Jared- Galleria of Jewelry

After our horrible experience at Helzberg (which we will never go back to!), we found everything we were looking for at Jared. My husband and I have vowed to only buy our precious jewelry from them!

My fiance got my engagement ring from Jared, which is obviously where I got it sized. I called both the Akron and Canton locations to see who could size my ring the quickest, and the Akron location was very rude over the phone. I went to Canton and they were nice to me then, but then later when we went to try and pick out wedding bands, they treated us with contempt because we were asking them to stay in a certain price range. One woman even huffed "You will never find anything nice for that price!" (I didn't think it was that low!) And she was wrong- I did at Whitehall Jewelers.

I found my ring on their website and knew I had to have it. We went into the store the next day and purchased it right away. I love it. It's so sparkly!

Jared's Galleria of Jewlery was VERY helpful. They helped me pick the ring that was right for me and for my fiance. She wasn't pushy and was willing to help us even when we were just browsing. The people there are friendly and always smiling.

My husband loved going to Jared. I think he enjoyed going to get my ring to check it and make sure everything was right more than he enjoyed wedding planning. They take such good care of you there and they are all about you and what you want. No pushy sales people and they helped my clueless ring shopper out! He picked a gorgeous ring that I will cherish beyond a life time!

That includes my engagement ring, my wedding band, and my husbands wedding band. They all look amazing and have lifetime warrenties. They have amazing customer service.

Jared's Jewelery, was excellent. They took care of every need we could want. They made me feel like a princess and a soon to be bride. I mean it took me a while to find the perfect ring because at first my husband did not want matching bands so, trying to find something like his was a task. Finally, he decided to go with the matching one. We have matching set and soon I am going back there to get him one he can wear to work so, he doesn't have to worry anything happen to the one he has now. Rose, our jewelry specialist, was amazing she was very sweet and I hope in future store returns when there is she will be there to help me or him or both of us again. The price stated was for both our rings.

We bought all of our rings from them (the engagement, my wedding band and my husband's wedding band). We got the extended service plan which is a MUST. They have been good about fixing anything that is wrong w/ the rings, but they do tend to forget to call and let you know when they're ready.

I LOVED THEM! My husband actually got my ring from a designer in another state, and when it didn't fit, they sized it for me the very next morning so I could wear it to work! We ended up getting our bands here and absolutely love them. Great prices!

They have a huge selection and I loved my engagement ring. However, they did not tell us that we had a deadline by which we had to pick up our wedding bands after they came in. We were initially told that we could keep them in their vault until weeks before our wedding. When we went in to pick them up, we were told that they were put back on the floor for sale since we hadn't been in to pick them up. We lucked out in that they weren't sold, and after a long store search, they were found. The store manager apologized several times stating that we had been misinformed by an employee that was no longer with their store.
