James did both my bridals and my wedding day photography. He was very organized, direct, fun and got things done. He also wasn't afraid to jump in the snow to get a good shot. I liked that he took charge with pictures at the temple, and had some fun, creative shots for my husband and I to do. Our pictures were edited quickly and are so beautiful. I love them, and so has everyone who has seen them. My sister is even considering using him for her wedding next June. I would recommend James Erick photography to anyone. He loves his job and he is good at what he does. You won't be disappointed.

My husband and I could not find a photographer in Idaho that we liked and was affordable so we found James Erick down in Utah. The owner, James Erick, came up to Boise for no extra cost and did our pictures for us. He was very friendly, efficient, fast, and professional. Our pictures came out looking gorgeous. We got James for 6 hours of pictures for just under $1,100, which is a fantastic price in my opinion. He was very flexible with what we wanted to do for pictures and where we wanted pictures taken. He even followed us to downtown Boise after we left the wedding to do a half an hour of pictures for us. He was very quick with responding to emails and was a delight to work with. We were able to view our pictures online two days after our wedding and we received a DVD with all of our pictures in the mail three days after our wedding! We got a non-copyrighted DVD with ALL the pictures to do with as we please. (This was included in the price listed above!) We are very impressed with him and his company and will definitely be recommending him to anyone looking for a wedding photographer. The only complaint we got was that some of our family members that attended the wedding told us afterwards that he was not very friendly towards them at times. My husband and I didn't have any problem with him.
