Janice Zeller, Alterations

My dress, by an amazing stroke of luck, fit me to a tee from the day I first tried it on, but I needed a bustle. I found Janice through word of mouth when trying to locate someone closer than OC (Janice is in Glendale) and when I realized she hadn’t yet been reviewed on this site, had to post a review! She was fantastic. She is quick to respond to emails and was very sweet about rescheduling my fittings when I had last minute conflicts. I had no idea what kind of bustle I wanted, but she had lots of photos to help me pick. It wasn’t until we were experimenting with different bustle points that I realized I also needed the front of my dress to be hemmed a tiny bit, so she took care of that too. I felt that her prices were incredible even before she ended up adding a few extra bustle points at no charge! Janice does beautiful work, is a delight to work with, and it all comes at an incredibly low price. I highly recommend her!
