Cheryl is great to work with. She is very flexible and can make recommendations for other vendors. Fantastic setting and value. You can definitely get everything taken care of all at one place which makes it simple and cuts down on stress. Beautiful views of the city and ceremony was held under a mesquite tree (if you are tall make sure the branches are cut back we had a brach hitting us during the ceremony). Food was fantastic.. although I would have selected one entree per person rather then the combination plate, after looking back. Was way too much food. Food has wonderful flavors incorporated and great for someone looking for something a bit different. Given that all guests might not rave about it if they have any aversion to spice. One awesome feature about the location was that the cake was included as part of the per guest cost. They have a private pastry chef on staff and will create anything (buttercream only, no fondant) that you would like. Aside from the tree branch the only other thing I would have done differently would be to have been more vocal regarding serving time. Dinner did not get served until quite late and I am not quite sure where the miscommunication was. Make sure to work out in detail the timing of everything as well as contingency plans for if photographer takes a little longer then expected etc. NOTE: DUE TO NEARBY HOUSING MUSIC IS TURNED OFF EARLY DUE TO NEIGHBORS COMPLAINING... IDIOTS why did they move into a resort area if they can't handle music? If you get the food out in time there should be plenty of time for dancing
