I worked with Julie at the Dayton Mall location and just loved her!
The store was very professional and clean. You're greeted when you come in and offered a beverage. They cleaned my engagement ring even though I didn't purchase it from them. I moved my wedding date and remembered their excellent service from when my Husband and I went browsing. We found our perfect rings and they came in within the week thanks to the in house jewelers.
I happened to wear mine a month or so later just to get the fee of itl and a diamond fell out. We were past the return time and I felt very uncomfortable having a ring that could drop diamonds so easily. However, Julie made exchanging no problem and suggested a sturdier ring which I would have never chosen. It is so pretty with my engagement ring though and much fancier.
I never felt pressured to buy something more expensive. When I said I liked something that is what we focused on. I had a great experience with the Dayton Mall Jared's and will be purchasing more jewelry from them in the future.

I wish I knew the name of the girl that helped us. She was awesome. Also a man named Arfain was excellent to work with. Everyone else there just treads water.




We bought my engagement ring and both wedding bands at Jared. We are really happy with the quality and price that we paid. The customer service is helpful. The only problem we have had is a mistake an associate made when both my husband and I opened a credit card. She made mistakes and caused a big problem that they eventually resolved.

From the start, when we were looking for my engagement ring, I was very impressed by the knowledge and friendliness of the staff at Jared. They continued this great service as we bought our wedding bands and as I have had my rings sized and fused together.

This is where my husband got me my engagement ring.It is a gorgeous ring and he got the lifetime warranty so I can get it cleaned and re-plated whenever I want. They are so nice everytime I come in. It had scratches on it when I first got it that would not buff out, so they exchanged the ring, no charge. Even though we didn't get our wedding bands from here(we wanted special engraving that they couldn't do) They still clean my wedding band when I come in to get my engagement band cleaned, free of charge.

From the moment we walked in the door we felt completely comfortable. The staff was extremely nice and knowledgable. My ring is beautiful. Even now six months after the wedding we walk in and they know us by name and are very courteous and helpful. There is nowhere else I would buy jewelry from.

First let me start off by saying that I went to Tri-county Jared Galleria first and got a quote on a band for my engagement ring. They had the band, but I needed two more diamonds placed in it to make it match. They quoted me near $1500 to do so. I went to the Jared in Dayton and asked about the SAME ring and same service and they quoted me $800. hmm... I agreed and a week later I went to pick my ring up. When I saw it, I just about hit the floor. Their work was terribly unprofessional and looked rushed. The sautered gold looked like it ran on top of my diamonds and dried there. The two diamonds they were supposed to add were smaller than what we had agreed upon and smaller than what I had paid for. I told them I did not approve of it and they said they would redo it. Weeks and weeks went by and I heard nothing from them. Each time I called, they gave me no information. I was starting to panic because my wedding was too close for comfort with not having my ring in my hand. Eventually I got ahold of the district manager and he finally got the ball rolling. He was great... He apologized and assured me this was not typical of their company and had them make the ring from scratch to match my ring. When I picked the second ring up, it was perfect. I don't know if they thought they could take advantage of me because I'm young or I was just a victim of a rare occurence. Regardless, I will most likely never have them do a custom piece for me ever again.
