petite size and wouldn’t need many alterations let alone $450 worth.
The bottom line is that if Jaehee had called me back just to say the dress wasn't in yet, but it was coming, then I wouldn’t be so angry, but they didn’t even seem to care. They have extremely poor customer service. I did end up getting a phone call back and an email saying the dress had come in, but it was too late (almost a month after my appointment) I already had an appointment at the other boutique. I ended up saving a ton of money (really my mom did!) on the dress itself, the alterations, and I got my veil for free because I bought my dress on the first appointment. Jaehee definitely lost a big sale. I would have gotten my dress, the bridesmaid dresses, my mothers dress, mother in laws dress and my grandmothers dresses there. They lose in the end. Hope this helps future brides that are thinking of going here.

I purchased my wedding dress through Christine and she was in credibly helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had while I was waiting for my dress to arrive. I enjoyed working with her so much that I recently contacted her to help me with the bridesmaid dresses for a friends wedding.

I had an awesome experience picking up my dress at this boutique. Sarah, the sales lady, sat me down asked a lot of questions and showed me pictures to really understand what my style was and what I was looking for. I felt that she really listened to what I was looking for instead of just picking up dresses from the back. I rated them an A- because they were not active in reaching out to me when my dress was delivered or when I had to make appointments for my alterations. They also did not reach out to my bridesmaids when their dresses were delivered to the store which really annoyed me as I had to call them to let them know that they had to call to arrange their fittings. Aside from that, their alterations and their in-store service was really good. I just wish that they would appoint individuals to accounts as I feel that’s why I was never informed that my dressed had been delivered to the store.

Stephanie and Olivia are the best!!! Very pleased and ended up with a lovely gown.

I loved my dress! It was so easy to work with them and they were so accomodating with my last minute cancellations (weather). The woman who did my alternations was great and so patient with me and my indecisiveness on a few things. Overall, they were great and a pleasure to work with. I received so many compliments on my dress!

I am so pleased with the service provided by the staff at Jaehee's Bridal. I went to Jaehee's with a list of several dresses that I wished to check out, but they only had 1 of the many I wanted to try on. I was a little disappointed, but my sales associate was able to figure out what my style was and picked out a dress she thought I would like. The dress she showed me was a beautiful Lazaro strapped trumpet gown that I thought was nice, but was not crazy about. I was interested in a strapless gown and this one had straps. To my delight, I was told that it could be converted into strapless gown for me. When my gown arrived I was notified of its arrival and scheduled a first fitting date. To say that I was taken by complete shock when Jaehee herself entered the fitting room I was in, and CUT the straps off my brand new gown, is an understatement. I was mortified and so nervous that I had made a mistake. However, when I returned for my 2nd fitting after it had been converted into a strapless gown, I was left speechless. The gown was beautiful as it was intended to be by the designer, however, converted into a strapless gown by the seamstress team at Jaehee, it was STUNNING. I am so happy with the way my semi-custom gown turned out and would recommend that every bride at least go have a look at the collection of gowns at Jaehee's bridal, you will not be disappointed. I received SO MANY compliments on my gown and I am so grateful for the wonderful team at Jaehee's bridal. They were professional, accommodating and very friendly from the very first day.

We used JaeHee Bridal for my wedding gown and all of the bridesmaids dresses for our wedding. Their selection was great and the staff were very helpful and accommodating to our busy schedules. All of the alterations came out great and everyone looked beautiful on the day of! I would recommend JaeHee to any of my friends or family.

My experience at Jaehee Bridal was absolutely A+++ from start to finish. Since my mom lives in CA and I live in NYC, we only had a small window to shop for my gown. I found a dress I absolutely loved, but it was only carried at Kleinfelds (which I DID NOT want to go to) and at Jaehee. Well thank goodness I went to Jaehee because my bridal consultant, Sarah Stuart, was so wonderful to work with. I found my dream dress, and it fit me PERFECTLY on the day. You get personalized service in a beautiful setting. I highly recommend Jaehee!

