We loved working with the folks at the Westminster store for our wedding bands. My husband bought my engagement ring at the Loveland store when we were living up north, but I liked working with the Westminster store much more. The store is great about being helpful without being pushy, and they are great about communicating with you when you are waiting on your rings to arrive. I had my bands soldered together before my wedding and they weren't as even as I would have liked. After I returned from my honeymoon, they re-soldered the rings 3 times until I was happy, and never had any attitude about it. They told me that they insisted I was happy with the work, and would keep redoing it until I was satisfied. I really appreciated that, because I felt guilty being so picky. We love our rings, and I'm really happy knowing I can go to them with any issues and know I will receive great service.

Jareds at Wayside Commons,Burlington, MA 01803.The worst customer service i have ever seen. I went there with my friend to shop for her wedding ring. The first questions the sales person asked us was, "Who is the Bride ?" (which was my friend) "Where is the Groom ?" (he was not there with us) .. then she says "Then whos gonna pay for the ring ?" ... there were no other customers in the store, and for our budget of around 10K, she showed us 4 rings and said this all they have right now for our budget.we liked one ring among the 4, but the ring came with a band as a set. we told her, in our tradition we dont do the bands, so is it possible to buy the ring by itself. she then replys saying "this is American culture, and we have to follow this tradition now."we were four of us who went to the store, and in the first 10 mins we felt offended and 3 of us stepped out of the store, it was only the bride who was looking at the rings and she came out in another 10 mins. the sales person was very rude and we thought may be she had a bad day or something, but later when we discussed this with our friends at work, they also agreed and shared their stories about how bad this stores customer service is.

We purchased my husbands wedding band from Jared in Westminster, CO (my ring was a family heirloom) and we love it! It was on sale and we got a great deal on it! The staff is very curteous and helpful! If she is still there, I recommend talking to "blonde" Courtney as they call her. She is only there on the weekends but she is an absolute sweetheart. I know that any jewelry that we buy in the future will be from Jared!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They will not honor their own warranty. My wife's center stone cracked on the inside, so we brought it in. Not only will they not replace it, they claim the crack was always there. The crack is very obvious, there is no way it was there when we bought it. Their warranty is completely useless, do not buy from them.

I bought an anniversary band and a movado watch. They were nice in the store while selling it. Asked for a written appraisal for insurance when picking up and told it would be sent. Never came, salesperson would never call back. Customer service said they only do certificates of how much you paid not the value they said it was worth. I have purchased from jewelry stores all over the country and never had this problem. This makes me think they tell you a higher value and then sell for less to make you believe you got a deal. If they are not willing to back up what they tell you verbally on paper then how can they be trusted? Think carefully before you buy at this store.

Jared, The Galleria of Jewelry.Last night my fiance and I visited the jared store in the Collierville, TN (The Avenue Carriage Crossing) mall. This was our very first time to visit Jared. The purpose of our visit was to shop for a wedding band. We arrived to the store at approximately 8pm CST and were greeted by the friendly sales staff who was eager to help. We sat down with the staff and began to look at options that may work for my custom, designed engagement ring. After trying on several options, the sales woman (brunette, middle aged) asked if we'd be interested in a custom ring to match mine. She explained that they could "work up a quote" while we waited. She made some notes and took the ring to the center of the store and began working with others on the quote/design of the band. Within 15-20 minutes she returned with a quote sheet and my ring which she gave back to me. I immediately noticed damage to the crown of the ring's setting. I handed my ring to my fiance and asked him about it and he noticed it too and began using their magnification to see the details. It was very obvious to he and I both the ring had been damaged by some sort of tool during those 15-20 mins they were in possession of my ring. They never left our sight but we could not see behind their counter as to what tools were being used. The saleswoman said "We only counted the diamonds so that we could match your ring". We continued to look at the ring and noticed damage and question the staff of what was done to my ring. Both the saleswoman and man (gemoligist) denied using any tool on the ring. We have no way to prove that my ring was damaged without filing a report to see the surveillance video during that time. Our guess is that the micrometer was the tool that damaged the ring but we have no proof. Thankfully no diamonds were missing and the damage is minor but in fact there is damage to my ring done by some employee. We're sure the damage was not intentional but the staff's attitude and denial of fault was very unsettling. The incedent was handled very poorly by the staff and we will do business with a trustworthy jeweler. We realize that mistakes can happen. We will be in hopes that other newly engaged couples aren't faced with such a disturbing experience during such a joyful time in their lives.

