The second we met Mark we knew he was the one. Mark was wonderful, anything I asked for he was able to do. I even forgot a song I wanted played for us and he said hang on and he got within minutes. So again, he was wonderful.

Jamkat Entertainment was AMAZING!! We fully recommend them to the next couple! We got so busy as the wedding got near that we never gave Jamkat a playlist for the wedding... but they did wonderful! Our dance floor was full the entire night!! People raved about our DJ all night long! Also please let me add that we had great difficulty with our photographer, but thanks to Jamkat's slide show presentation, we were able to purchase the photos the DJ's wife took throughout the night, which were impressive in comparison to our professional photographer. Jamkat ruled the reception!! Thanks again Mark!!!

I would recommend working with JamKat to any bride to be. It was such a relief to have one point of contact for my DJ, Photographer and videographer. Having the same company provide all three services was the best decision for me. They are all familiar with eachother and work well together making it more relaxed for the bride because JamKat controlled the flow of the day and it was seamless. I did not have to worry about communicating to separate vendors throughout the day. Our video and photo's came out amazing and the music had all our guests on the dance floor. We also had to deal with the aftermath Hurricane Irene had left and in the last three days before our wedding we had to change the reception venue. JamKat was supportive and accomodating through it all. If you are looking for a professional company that is responsive and very good at what they do then you want to meet with Mark and Cindy at JamKat.

My husband and I couldn't askfor a better DJ jamkat had the party going from start to finish everyone said he was awesome we also did the photo slideshow his wife was amazing at taking pictures and putting them up as the night went on! They added songs through the night I thought of that I wanted played they personalized as to what made the dance floor booming. They were awesome and I would recommend them to anyone who is having a wedding! They even personalized a song for my son, thy played move it from Madagascar and played a clip of it while playing the song my song danced for the whole song it was nice and you can tell jamkat loves what they do !!

Mark and Cindy did an absolutely fantastic job the day of our Wedding. They were the first DJ that we had sat down with and talked to, and immediately BOOKED them without looking anywhere else because I was THAT confident that they would perform so amazingly. They are very personable people that I just got an awesome VIBE from. They kept our party going, almost all of our guests were out on that dancefloor, and everyone raved about how much fun our wedding reception was. When we booked them, we told them what our Budget was and Mark said that we would make it work! We had lights, we had some awesome backlighting behind the cake and the head table. Cindy took some AMAZING photos and they had them on 2 BIG screens next to them on each side. Overall, it was such an amazing night, and they are the ones to thank because if it wasnt amazing people behind the equipment, it just wouldnt have been anything to rave about! Thank you GUYS!!! You did such a fantastic job!AND Mark Pronounced all my bridal party members Names correctly!!! I cant even tell you how many weddings I have been to when the names are all botched. Thanks again!

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A PROFESSIONAL DJ/PHOTOGRAPHER JAMKAT IS THE PLACE TO GO! MARK WAS AMAZING IN LEADING THE RECEPTION THERE WAS NOT A TIME WHERE OUR DANCE FLOOR WAS EMPTY AND OUR FAMILY IS STILL TALKING ABOUT HOW GREAT THEY WERE NOT TO MENTION THE SLIDE SHOWS THAT WERE UP NOT ONLY THRU OUR SPECIAL DANCES BUT THE WOLE NIGHT THEY WERE TAKING PICS OF EACH TABLE AND JUST SECONDS LATER THEY WERE UP ON THE SCREENS. THE SLIDES ALONE WERE WORTH EVERY PENNY. WE WILL RECOMEND JAMKAT TO ALL OF OUR FAM AND FREINDS. I GIVE THEM A 10! THANK U JAMKAT FOR BEING A HUGE SUCCESSFUL PART OF OUR SPECIAL DAY!

Great investment for my wedding reception....worth every penny!! Guest enjoyed pictures displayed on screen...the dance floor was always full...exactly what I requested! Even the usual "chair potatoes" were out there on the floor. Jamkat has an excellent selection of music of ALL genres!

I'm a strong believer that a DJ can make or break a wedding reception. Fortunately for us, Mark was a fantastic DJ. Everyone was really impressed with his slick transitions between songs. Many of our guests complimented us on the music selection. Even those who said they wouldn't dance at the wedding found themselves up there for many of the songs. Our photographer commented that she'd never been to a wedding where the dance floor was crowded for almost every song.We were looking for a DJ that wasn't a typical "wedding DJ." You know the type -- the loud, boorish guy who says things like, "I can't HEAR you" when guests aren't applauding loud enough. Mark made it about the music, not about him. He put everyone at ease and in a good mood. We would highly recommend him.

We owe Jamkat an incredible review, as Mark took on some big challenges with our wedding. Our wedding was a fusion of Indian and American, Mark did a wonderful job familiarizing himself with the Indian music that we wanted to play at the wedding, and seamlessly crossfading between the eastern and western sounds. He did a great job incorporating a number of indie bands that we loved.We also needed Mark's system for a talent show during cocktail hour. He was helpful and patient as 10 different performers used the microphone or needed musical accompaniment. Jamkat was fantastic, we will no doubt use them again if we have another big party, and highly recommend Mark!

The team was wonderful working with the Wedding Party and Imortant Family memebers telling them how to stand, where to look, and such. Also they were a big help to the bride and groom during the cake cutting. Although we are still waiting on our Video we know that they captured a few key moments and can't wait to see it!! Would recommend them to anyone of our friends or family memembers!!

Jamkat Entertainment was a very good DJ. We paid more to have TV screens with videos from songs... they also did a slide show of pictures they took at the wedding, which we did not even know that they were going to do!

Jamkat was very good at meeting our needs and helping us in the end!

Try not to put too many songs on your must play list. They only played 14 of my 40 songs. I know there were too many songs, but I figured they would at least play half of them.