Horrible experience...I went there with my sister because my mom could not attend; the minute I mentioned, that if I found a contender I would prob had to return with my mom the sales consultant wrap my appt and told me to just return with my mom. Little did she know my mom told me to make my selection and then bring her....I went to another salon who also knew that and were patient with me; I found my dress and two days later took my mom and bought my dress from them....Jaehee bridal tries TOO hard to be an up scale salon but is just obvious they are DESPERATE for a sale...they don't care about you unless ur wallet is open in front of their face...ugh don't go there; there are too many bridal salons willing to give you a worthy experience without even knowing if they will make a sale...

I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about Stephanie M. in particular, and all of the lovely ladies who contributed to my experience at Jaehee Bridal Atelier. Prior to my trip to Jaehee, I had already had appointments at three other very nice bridal salons in New Jersey, and one rather notorious salon in NYC (where I live). Let's just say that I, um, didn't say yes to the dress...
I had a good sense of what I was looking for from the beginning, but no one seemed to really get it—until my appointment at Jaehee, that is! I arrived for my appointment, and was impressed right away by the sophisticated decor. The salon is really lovely—bridal, yet tasteful. My mom and I then sat down and had a quick chat with Stephanie, during which I proceeded to give her my usual bad explanation: old-world inspired for a wedding at an 18th century, rustic estate, but still contemporary, bold, and somewhat fashion-forward. Kind of a weirdly specific, yet troublingly vague description that had thrown off quite a few consultants already (and I don't blame them). Luckily for me, Stephanie is the best! It became immediately clear that for the first time, I was speaking with a consultant who really listened. She understood the look I was trying to achieve right away.
Consultants I had met with in the past seemed to merely fixate on the basics, like sweetheart neckline and overall silhouette, and then just sort of pulled any old thing that hit those checkpoints. Stephanie instead honed in on the feel and the mood I was trying to evoke. Rather than just blindly checking the boxes, she utilized her excellent knowledge and taste to pull dresses I never would have thought of, which completely captured what I had described to her. Within two tries, she found my dress. It is literally EXACTLY what I was hoping to find, without ever being completely sure it existed. I. Love. It. I subsequently went back to Stephanie for my bridesmaids' dresses, and had the same wonderful experience.
Jaehee Bridal Atelier is unique in that you get the personalized service of a small boutique, yet the incredible selection of a much larger store, including many hard-to-find designers. I have also found all of the staff at Jaehee to be incredibly kind, professional, knowledgeable, and best of all, completely understanding when brides act stressed or slightly insane (as many do, including me). From first impressions of the salon, to finding my dress, to finding a dress that all six of my bridesmaids are thrilled with, to alterations, etc., my experience at Jaehee has been pleasant and reassuring. I give them my highest recommendation, and I hope that all of you other brides reading this will head directly over there! You'll be so happy you did!

My first experience here was good. They have a wonderful selection of dresses, in a variety of middle to super-high prices. Most importantly, they had a larger selection of styles than anywhere else I had been in NJ.
The saleswoman I worked with, Linda, was fantastic. She wasn't pushy at all. She only showed me dresses in my price point, and never showed me a style that I wasnt interested in. I told her little to no beading, column style, flowy/drapy--and that is exactly what I got. The dress I chose was at the very top of my price range, and getting it in my size (a 22--ugh! hate wedding dresses, I am a 16/18 most places) would have pushed it over my budget. They discounted the 22 to the 18 price, so that I could have my dress! I couldn't have been happier.
The salon itself is beautiful, and has a very metro/urban vibe which I quite liked. They allow you to flip through the dresses yourself, rather than just having them pulled for you.
The negatives started when I went in for alterations. At my first fitting, I wanted them to take in the top a bit, since the 22 measurements had been for my lower half. They told me to wait, since the bra I had brought didnt work, and to come back with a different bra and a body shaper before they altered the top--fair enough. They were to do the hemming and remove the train.
I left my second fitting almost in tears! I was in the room with Jaehee herself, not one of the alterations women. The dress was far too large on top, falling off my shoulders, and with foam bust pads that kept moving around because they were meant for larger cup sizes. I kept insisting I needed the cups removed, and the top taken in. The straps were gaping in the back it was so big!
She insisted it was fine, and needed no alterations, and that I should take it home that day. I refused, and she, myself and my fiance hotly debated for nearly an hour. Eventually she told me that I had picked a dress that couldn't be taken in without ruining the style! I was furious, since I had been specifically told by the woman when I ordered it that taking it in to accommodate my pair shape would be no issue whatsoever.
Finally one of the tailoring women came in. I could tell by the look on her face that she completely agreed with me, but couldn't contradict the owner. We compromised on removing the bust pads only, and returning for another fitting.
But, when I came back, I found that they had done EVERYTHING I asked for! Even though they had insisted that nothing needed to be done! They had removed the pads, and taken in the whole top--even doing it the more difficult way of taking it apart and pulling it down into the bottom of the dress, so it wouldnt ruin the draping. If only they had told me they were going to do this, it would have saved me a week of crying and frustration. I had been so unhappy, I had actually gone to a David's Bridal and had been on the verge of buying of the rack!
So, in the end, everything came out ok. But the process was a mix of the fantastic and the very frustrating and upsetting.
And I think that it is rather telling that the wonderful consultant I worked with is no longer with Jaehee