me and my husband purchased both our rings from jared in boise idaho. i have a wedding band set with the engagement ring and he has a tunsten wedding band. the woman who sized my husbands finger sized it wrong and when we went to pick up his ring after they had resized it it was to big for his finger, so they had to send it in again. we have had our rings for almost a year and i have already had three diamonds fall out. im not impressed at all with the quality of my ring, altho the people were very helpful and nice i would not recommend to purchase the womens jewlelry.

I have consistently had problems with Jarad over the past three years. These folks almost never return phone calls. They make promises they don't keep. I ordered a special ring for my first wedding anniversary. The manager assured me there wouldn't be any problems getting the ring in time. I reminded him that I've been given promises before and they fell short. He absoultely assured me there wouldn't be any problems. I explained again that the timing is so important because I had other things that were dependent on this. I explained if they don't deliver, the whole special plan I had for my wife would fall apart. I was ABSOLUTELY ASSURED at least nine times that nothing would go wrong. The manager said he would call that day and makes sure everything was OK and he would continue to call to make sure everything stayed on track. He also said he would call me and keep me updated. Well ... he didn't call anyone. I called him three days later and had to leave a message. He finally called me back later on Friday afternoon. He hadn't called anyone. He said he was sorry but got busy. Of course since he waited all day Friday before he returned my call ... it was too late for him to reach anyone. I had to call him on Monday even though he promised me on Friday he'd call me Monday morning (he didn't!). End result ... I won't be getting the ring in time. So much for customer service. I'm done. I'm a 30+ year customer of Jarad, Shaws and Kay Jewelers (all the same parent company). I'm done! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM ANY OF THEIR STORES AGAIN. I've had the same type of problems with Shaws and Kay as well. That's one of the reasons I started dealing with Jarad. I figured a "high-end" store would treat me better. They didn't! I suggest anyone considering buying from these guy consider my experiences. This isn't an isolated incident. This is just the final straw in one bad experience after another, for years.

I love my wedding ring. My husband bought a set and we recently had the wedding band and engagement ring soddered together. They look absolutely beautiful. However, I am not impressed with the staff at this Jared. They are rude, not understanding, and We've been in several times because my ring constantly is scratched, dented and a diamond even fell out. We drive all the way down from Wyoming, but they will not make an appointment and then scoff when we would like to have the ring repaired over the weekend. I have had the ring for 8 months and it has been repaired 6 times. I would highly suggest you make the trek to the Jared in Loveland or Denver, where the employees actually know what they're doing.

I had already been looking at wedding bands for a while and I had narrowed it down to a contour band either here or at the Shane Co. I choose this place for my wedding band because I liked the style of it a little better and the added bonus was that my finger was so small that it actually reduced the price of it by $50. They were able to get it in fairly quickly and they were very good about contacting me as soon as it came in. I was a little disappointing in the service they gave my husband when we were looking for his ring. The lady was a little pushy and she kept grabbing rings she thought he would like instead of just letting us try out rings. He didn't really find what he was looking for but I don't think he would have gotten his ring here even if he did find the one he liked just because the lady irritated him so much.

