Jared - The Galleria of Jewelry

My e-ring is from a Jared's location in Cincinnat. The staff is friendly and professional. I love that you can have your ring sized onsite and repaired without being shipped out. I had to get my ring sized down and normally it takes a few hours but I waited the next day. I only had to go one day without my baby and not weeks.

We purchased my engagement ring as well as my wedding band from Jared's (in Columbus, Ohio) and have been overjoyed with the service and quality of the pieces. We found a very unique setting that suits us perfectly and they helped my fiance select the most beautiful diamond for it. We also purchased the insurance plan through them and it has really worked out. They service my ring for free now as long as I bring it in every 6 months for a check-up. They do free cleanings and rhodium plating whenever I need it. We will certainly return to them for our future jewelry needs.

We visited Alyssa at Jared's in Ausin before our engagement and knew we wanted to go back there for our wedding rings. The service there is fantastic and we went home with his ring the night we purchased it and mine came in a few days later. We're very happy with the quality of our rings and know we have a great warranty.

We spent a lot doing research before purchasing, as well as store hopping. Jared had the kind of quality and service we were looking for. They are more $$$ then Kay and the other Mall Jewelers, but the quality is beyond compare. I am very happy with my rings!

"He went to jared". I've always wanted to say that. Okay not really but I'd reccomend going to them. They are very helpful. They let me try on a whole bunch of rings and then we left. I mean obviously my fiance went back there though.

While we got my engagement band online, we purchased my wedding band at Jared. They had just the right band to match the style and shape of my unique engagement ring. They perfectly sized it to my small finger. The service warranty was very thorough and once the wedding band was sodered to my engagement ring, I could have them both cleaned and rhodium treated together. We got our financing for both of our wedding bands through Jared and the level of service was outstanding.

We picked out my engagement ring at Jared's in Grandville, MI. I was able to get a unique ring. I have a compass set square diamond with square compass set sapphires on the sides and diamonds in the band. I love the ring. I have had problems. But Jared's is always willing to do whatever it takes to fix the problem. LOVE THE SELECTION!

My husband and I acquired our rings from Jared, and we love them! This store has so many different styles, there is something to fit every taste. I would highly recommend checking them out...this way, you can say "He went to Jared!"

My husband and I went to search for engagement rings together. The ring he ended up getting is very unique, high quality and reasonably priced! We were happy with our service at the Brookfield, WI location. They were very eager to help. We had a few issues when my special size order came in (we had to return the loaner ring and purchase the special order ring), but eventually it was worked out and I'm happy with the results!

We purchased our wedding bands from Jared's Galleria of Jewelry. When I picked up my custom made wedding band from Jared's, there were diamonds broken in the band. I was very disappointed in the level of service and the lack of attention to their craft and to details. I do not recommend this vendor.

The ladies at Jared's were very helpful. The only downside is sometimes you have to wait around because they are busy. Other than that everything is great. They inspect your ring 2 times a year to make sure all stones are in place. They will also clean your ring anytime you bring it in. They offer a lifetime guarantee on your diamonds if you keep up your 2 time a year ring checks.

The sales girl was a little rude to my husband when he made my e ring purchase, but the ring itself is GORGEOUS. I also got my wedding band their and love it. They have been very helpful along the way.

They were great. I love my ring! They did the engraving for my ring, as well, which was super reasonable and quick. The staff was very personable and helpful.

We got all our rings at Jared. Both orders came in earlier than we were told. I was very impressed with the customer service we received when picking out his ring (I wasn't there when he picked out mine).

We visited two Jared stores, one in Clearwater and one in Tampa, and they more or less have the same selection. The staff was cheery and really happy that we were there to look at rings. My husband was set on getting me a simple engagement ring, because he didn't believe in all the flash and craziness. I would have gone with something pink or maybe a topaz ring! My wedding band was not so simple-he though having a band with jewels was fine! They have a nice selection of engagement rings and wedding bands, and in the end I am really happy with my traditional ring! I guess I love it more because on our wedding day my husband surprised me with a pendant and matching diamond earrings! I am so lucky, because he loves me in a simple, straightforward way, but he still understands my love of flashy jewelry!

Well he went to Jared. Apparently the bazillion commercials they have actually worked on my husband. He picked out a very pretty ring and they hand financin to help him buy it for me. We were very happy with them.