I had a great experience with Jaehee. I found a dress that I loved that I had been eyeing online and had tried on at another store. Jaehee had it for less money, plus there was a trunk show - where I saved even more! I went there specifically because they carried the designer that I loved - Rosa Clara.
The team was very helpful and never tried to over-sell me. They respected our budget and my style.
As for alterations - I could not be more pleased with the alterations team. The ladies were courteous and kind - and their craftsmanship was incredible. I was lucky not to need too much in the way of alterations - but in shortening the length, the end result was perfect. The fit of the dress was great and it laid exactly as it should. The dress was in ideal condition the day of the wedding and now, post-wedding, I am jonesing to wear it again =)

When I found my dream wedding dress in a store in Charleston, but needed my parents approval in NJ, Jaehee ordered the sample in a size that would fit me so I could show them. They were so easy to work with and anytime I called with questions they were very pleasant to talk to. With the 0% clothing sales tax in NJ and a 10% first time "browser" discount I was able to save my parents money over where I found the dress.
I also ordered my Watters bridesmaids dresses through Jaehee. All my bridesmaids got the correct size and absolutely loved their dresses.
For alterations, I only required a hem, bustle, and cups but they were done very well and at a reasonable price. My maid of honor did have issues with her alterations as the buttons on the back were not replaced after alterations were done so I would just double check your dresses before taking them home.
My wedding gown and bridesmaid dresses got many rave reviews from our guests and I can't wait to see the pictures!

JaeHee Bridal is THE place to get the city boutique experience in a less hectic environment, and on the NJ side. My consultant Sarah was terrific to work with and i found my dress (a paloma blanca) the first day we spent with her. We even came back to find my mothers dress, which after selecting one for order, had second thoughts about it. Sarah and team were generous enough to eat the price of having already ordered the dress, with no penalty to us, and let me mom pick another dress, which ended up being the one. I ALSO got my niece's flower girl dress here, all beautiful. Alterations worked well too. Wish i didn't have to pay as much as i did for them though seeing as the dress as ordered, fit me perfectly!! But I believe they gave me my veil for free, so it all worked out. LOVE Jaehee Bridal!

Amazing service and amazing gowns. They were so helpful with all my dress questions and problems and even had late appointments which was great since i had to do many fittings after work or on the weekends. I could not be happier with my dress! THank you Jaehee!