Without a doubt the worst experience ever. We recently purchased a diamond engagement ring from these knuckleheads and they could not have been more difficult to deal with. Not only was it a ring, but a nice one at that. They have some real slackers behind the counter. Evelyn sized my soon to be wife's hand and assured us they would have it ready at the correct time and everything would be "perfect". Not only did they not have it ready on the date they determined, but it was the wrong size. So after they fouled up our perfect day, we had to bring it back and have it re-sized again. OK, the world is not a "perfect" place so they tried it again. However, the second time, they got it wrong, again. Still did not fit, hence the term knuckleheads crossing my mind. But again, the world is not a prefect place so we handed it back to them and they assured us that the third time is a charm. Not so fast, Evelyn and her worthless manager Berry still could not get it right and had the nerve to nearly bring my wife to tears. This was supposed to be a fun, memorable experience. Instead, I have to bring the ring to a different jeweler all together and start the ring sizing all over.To sum it up they are unprofessional, arrogant and treat people like terribly. They need to run through kindergarten again and get a refresher course on manners and leave jewelry to true professional, not these knuckleheads.

We would go there again. The sales people were nice, and not too pushy. They offered us water or coffee which was nice.

My Fiance bought my engagement ring at Jared. It has been a horrible experience and lasted since the first day I got my ring. The first day I got my ring 3 hours later it had holes in the band!!! We have never seen anything like it and when we took it backt to Jared the next day they said they were not sure what it was. They looked into it and it was a bad molding. They said I could find a different band, the band I currently had was one of their more high end bands, after unhappily choosing another band I absolutely fell in love with another, it was white gold just like the previous and looked great with my diamond. It cost $570 more than the last band. I wear my new band for 1 WEEK!!!! and it turned yellow. The plating had worn off and underneath it was a yellow color, not a good mixture for white gold, normally underlying metal in white gold has a white color so when the plating comes off it is no longer shiny but still white. We took it back 5 more times!!! and they were fixing my ring in about 10 minutes, the 5th time we went the lady told us we had been getting it improperly plated, that a plating takes about a day. I didn't know people wanted there rings improperly plated. We decided to call Sterling Jewelers and get them involved with our disappointment of their quality and customer service. We found out our ring contained over 12% copper, which is where the yellow color came from. They use it as a hardening metal. Rings that are to be white gold only use 5% or less copper. The lady said she would look into it. After a month of going back and forth they said they couldn't do anything besides offer us platinum at a charge of $2600 more than what we have already paid for. We were furious, especially since we found out that what we thought was a white gold band was in fact not!!! I didn't have my ring for about 15 days of the thirty day return and they would not return it so we could get out being connected or associated with Jared, even though they had my ring and claimed they could fix it. To this day 3 months later we are still fighting them and they have done nothing but give us a $100 Jared gift card. We don't want to give them anything or purchase from them, $100 after we calculated the purchase of the ring is .01% How helpful!!! If your going to Jared please don't you are making a mistake and an engagement ring is supposed to last a lifetime not a week!!! When you buy a car for $18000, you don't expect to go back everyweek to keep it working and with a ring it is the same case. Jared covers their bad quality jewelry with an irodium plating after selling the best product in the industry it is a cover for making cheap jewelry selling it for a lot of money and then having unhappy customers and not doing anything about it!!!!!

Jared sells mall-quality jewelry while calling it fine jewelry! After only 3 months my "white gold" wedding band turned yellow gold. I believe they just dipped a regular gold ring to sell it, but I can't prove it. The plating has come off almost completely. While I understand there is a plating process on white gold, I have many friends who do not have to "re-dip" their wedding rings every few months, which is what Jared told me, "everyone who has white gold must do". After much research, I have determined that they just sold me lower quality white gold with not-so-good rhodium plating. So I am stuck with a lifetime of a wedding ring I have to take to Jared and have re-dipped every few months; a life sentence! Also, if you try to complain you get stuck with customer service at headquarters as the highest authority. NO WHERE do they list their principals, officers, or any corporate info. Seems they are hiding something.I do not recommend Jared and would never shop there again.

I bought my huband's wedding band here. The staff were very helpful and guided me through the process with a lot of knowledge and advice for me. I recommend coming here for any jewelry need!

I love my engagment ring, and didnt expect my fiance to find one that I would like without me. Hes not very good at that kind of stuff. We will use them for the wedding bands and everything in the future. They make everything extremely easy and are super friendly.

