Love our rings and when we needed them resized last minute, they were able to do so while we waited and cleaned and polished them!!!

I got my engagement ring at a small custom store in Philadelphia, and it was a very unique design. I had a hard time finding a wedding band I liked, and I finally found one at Jared. The cost was very reasonable, and they were prompt in getting it sized. I also think the care package I got for the ring was great and I love that they have a jewelry repair place in the store. Great for peace of mind!

We have always had great customer service at Jared. They are friendly and attentive, but not overbearing. Their maintence package is totally worth it, and the quality of jewelry is visibly better than other stores in the mall we went to.

I guess I wasn’t too surprised when we said we didn’t want a diamond engagement ring that the manager immediately passed us off to a junior sales associate. However, the first ring we picked out and purchased did not match well with our chosen wedding bands so they easily took the ring back and replaced it with another that did go well. I thought their plain wedding bands were heavily inflated but the aquamarine ring we purchased for my engagement ring was a good price.

Although it is a chain they were very friendly, and personable.

They also have the best repair policy and a jewler on the premisis so your ring never has to be shipped out. I love them and can't wait to do more business with them!

Lifetime guarantee on all diamonds (replacement, etc) and for an extra $60 you can purchase the Lifetime Jewelry guarantee which will cover all Rhodium Plating services for your lifetime (1 Rhodium plating can cost as much as $30, so it pays for itself pretty quickly) as well as it covers the cost of any labor to repair, size, replace diamonds, etc.

These 2 services alone sold me. Plus they were very reasonable compared to other local jewelers (not just the chains)!

We went to Jared for my engagement ring and again for our wedding bands (and have been since for non-wedding related items). The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and not at all pushy. My ring is gorgeous and we were very happy, I definitely recommend it. They also have a great insurance policy and free cleanings!