Where do I start …[warning – this is long … I had a lot of pent up frustration that resurfaced as I typed] I bought my dress at Enzo Bridal in Manalapan – who were soon after shutdown for fraud. I managed to get my dress from them but still needed to find somewhere to do my alterations (it was a sample). After all this the 7 BM dresses were ordered from JaeHee Bridal – sizes and deposits were sent in starting in Sept. and the last girl sent in her size/order Nov. 12, 2010 - remember this date. At this point they could order the dresses – they were waiting to order them together so they were dyed the same. I’m totally with them at this point and was I was told they would be in Feb. 2011. Again, great - it was enough time to let my four BMs who were out of state (MD, PA, VT, CA) get their alterations done before the wedding, July 3, 2011. I also arranged to have my alterations done at JaeHee. February comes and passes and then by the end of March I realized we don’t have BM dresses and they are 2 months late. Might wonder why it took me so long to contact them about the dresses. Besides planning the rest of the details of the wedding I work FT and go to school at night for my MBA – time got away from me a lot in the winter/spring. So the third week of March I call and leave a message – nothing – I wrote an email a week later and finally received an answer but it was we’re looking into the ship date. I was also told to have the beading on my dress fixed before alterations so I scheduled an appointment for that weekend. The ship date on the dresses kept getting pushed off over the string of emails. I’m not sure why red flags didn’t go up at this point, but we’ll call this #1. That weekend I went to my appointment to get the beading fixed – guess what – they didn’t have any idea I was coming in! #2. They told me to alter the dress first then get the beading done … didn’t they just tell me the opposite four days earlier? #3. Then when I asked about the BM dresses again – they searched and searched for an order form or invoice or something ... behind the desk, in the filing cabinet, in the boxes in the closet … and still nothing ! I was told to call on Monday. #4. So I call and email asking about the BM dresses – it’s April 5 when I get an answer – still nothing from the manufacturer – really is it the manufacturer? The dresses were “ordered” 5 months ago at this point. April 6 – FINALLY a ship date – May 30th ………. Ok fine still a month before the wedding the girls can get their alterations done – not as early as I hoped since we ordered them practically 7 months prior by the time they will be in the store but whatever I wasn’t going to stress over it anymore. I asked about the out of state girls which I knew my sister in CA was definitely not coming home until the wedding and would need to alter her dress in CA. I asked the associate I was working with this entire time for her opinion which was, “I would send your sister the dress because then she'll be able to have some more time with her fittings. We can send it out (I'd have to check standard shipping fees), or you can pick it up and send it to her.” Ok great – they could send it out for me – no sense in me sending it if they could do it for me – a few days later after sending her address I was told it would be $25. The date was 4.8.11. June arrives – nothing. I call the store tried to give the benefit of the doubt they didn’t call me yet because of the holiday. June 6, less than a month until the wedding, I find out the girl I’ve been working with no longer is employed there and NO ONE knew about my BM dresses and when they went to look it up they hadn’t shipped! #5. Up until this point I was very calm, polite, and understanding. I lost it. I was told to call back in two days. I called the next day and the next day and the next day. Sure I got the same answer – the dresses hadn’t shipped yet, they can’t get a hold of the manufacturer – Vineyard – excuses excuses excuses. June 14 at 6:30 pm I get an email – the dresses are in. I call the next morning – they need to ship two of the four out of state dresses – one to CA and one to VT. I was then also told that the shipping fees would be $25 to VT and $65 to CA because they had to expedite it. Again I lost it. I asked to talk to the owner and was denied. The girl was going back and forth with the owner, but they wouldn’t get on the phone with me. I know I was told back in April $25 was the fee but I didn’t think it was fair I had to pay the difference to expedite. They told me the dresses were going to originally be in in Feb – four months ago! We ordered the dresses 7 months ago to avoid something like this! Ugh aggravation! Then – not sure why once I had the tracking numbers I double checked what the cost was. Turns out the package to VT should have been $12.13 and CA $36.66 – expedited. Again super super upset – be up front and honest you’re charging me a fee on top of what it costs to ship! I would have definitely came to pick them up and mailed it myself! JaeHee was a nightmare with the BM dresses!
My dress alterations. Went for my first fitting and scheduled the second one 3 weeks later. She marked the dress to hem it. Three weeks later I get there to make sure everything is ok and guess what!? She never did the alternations on the hem! The marks disappeared and instead of calling me to come back sooner they waited until it was two weeks before my wedding to start alterations! I went back the following week – the hem was done, but the alterations she did to the neckline were atrocious. It was making what was supposed to be a flat straight neckline into something puckered and bunched up so the material lay against my skin. I asked if once it was steamed would it lie flat again? I was assured it would. A week later I went back – the dress was done, steamed and ready to go. The neckline still didn’t lie straight and made the dress look ridiculous on top. I asked her to take it out. I had to go back again. The last time – three days before my wedding – I took the dress home. I will never ever recommend JaeHee to anyone. It was one headache after another with them. I’m not sure why there aren’t more complaints against them. A friend of mine recently had a similar problem where her dress was really late to arrive – but she was smarter than me and took it to be altered elsewhere. Ladies – go to another salon – I don’t wish my experience on anyone.