Terrible. DO NOT TRUST THEM! I took my wedding band in to be sized and soldered to my engagement ring. When I got it back the two rings didnt fit together right and they were too small. The manager, Christina Major, tried to explain to me that it was because the two rings were different shapes. She also said that since I was soldering two rings together I should have made it a larger size. I understood what she meant but thought I should have been told that before they soldered them together! She said that I should have been told that. I called the Customer Service Hotline to complain. They put me on hold while they contacted the store. I was shocked when they came back on the line and told me that the manager at the store said that I was told when I dropped off the ring, that I should have made the ring a bit larger since I was soldering them together. SHE FLAT OUT LIED!!! I was so furious about her lying that I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN! I WILL ALSO WARN OTHERS NEVER TO GO TO JARED!

We were able to get a ring that I liked for $1200. My husband wasn't really interested in an expensive ring for himself, so he found a titanium ring for $100, which was nice. I was never able to find a wedding band that I liked to go with the engagement ring so I never bought one. I would have liked if they could have been more creative in offering me ideas for me to find a band I liked.

We love Jared ! My husband and I both got our rings there and we couldn't be happier. He also surprised me with a gorgeous pair of diamond earrings as a wedding gift, and we got my maid of honor a necklace as well! They will be our lifelong jewelers :)

We got my wedding band there. My engagement ring was a custom piece made by a jeweler in Texas, and I live in Colorado; making another trip down there to have a custom band made was not an option at the time. My engagement ring is pretty unique, so I looked at several jewelry stores to find the right band. I thought the selection at Jared was the best that I saw. They did a great job resizing it, it looks beautiful and fits great. I did have a small issue at the beginning. One sales person told me that if I sautered the two rings together, my engagement ring would be covered under the warranty that came with the wedding band. Then another sales person told me that was not true. In the end, it was the first person that was correct, so I was very happy about that.

After shopping around at several jewelry stores, my husband (then fiance') and I went to Jared to look for my engagement ring. I knew what I wanted and didn't see it in the store. We asked about designing our own ring and were pleased it was an option; however, we were unhappy about the pressure we received to go bigger on the diamond and more elaborate on the band design. We had a budget and repeated that what they were saying was not an option. In the middle of our conversation with a sales person, she left and told us another would be assisting us. We were not impressed and will not go back.

Terrible, shady, underhanded are a few words I would like to use! I was told a bunch of bs about my engagement ring and how it would cost about $3000 to fix. I was told this with very great detail, so I believed them, and was so upset I had no idea what to do. I was also told that my wedding band diamonds were loose, so I decided to have them fixed. One of the diamonds fell out of the ring and I called the manager to tell them my whole long story. I was not even given the $60 back, there was" nothing they could do". I didn't even ask for a new ring or anything else other then my money back. They spend a ton of money on marketing, but can not be bothered to make their customers happy.

Great service. Everyone is eager to help you out. Definitely go with the warranty, if my diamond falls out or gets damaged after they have inspected my prongs, they will replace. I get them checked biannually and cleaned free every month. My husband's titanium ring is amazing and has very cool Celtic designs on it.

Love the Jewelry, and most of the time get great service. Still 1 of 5 times in this place and I am told conflicting info, staff needs to be more educated on the jewelry.

Jared Jewelers created a one of a kind design. My husband takes creadit for the design and Jared's made it happen.Beautiful, reasonably priced, forever cherished! Get the lifetime warranty. I take it to the store location monthly to get it polished and rhodium dipped...at no extra charge. (White gold requires more maintenance.)I bought the groom's ring here too.Great service.

This vender was the most professional i highly recommend them. my ring fits wonderfully and im very happy with how i was treated

I found the greatest wedding set. We were able to open a Jared credit card and pay for our rings later. This really helped considering the wedding expenses.

Jared-Galleria of Jewelry, is a bad place to buy wedding rings or anything else. They pressure sell everyone and if you are 1 day late in making a payment their collections department starts calling. When my fiance bought my ring the diamond was not soldered in the prongs correctly, so I had to take it back and make sure they did their job right. The watch he bought for me broke immediately, so buying jewelry their is not good. All of their jewelry is over priced and you can get a better deal somewhere else. I would not recommend any of the Jared stores.