My husband and I designed our wedding rings and Mary at Jareds was able to do just what we wanted for my engagement, wedding band and his wedding band. She is so sweet, and still remembers my name almost three years later when I go in and get my ring cleaned. My husband's ring came in about a week before the wedding and it was not done correctly, she got on them and got a new one made and to me by the day of the wedding. It was fantastic. Great deals and I was able to get a way bigger and more beautiful ring because of this. Ask for Mary at the Jareds in Roseville, she is AWESOME.

We did our rings through Jareds, which i would HIGHLY recommend. Their staff all is very experienced, you wont really get anyone that needs help with the rings. Each one also has security guards on the doors, which was just kind of nice in the area we live in. The best part of Jareds is that their jeweler in IN STORE, they do not send out your jewelery to who knows where and not knowing if you'll get it back or if its ruined. You can meet the man or woman who work with your jewelry and even watch them work on it. Very professional and honestly didn't try and sell you the most expensive thing there! Worked 100% with our budget..

Jared's has been fabulous to work with. They do things in a timely fashion and they do good work. In addition, their selection of bands and diamonds was exquisite.

My husband’s experience with Jared was great. He said he told them all about our story – how we were high school sweethearts who lost touch and then found one another 30 years later. And they worked our high school colors into the setting of the ring. Really nice people there.

I purchased my wife's e-ring at Jared: The staff is amazing and very knowledgable. They make you feel very comfortable at all times and are extremely patient with guys. My wife and I go there at least twice a year to get our rings cleaned and they always treat us like first time customers!

Jared's was a great atmosphere to purchase our rings in. There was free bottled water available, as well as cookies (to make sure you don't lose so much weight you can't fit in your wedding dress). I could tell they were hoping to make their customers feel as comfortable as possible. However, looking back, I think I would have chosen to purchase our ring from a private jeweler. There's a much more personal touch when your ring is specially crafted for you, than when it is one in a line of tons of other rings. I also think Jared's was a bit pricey. We only purchased the engagement ring here, and ended up purchasing our wedding bands at Sam's Club (GREAT choice, believe it or not!).

Yes, he went to Jared. I am in love with my e-ring and can't believe the amazing customer service we receive when we go back for an inspection, or cleaning. I bought more items from Jared and never had any issues.

Jared was good to work with. They are super annoying any time you go in there. I can't take my husband in there anyone because he gets really mad at them! They follow you around and try to tell you how great everything you're looking at would look on you, even when you're just waiting for your rings to get cleaned or something! Our rings look great and they will cover repairs for as long as I have the ring so I really can't complain! I just have to deal with the annoying-ness every 6 months when I need to get them checked!

Great selection and great prices. My fiance was shocked that we were under budget for our wedding bands by going through Jared rather then the family jeweler he selected for my engagement ring. We found a perfect match to my engagement ring in white gold with diamonds and ended up going with titanium for my fiance. The staff was knowledgable and very nice to work with.

I found a wedding band that I LOVED, but it came with an actual diamond engagement band. My husband had already bought my engagement ring so I wasn't interested in both pieces. Their staff was so helpful and we ended up being allowed to just buy the band even though it came as a set. It is perfect with my ring and it's so beautiful I get compliments all the time!!! My husband got my e-ring from Jared, so we decided to look at them for our wedding bands. I wanted to make sure that the band would match my beautiful e-ring, and they brought out a few so that we could see and I could made sure they fit together. I was very happy with the band set that we selected because not only did we get a great deal, but it was a tough decision to choose from all the rings they had!

Very helpful. We went in and didnt know anything about diamonds and they did not treat us like we were just a couple of kids, they actually took the time to educate us on jewelry selection.

Upon arriving, my boyfriend and I were directed to make some hot chocolate while we waited for someone to become available. After ten minutes of waiting, a man finally offered his assistance. He took us to their selection of engagement rings and asked us to pick out a few. A lady came by to help him. We went through rings, slowly narrowing down our selection. My boyfriend looked up to see the first guy asleep! The lady that was helping us as well was no help either as she was bringing out diamonds way bigger than I told them I wanted and no where even near my boyfriend's budget(4 carats!). We both went away very unimpressed with what they had to offer.

They did my enagagement ring and did a beautiful job but that was after my fiance scrutinized it and found that one of the prongs in the setting wasn't quite touching the stone. So then they had their experienced jeweler who'd been working there 30 years do it and he did a great job. So just be sure you check everything well and ask if the most experienced jeweler can do it.

The staff at Jared's were extremely helpful and did not try to push extravagant or trendy bands on us. They did size my fiance's finger wrong, but replaced his ring (it couldn't be sized) free of charge.

I LOVE the selection and the beauty that the store carries. I needed the perfect gift for my bridesmaids and found it!