Sarah, the office manager, was by far the most delightful person I have dealt with throughout the whole wedding planning process!!!! She is a young, sweet, honest, pretty, breath of fresh air, lady that ALL brides should have the privilege to work with! From the very beginning she was SO helpful in choosing my wedding gown. She picked out wedding dresses for me that I would NEVER pick out for myself and nailed it! She picked out my veil and fascinator too! The only complaint I have is that the alterations on both my sisters dresses were sloppy. My mother worked up until the very last minute to get my sister's dress in the condition that was presentable. NOTHING against Sarah!!! Again, she was a COMPLETE DELIGHT to work with! Jaehee too, the owner, was extremely professional and easy to work with! They need to work on the women who do the alterations. All in all, good experience!! I went to 5 other places before meeting Sarah at Jaehee Bridal. Once I met Sarah, I knew where I was buying my dress from. Thanks again Ms. Sarah!!! : )

Why is there not an option for ZERO STARS? I literally just walked out of the store and was so disgusted by their service that I walked into a Starbucks down the road specifically to type this review. I am somewhat pleased to see that, within the past several months, I am not the only one giving this poor excuse for an "atelier" a review of "Hate it." I went there as the bridesmaid of my best friend who is getting married in June. As with most bridal shops, you have to make an appointment (so that you can be helped by the staff, have a room to yourself, the obvious when wedding dress shopping). Our appointment was scheduled for 2:30 THREE WEEKS in advance. We arrived at 2:15 to check in, and spoke to a saleswoman who said she would be right with us. We were not in the market for a wedding dress; however, we were there to buy bridesmaids dresses from a specific brand, and four dresses for the older women in the family (mother of the bride, mother-in-law, godmother, and grandmother). After walking around aimlessly and searching the MEAGER selection of bridesmaids dress samples, I decided to ask one of the sales girls for a room just to try on a dress. Mind you, no one was helping us despite there being FIVE saleswomen behind the counter doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and there being three rooms open. She did not offer to help me look for anything else, only directed me to the room and walked away. I tried on my dress with the help of the bride, and assisted the mothers with the dresses that they had chosen themselves- again, without the help of the staff. We were there FOR AN HOUR until someone decided to help us. She must have seen the looks of disgust and dissatisfaction on our faces. I understand that there are several bridezillas out there who are quite demanding, but there was ONE bride in the store with a dress on and several women milling about (and I believe Jaehee herself was there). I asked one of the sales girls to help me. She went somewhere, not sure where, and after waiting another 10 minutes, a woman whom I believe to be the manager looked ONLINE for the dress style we had in mind. They ended up not having the dress we were looking for, despite claiming to be one of the premiere providers of this specific brand (Lela Rose) in the area. The bridesmaids dress samples are strewn about the store, some are damaged, and they have maybe three or four samples from each brand. Ladies, save your time and stay away. Why make an appointment if you're going to treat me and my bride as if it we were an 'inconvenient walk in.' I have received better service shopping for Halloween costumes at a Salvation Army. And to think we were going to spend close to $7,000 there. Women, spend your money at a smaller shop that actually cares about its customers who make appointments and go out of their way to make it to their stores. This place is one Jessica McClintock prom dress away from being a glorified David's Bridal.

Jaehee Bridal was the nearest store to my home that carried my Sottero and Midgley wedding dress, so I decided to order the dress from them. They were very flexible and thorough when I ordered the dress, but making appointments for my subsequent fittings became a hassle, especially when they did not have my dress pulled and made me wait over 45 minutes until they retrieved it. The owner of the store is not particularly helpful either, and over the course of several of my visits there she would walk away from the front desk, rather than helping brides who were in need of assistance. Jaehee altered my dress perfectly, and the sales associates are great to interact with, but the quality of service wavered from visit to visit.

