My cake was not at all what I expected it to be. I had given a picture of what I wanted my cake to at least look like. That is not what I had gotten on my wedding day. I am not sure what Jaime was looking at because it definately did not look even remotely close what I expected. Overall I was not happy with my cake that I had spent a good amount of money on.

When my husband and I first met the baker, we found her helpful, a great listener and very willing to work with us to create a style we loved that was within our budget. Being a pink and black wedding we wanted a cake that was more on the modern side and less girly for my husband, but still elegant for me. The flavors were fresh and amazing! She did a four tier pink and black cake with two amazing flavors. She offers a fresh buttercream cake on your one year anniversary,if you choose to cut the top tier rather than freeze it. I wanted that option anyway! My groom and I actually didn't get any of our favorite flavor at the wedding so I called her and on the day that I took my cake display back, she gave a bunch of cup cakes for like 15 dollars!!

Jaime was outstanding to work with. She made a wonderful cake for our wedding...the cake and the filling were so tasty!!! The icing and scroll work were beautiful! I would recommend her services to anyone...wedding or otherwise!!

I could not have been more pleased with the cake she made for our wedding. It was perfect inside and out. We got so many great comments on the cake. I would highly recommend you talk to Jaime. She is wonderful to work with.

Jamie is by far the most artistic cake decorator in the Harrisburg area. Not only are her cakes beautiful, but the taste is extraordinary! Both me and my husband were thrilled with how our wedding cake turned out, and our guests raved as well. I will definitely use Jamie in the future...can't wait!

Jaime created the most beautiful (and delicious!) table cakes for our wedding. Our guests could not stop raving about how great they looked as centerpieces, as well as how great they tasted.

Jaime was a dream to work with, and she has unbelievably creative cake decorating ideas. She was very flexible and handled our last-minute changes (changes in the number of cakes needed, the addition of a groom's cake about a week before the wedding, etc.) wonderfully.

I could not be more pleased with how everything turned out, and I certainly plan to use Jaime's cakes for future occasions.

Jaime Cakes is by far the BEST cake vendor/decorator in PA!!!! It is amazing how delicious, and beautiful the cakes are!!!!! We met w/ Jaime to discuss our cake, and she was so extremely helpful, and mindful of our budget and helped us create a perfect cake we could have only dreamed of having for our wedding day!
It was amazing- she molded us out of fondon, and had us sitting on top the cake (we saw an example of it on her website). My now husband is in the air force and she even made sure to have his rank on his uniform on the cake (he wore his uniform at the wedding )
Her close attention to detail is wonderful, and we really felt like we had a cake that was unique and all our own. Jaime was wonderful to work w/ and is just an all around good person- she was very professional, and friendly, and helped make our special day a little less stressful :) She had the most delicious cakes to sample and her insight helped us pick a perfect combination (filler and cake). I never would have known such a beautiful cake could taste so delicious!!! I look forward to asking Jaime to make us another cake for our next big celebration!!! :) She is the "cake boss" of PA (for all of us who watch the show, you know what i am talking about ) !!!!

From day one of our wedding planning Jaime was very courteous and professional. She told us up front that she was an independent cake decorator, but out of all the companies we visited, Jaime's Cakes were the most beautiful. She gave us plenty to choose from and the cake was delicious. Jaime, thank you for everything you have done to help make this day perfect. The cake was gorgeous! We definitely recommend Jaime Cakes to anyone who is getting married and I know my wife and I will be contacting her in the future.

Jaime at JaimeCakes is a dream to work with. She wants every cake to be unique to each bride and groom and she works hard and takes lots of time to come up with a new design for each couple. No cookie cutter cakes from this amazing baker! I love her work and I recommend her to everyone I know who needs a special cake, not just brides!
