Jason Sulkin Music - Solo, Duos, Trios & More

We absolutely loved the music. My fiance and I first heard Jason perform at his boss's wedding and we knew right then and there that we wanted to hire him to play at our own wedding. His music was so beautiful and really set the tone for the whole day and evening. Not only does Jason play beautiful guitar, but he is very professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Jason to anyone who is planning a wedding or event. You will not be disappointed.

Jason Sulkin was an easy choice for us. We read nothing but great reviews about him and his trio. We hired him to play solo guitar at our ceremony and then as a duo with an upright bass for the cocktail hour. His music at our ceremony was amazing and several of our guests commented on the great music and asked me where I found him. We were equally pleased with his performance during the cocktail hour where they played some great jazz which set a sophisticated atmosphere and set the tone for the rest of the evening. I can't say enough wonderful things about Jason and I highly recommend him to everyone.

I highly recommend Jason Sulkin to anyone planning a wedding in Los Angeles or Ventura or anywhere else for that matter! Jason is a fabulous musician and is a real professional. We hired him for our ceremony and cocktail hour and his music was amazing. He’s a pleasure to work with and has a great attitude. He also arrived with plenty time to set up and he was dressed very sharp. Last but not least, he worked with me to put together a selection that I wanted and was excited about. I have one word to describe Jason - Fantastic! We knew we wanted a guitar and another instrument for our wedding ceremony but until we met Jason we were unsure about the instrumentation. Jason suggested a guitar and flute duo and the result was amazing. The combination of guitar and flute lent a refined and delicate quality to the ceremony that we were looking for and we got many compliments from our guests.

For the cocktail hour Jason played with his trio and they were exceptional. They played classy jazz and we had several guests tell us they were the best trio they’d ever heard. We’re still getting feedback from our guests, and not one person has missed mentioning the great jazz trio!

Jason was a true treat for our wedding. He played at both our ceremony and cocktail hour. You just can't beat a live acoustic guitar. Though he was a little hard to contact at times, Jason MORE than made up for it in talent on our big day. He showed up on time, played what we requested (and played it WELL!) and is a darn friendly guy too! Book him, you'll be happy you did!

We had heard Jason at a friend's wedding on solo guitar. It was excellent and when we asked him to play our service and add a violinist he found a great musician and they were terrific together at our outdoor venue.He also put together a jazz trio for the cocktail hour and it was the perfect entertainment. Very professional and sounded great.Jason is easy to work with, passionate about every detail so you get what you want and is a great person. We recommend him and hope to hear him at other weddings!

Jason did a great job at our wedding. He was very professional and also is a talented musician. Jason was very prompt at responding to emails regarding our event. He also took the time to help us select songs that he would play. Before the wedding he showed up early to make sure everything on his end was set up and ready to go. Our company hired Jason Sulkin Music fairly close to our client's wedding! The performer showed up early, and got himself settled in testing sound, etc. He was amazing and really made the venue come to life. Music was also provided for the cocktail hour which I thought was PERFECTION. The wedding guests seem to not notice the extreme heat the venue was experiencing and I attribute that to the relaxing and entertaining music. Jason Sulkin played at our rehearsal dinner the night before our wedding. He was prompt, great to work with, even played a little longer than he was contracted. he played all of the music that we talked about and it really added a lot to our rehearsal dinner. I would suggest him to other couples looking for ceremony music or music for the night before.

We were happy to have one of Jason's musicians play beautiful guitar music at our outdoor wedding. My only complaint is that we didn't get the chance to enjoy the cocktail hour music because we were off taking photos! :) Our guests all said the music was terrific, though!The musician had lots of terrific suggestions for processional, recessional, etc. Overall we were super pleased!