I on the other hand had a fantastic experience at Jaehee bridal. I purchased a beautiful Reem Acra gown and couldn't have been happier with the service. I started with my consultant in January and I am in the process of alterations. My consultant has been to every fitting and has taken care of every detail of my gown. My bridesmaids have purchased their gowns here as well and Jaehee is making my flower girls dress. I have to say it is a great feeling knowing all of our dresses were coordinated by the consultant, and are in the process of perfection!! My experience was very personal and one on one, I would recommend Jaehee to any bride looking to purchase a beautiful gown!

Can we get married again just so I can hang out with Sarah and Olivia?
You girls, thank you so much! You turned my frown upsidedown and for that the girls and I are extremely grateful! As much as the girls loved my dress, I cried as each one of them walked through the door! Everyone looked so gorgeous! And my dress! So simple, classic and timeless. Thank you for finding MY dress that made me feel like a bride! I wore the dress -- the dress didn't wear me! =)
Let's do lunch ladies, and I promise to send those photos!!! THANK YOU!

I can’t even begin to describe what an incredible experience I had at Jaehee. It was the first place I looked for a dress—-Sarah helped me find the most perfect dress. I had no idea what I wanted and went through many. She was amazing, patient, helpful, and most importantly, honest and I really trusted and valued her opinion. Even though I looked around afterwards, I went right back to one of the first dresses I had tried on at Jaehee. I got excited for each visit, for which everyone was so accommodating despite that I was traveling from out of town. Olivia was great and paid great attention to detail. The dress that I never thought could get more perfect did once Olivia did my fittings! It was such an easy and enjoyable process that when I went to pick up the dress, I didn’t want to leave. If you are a bride looking for a place that will truly make you feel a part of their family—I recommend going here! My wedding was over a month ago, and people are STILL commenting on the dress. I would be happy to recommend Jaehee to anyone!

Now that my wedding is over I can finally write this review! I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I purchased my gown with Sara about 6 months ago and the experience was the most calming and enjoyable experience. I was very serious about my budget, and she respectfully stayed well under (which is always a great thing!) and helped me find my dream gown. After the purchase of my bridal gown i purchased my entire bridal party's dresses and everyone really had nothing but positive feedback. From start to finish the girls make you feel like a princess and I would recommend this store to anyone!

I bought my Kenneth Pool gown from Jaehee. The service was nothing but top notch. The salon was very accomodating- when I was unsure to make a decision without my one sister present, they let me wait two hours for her to get there. I had multiple fittings and the alterations staff was very helpful. I love how my dress turned out- I just wish I could wear it more than once!

I had come from Florida to go dress shopping with my family. It was the day before I was scheduled to leave and we had found my dress, a Pronovias dress. However, the original shop we had planned to go with called us liars and we refused to buy from there. This left us scrambling to try to find another place to get the dress before I left.
We found out JaeHee had the dress, but it was past closing time. My mom called anyway. They answered even though they had closed, and helped us anyway. They told my mom they had the dress and that they would match the original price we were quoted. We went early the next day to try on the dress. It was a better sample than the original one I tried on (it fit better and it had clearly been taken care of better).
We bought the dress there. I'm so glad we did!! The alterations process went very smoothly. At first it was too loose, then it was too tight. And the alterations department fixed it without a problem. The day we picked up the dress, the hem was still a little long, and they fixed it for us in 30 minutes! They also changed the bustle so it looked better at our request.
They were just wonderful and all the ladies there are absolute sweethearts. They just genuinely love their jobs and care about your happiness. I couldn't have asked for a better experience here. Love them!!!

We bought our daughter's wedding gown at Jaehee's and were very happy with our decision to go there. The staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. It was only the second place we looked and our daughter found the perfect gown very quickly. I have already recommended the Atelier to a friend. The fittings went well, Yumi was delightful, and they will take care of cleaning and preserving as well.

Patric was very accommodating, patient and she made my wedding experience enjoyable and fun!

Im really suprised with some of the comments that were posted here especially after my experience. I on the other hand had such a great experience with Jaehee bridal. My consultant was so helpful and went a half hour over our appointment. They kept in touch with me through my whole experience and always made me feel comfortable when i came in. I would definitely reccomend this place to my friends and girls who would liek a smaller more intimate bridal salon.

