Horrible customer service. Took my ring to have a repair which was passed down from a family member. The prong needed to be fixed. Two weeks later the diamond on the side became loose. Took the ring back to have them repair the same prong, go to pick up my ring and they told me it needed to be shipped out to be repaired. Which this would take 2-3 months. They told me during the repair of the prong they cracked my center sapphire stone. The store sent the ring to a vendor without my permission nor having a appraisal. I asked to have my stone back since this was passed down from generations they said it was against store policy. I asked for the distract managers number they told me they werent allowed to give that out. The way they treated me was completely unnaceptable. I was in tears... this ring means alot to me. Its not like this ring can be replaced since its a family heirloom. Do not buy from jareds this is a warning more then anything!

All of our wedding jewlery (including our gifts to each other) came from Jared. We have never had a problem here and recommend this store to all our friends & relatives. Their quality is awesome and they guarantee the piece for life. Definetly worth the extra money for quality pieces.

The staff at our local Jared store were a pleasure to work with. They were extremely good at offering alternatives until we found what we wanted. We observed them working with customers of several other races and all were treated with the same respect that we recieved.
A major selling point for me was the lifetime warranty and periodic check-ups that include all necessary repairs, replacements and resizing.
We will most likely visit them again and do recommend them to others.

We were very happy with the wedding bands we bought at Jared. Mine is white gold, so we got the service plan like we did with the engagement ring. For a very low cost, every 6 months we bring the rings in to be checked (so the setting doesn't come loose or wear through) and have my white gold re-plated. They will also do lifetime resizing. All of this was done while we waited, though it seems dependent on how busy the jeweler is.
We also had the bands engraved, which was very affordable and done while we were in the store. They only have block letters, but that was good enough for us.
When we looked for the bands the associate that helped us didn't do a very good job helping us pick out a band that matched my engagement ring. I finally found one off the website that I liked, but was never shown to me. On the other hand, the selection on the website is quite extensive if you want to browse casually at home.
My only big complaint is that I think my husband's band was overpriced. It was just a plain yellow gold band with comfort fit edges, but it was about $100 more than I expected. I would recommend that any couple planning on buying from Jared wait for a special offer or sale since they seem to happen periodically, especially if you have a Jared card from the engagement ring purchase like we did.

I bought my husband's wedding ring from the location in White Marsh, MD. When I was looking at rings for him, Jared's had the most professional and friendly sales staff. Every other place I went to could tell I was not buying a ring that day and therefore didn't help me like Jared's did. I didn't buy a ring the day I went to Jared's also but, the sales woman I had treated me no different than a person buying something. Jared's had a great selection and a wide vareity of rings to pick from.
Jared's was also very flexible in the payment of the ring. I was able to pay the ring off in three months with no interest.
I had also gone to Jared's location in Towson, MD to pay my bill a few times and the sales staff was just as friendly and professional as in White Marsh. They always asked if I need anything to drink or if I wanted my rings cleaned everytime I went in at both stores.
I would highly recommend using them again. They also do custom-design jewerly which was a big plus in my eyes since I want a custom-designed wedding ring later on.

WE BOUGHT OUR WEDDING BANDS HERE. THE STAFF WAS GREAT AND WE GOT THE RINGS SIZED IN 2 HOURS. THE SELECTION WAS NICE WHETHER YOU WANTED DIAMONDS OR NOT.

We bought my husband's ring from here. The staff was very nice and worked with us. We had to reorder my husband's ring 3 times (not the stores fault)...he didn't think the smaller ring would fit. lol They didn't give us any fuss about it and they were always nice to us when we went in. My husband also had my gift made there and they did a wonderful job. Renee (the sales associate that helped us) was wonderful. She always came up and greeted us when we came into the store.

Very professional with great service. My wedding ring was at a great price. 14K White gold with 12 diamonds. Beautiful and they sized my ring for no cost. The commericals are right about this jeweler. I recommend them to all my friends.

My husband bought my engagement ring from Jared, after looking at a couple other jewelry stores. He said Jared was very helpful and did not feel like they were trying to get him to blow his budget. He liked Jared so much that we decided to buy our wedding bands from them also. I was also very satisfied with Jared. We went back to look at rings a couple times, because we had a hard time deciding. Each time, they were very helpful but never pushy. They helped us stay within our budget and answered all the questions we had. We would both shop at Jared again for any other jewelry purchases.




I always saw the commercials “He went to Jared” and thought that it couldn’t be any different then a mall jewelry store. Boy was I wrong, the service was so impressive. From offering you a drink when you came in to letting you try on each and every setting with all different diamonds. Their knowledge of jewelry is amazing and they are so professional.

After going to the mall jewelry stores we decided to try Jared. I had heard they were very expensive but we were just looking at the time so I thought maybe we could get an idea of what look I liked. To my surprise we were greeted by a salesman who offered us a drink, and asked what we were looking for. He gave me every setting I wanted to try on until I found "the one", once I found that I tried all different shapes and sizes of diamonds in the setting. They noted with our names all the information on the ring for my now husband to use when he was ready to purchase. It was wonderful. When my now husband went back to buy my ring they were excellent. They sized the ring and had it ready for him in less than 1 day. I would give Jared an A+++. They were amazing not only when purchasing the engagement ring but the wedding rings and now all the cleanings and adjustments. I recommend Jared to anyone who is looking for quality diamonds at a great price with friendly service.

My husband went to this jewlry store for my engagement ring. We bought our wedding bands here and we wouldnt go anywhere else. The service is perfect.

When we first went to Jared's and picked out our wedding bands, we were very excited about what we found. My husband was very picky about his band and we had been to several jewelers to find one that he liked. However, in a few weeks when the rings were delivered the problems started. First, my husband's ring was completely the wrong size. Apparently the salesperson who put in the order either mismeasured his ring finger, or wrote the wrong size on the form. We were told by Jared that it was our fault that the ring was the wrong size and that we should have made sure the right size was written down on the order form before signing. The problem with that logic was that my husband had no idea prior to orderign the ring what his ring size was, so he trusted the measurements of the salesperson who sized him. After much discussion, they re-fitted his finger and put in an order for a replacement ring in the correct size. My ring was fine, so we took that home. To make a long and very frustrating story short, the new ring for my husband was also the wrong size and we had to reorder it again. Because of this, my husband did not have his wedding ring until less than a week before our wedding (we placed the rist order 6 months before our wedding). When it looked like he may not have it in time, a (different) salesperson suggested that he buy another ring to use for the ceremony and then "trade up" to his real wedding band once it came in. I would never recommend Jared after this experiance and we will certainley not be visiting them again for any of our jewlery needs in the future.

We were very happy with the service we got at Jareds. Needless to say they help my husband pick out a gorgeous ring that I love and we also had both my bands custom made. They both look great and I live my set together. I go every 6 months to get it checked and have no problems yet.

We got our wedding bands here. Very welcoming environment. However the lady that was assisting us was horribly pushy. I felt incredibly rushed. She pushed and insisted that I get the warranty and I'd be stupid not to get it....yada yada until I finally gave in...horrible- I was peeved- I just wanted my ring. I will never use the warrenty b/c you have to take it in every 6 months (something along those lines) to be checked or your warrenty is void.... I don't have time to go there every 6 months! Personnally, I will never purchase jewlery from them again. Other people that I dealt with there were fine.
