I LOVE James Free Jewelers!!! My husband purchased the band of my engagement ring here. He stated he was nervous because he purchased the solitaire stone separately and wasn't sure how they would react. But after the first 5 seconds, he was reassured and had a great time there.

I also went to purchase a dress watch for my husband as an ‘engagement gift’. We looked for about 15-20 minutes and they weren't rushing us to make a decision – I didn’t purchase a watch that day. Bryan, our sales associate, was never pushy. He listened to our preferences for each watch he displayed and was able to find the 'perfect' watch after showing us maybe 3 before.

Several months after I purchased the watch, Bryan notified us of a sale on the wedding bands in which we were interested. Though Bryan wasn’t able to assist us on that occasion, we still received the same outstanding service as before. My husband decided on the design of 1 wedding band – and the sales consultant showed us another ring (identical down to the type of metal) that was significantly less expensive. All of their sale associates are knowledgeable and answered all questions. I would definitely recommend them!!!

I went here before the wedding to polish my ring. Free of charge - no appointment needed (I was informed this is a regular practice!!!). The guy who helped us also noticed some sizing lines on my band and offered to polish them. Fantastic service.

My husband bought my engagement ring here while visiting family. His experience lead us back while searching for wedding rings. The service was wonderful, Sherri was very patient as we tried on numerous rings. My husband found his ring, and they offered to make me a custom ring after I could not find what I was looking for. Sherri also offered to resize my engagement ring (which was done poorly at another store) before we left.

James Free was wonderful to work with. My husband and I do all of our shopping through Eric and he kept us updated on all of our wedding rings!

My mom recommended Marianne Woodburn at James Free Jewelers to my husband and I when we were looking for an engagement ring. What a difference this store makes! It is a FINE jeweler, not a cheap, run-of-the-mill, shady mall store. There was no pressure. It was just quality, professionalism, and customer service. When we first went, I found the ring of my dreams and Marianne "sent me away" so that her and my husband could talk in private. He ended up buying my ring RIGHT THERE, without me ever knowing it!! :) Such a fun secret. She even mailed it to my husband in Tennessee (where he was attending school) so he could propose at the Biltmore before Christmas. Since that first experience, we purchased our rings there and even my blue topaz David Yurman bridal jewelry. I will probably NEVER use another jeweler (even though we moved to CO!)... I trust them wholeheartedly and have gained a friend! Marianne and her husband even attended our wedding! Talk about trust and making connections... I would HIGHLY recommend using James Free if you are looking for a personalized, comfortable and QUALITY experience with FINE, QUALITY jewelry! Anna is also wonderful to work with!

I want to give them 5 stars because my husband went there twice, once for the promise ring he bought me and another time for the engagement ring and band. I think the store is small but cute, and it’s a nice way to get one on one interaction. And the people who work there know about the jewelry. I went to Kay’s to look at jewelry, and the salesgirl talked liked she had memorized a book. I liked that Mike knew what he was talking about and had opinions on each piece. He gave my husband good advice and helped him make the best selection.

Expensive but worth it. Designs are extaordinary. We will love these rings for the rest of our lives! Service was outstanding.

We got the help we needed for sizing and stuff and I felt like we could trust them. It was a little wierd to be buzzed in through the doors, but I guess security is a good thing. I didn't feel like we were treated like sheep, like at a mall store.

I can't say enough about the staff at James Free. My husband picked out my engagement ring here, but we couldn't find a wedding band that fit our style. We ended up going somewhere else for the band and they did a horrible job of sizing and connecting the band to the engagement ring. James Free made it all work out. They fixed the ring (including the one I had bought somewhere else) and made it beautiful for my wedding day. My husband couldn't stop talking about how wonderful they were through the whole experience.