Bought a 6000 for almost half the price!!!!! and so helpful!!!!!!!!!!

I thought they were very friendly and helpful, and of all the bridal stores I visited to shop for my wedding dress, they had the widest variety of gowns in my price range (I wanted to stay below $1500).
However, I did have a problem with the alterations department. When my gown first came in, it was too wide throughout the bodice ( a common problem with most wedding dresses), so they took it in. But they made it so tight that I couldn't even take a deep breath in the gown. Furthermore, I had "back ass." Now I could probably tone up a little, but by no means am I a heavy girl--I'm a size six, for crying out loud! When I pointed out that the gown was extremely unflattering in the back, I was told that "most brides want their gowns to be tight." So tight the gown is frightful from the back? I don't think so. When I responded as such, I was told no one would be looking at my back. Please! I insisted they loosen the gown, which they agreed to do. However, they then tried to get me to pick it up without another fitting. I flat out refused to do this--I wanted to try it on again to be sure it was altered correctly.
I'm glad I did. I had to have FIVE fittings before my dress was ready. Although they kept loosening the gown, It was always too tight. I had to keep insisting that the gown be altered again and again. The last fitting was A WEEK BEFORE MY WEDDING. The alterations department was always very pleasant and friendly, but I did feel pressured to accept the dress before I felt it was altered properly (you know, for little things like looking good in it and breathing comfortably while wearing the dress for ten hours).
So beware brides-to-be. I would definitely purchase another gown there, and I would certainly recommend it to other brides. However, I would be wary of their alterations department. I am no shrinking violet, so I will speak up if I am not satisfied with something. A more quiet bride might end up going home with a dress that's not altered to maximize her beauty. And every bride deserves to look beautiful and feel like a million bucks on her wedding day.

I must say, I loved my dress. It was the only one I tried on at Jaehee, and I had called ahead to try on the sample. I was an "easy" sell because I knew what I wanted. After that, I was pretty much ignored by the staff (except for the alterations gal) each time I came in for a fitting. If you aren't there with an entourage each time, no one pays you much attention, which was rather disappointing. Ellen was my sales associate, and once the sale was done, that was it for her. They do have a lovely and extensive inventory, just don't go there if you are looking for a "fuss"...
GUEST

Overall, the service was great but they truly messed up my wedding day.
After several fittings and alterations, the gown was perfect. I picked up the dress two days before the wedding. As my future groom left the Bridal Suite on the morning of the wedding, I felt my stomach twist in horror as the gown was totally messed up. It was pressed improperly with all the pleats wrong and twisted. THANK GOD for our wedding planner and the Castle on the Hudson whom found someone to come on-site with equipment to try and fix the problem. They really did the best job they could given the time and it came out OK.
I would not recommend them in the future to any bride unless you thoroughly examine the dress BEFORE you leave the shop more than 2 days before the wedding.

This is the most amazing place ever!!!!!!
I ignored the horrible reviews, because I went everywhere searching for the perfect dress. I met many assistances and none that truly cared about how I looked in the dress or about what I wanted.... Until I came here.
I made an appointment for an hour right before closing time. I was greeted by Lauren who was nicest and most attentive sales consultant. I came in with a strict budget of only spending $1,000 but wanting to look like I just sold my house for the dress. She went searching for things only within my budget trying to keep me comfortable and happy. She was so honest. When something looked bad, she let me know... when something looked great she confirmed how hot I looked. But most importantly she stuck with styles that were unique to my wishes and not something she might wear.
Then my sister happened to find a dress on rack and didn't look at the price. Then when I tried it on, a moment of magic happened for my sister, my mom and the whole sales staff. I knew it was the one. But when the price was revealed I had a breakdown, as it was out of my price range. The manager kindly spoke with me and wanted me so badly to own what I love and worked with my family so we could make it happen.
I knew I couldn't by the dress without my uncle seeing me first, as he is the closest thing that I have to a father. I just wanted his approval to tell me I'm beautiful and this is the one. The staff's dedication to making me happy made them halt the doors from closing and they stayed open just for me..... not even knowing if I would take the dress home.
It was meant to be.... and this place is amazing. I usually don't write reviews, but when I heard from them that people wrote bad reviews I had to. Because people always want to hear gossip or report bad reviews, by why is it that people take so little time to write good reviews? It's probably because we're happy and forget to thank the people along the way who make us happy.
So I WOULD LIKE TO SAY .... THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU FOR MAKING MY WEDDING DAY THAT MUCH MORE PRECIOUS.... I SAID YES TO THE DRESS.

I had a terrible experience at this shop. When I first when into the store for my consultation and told the consultant my price range of what I was willing to pay for the dress, she made a negative face, and then pointed me in the direction of where the "affordable" dresses were.
Then, I told her specifically that I didn't want any dresses with beading, and that I was looking for lace, and she continued to bring my dresses with beads all over them, and told me that they could just take some of the beading off to make it "the dress that I want". Then she continually tried to convince me that I liked dresses that I clearly did not! I ended up purchasing a dress, because I felt pressured to, then I went home that night and cried because I had made the wrong decision, so I called them immediately the next morning (prior to them having ordered the dress) where they told me that I could not have my money back because I had signed on the dotted line. Even after I told them about my experience with the consultant, they still would not budge!!

I brought my wedding dress from JaeHee and couldn't be happier. The staff were phenomenal. I worked with Ellen and Patriece. I never once felt rushed or pressured to buy. They were so accommodating. They did not get annoyed when I kept jumping back and forth between two dresses that I couldn't decide between! They went out of their way to make my mom and bridesmaids, who came along, feel comfortable.
The place is very clean and has a good amount of dresses to select from. The best part of it all was that once I did say yes to my dress they all applauded and brought out champagne and gave all of us hugs. They really made my dress shopping experience the best I could have ever asked for!

I must say that I had a wonderful experience with Jaehee Bridal! I love the selction of dresses. Patrice was very helpful with my whole process of selecting teh perfect dress for me. I enjoyed working with her through the whole gown process. When I have another function to go to, I will definitely return to Jaehee Bridal for the beautiful selection of dresses and accessories. Thank You Jaehee Bridal!

I am writing as a 2-time mother-of-the bride. Jaehee is sweet, lovely to work with and extremely talented and professional. For both of my daughter's weddings our gowns turned out perfectly! We could not have been happier with the designs and the fit. We recommend Jaehee Bridal to everyone!

I just got in from my final dress fitting on my reception dress and I am already planning on going back to purchase a bridesmaid dress this coming May for a wedding in September. I met Patrice last year and have had a really good experience all along even when I waited until 2 weeks go to finally get a viel Patrice helped me. I now have a dress, a beautiful custom viel from a Paris trunk show along with a pair of custom earrings, a head piece and a gorgeous bracelet. My wedding is Saturday and I can't wait to wear it all!
On the day I made my final purchases and alterations Jaehee was very understanding and willing to participate in my appointment well beyond the allotted time. My mother and I are grateful and I look forward to picking up my dress and viel on Friday. Thank you Patrice, Jaehee and all the staff!

My experience at this salon was beyond bad as well. I had visited the store 2 times previously and then I went to a trunk show that was supposed to feature new dresses. I bought a dress that ended up accidentally to be the same dress that my good friend wore a year and a half before (which means it was a fall 2007 dress). I cancelled the order in less than 4 hours of placing the order and the designer ripped up the order with no problem, however, Jaehee Bridal would not issue my parents a credit. I had not found anything else that I wanted to purchase in their selection so I had to find creative ways to apply the credit. I thought that this was a very negative and stressful experience and I would not recommend my friends or family to go there for their wedding dresses.

I got my wedding dress from Jaehee bridal and they were absolutely great to work with. They were extremely helpful at helping me to maintain my budget and at each dress fitting. They altered my dress perfectly. When I put my dress on, on my wedding day it fit perfectly.

I was able to get the Amsale dress of my dreams here, at a very nice discount with no sales tax. I also purchased the most AMAZING veil, i bought the floor sample and so they gave me a great discount on that too. In the end, Angela altered the dress to fit perfectly, and i felt really beautiful.
