After lusting after a Bill Levkoff bridesmaid dress I'd found pictures of online, I decided to try to find it in a brick-and-mortar store somewhere here in Orange County, CA. I wasn't too satisfied with the price though--I couldn't really find it for cheaper than about $170. I started looking around online, and came across some decent reviews for Jay's Bridal. I decided to give them a shot, and I'm SO GLAD I did. I saved my girls about $50 each, plus we didn't have to pay sales tax since we ordered online. PLUS I had a discount code for about 8% off the total for being on their e-mail list! The dresses came in right when they said they would, in perfect, beautiful condition! And surprisingly, they fit pretty well, too! As long as you measure yourself CORRECTLY, ordering online shouldn't be a problem!

I highly recommend signing up for their e-mail list well before you order anything from them--they have really great e-mail communication with sales/free offers/discounts pretty often!

The staff at Jay's Bridal were spectacular in helping me find the perfect dress for my wedidng day! They also helped me choose the type of veil and jewelry that would look best with my dress! They even recommended I look at stores such as Claire's for jewelry since I was on a tight budget and the jewelry was out of my budget, how's that for being understanding and helpful! Afterall, the dress is pretty much the most improtant thing to the bride (besides the groom, family and friends, of course! ;0)!!!

They are a brick and morter store in Fl that also sells dresses on-line. We got 3 styles of Alfred Angelo Dresses in Clover. They were awesome to work with! In addition to doing things on-line, I called them so many times to make things work! 5 of the dresses were shipped to me, with the 6th being shipped to California. They all arrived in perfect condition. In between the time I sent the prices to my BMs (they were still deciding on exactly which dress) and the time I went to order - Alfred Angelo raised their prices. When I called Jay's about it, they price matched what I was originally quoted, so that we didn't have to pay more. I also accidentally put the wrong size in for one dress and caught it later that day. They were able to call the manufacturer and change it for me. We had extra length added to 1 BM's dress (she's 6'1) and it was no issue, there was a perfect place on the order form for that. The order form on-line was easy to work with, and when I did have questions, a quick call to the store always worked it out. I highly recommend them. My BM's saved an average of $30 each on their dresses.

This was for my dress. They were great!! They had wonderful customer service. I tried on a few dresses until I decided on the one that I wanted. I bought one of the sales floor dresses that were marked down in price, which made a 1500 dress only 300.00! I recommend them.

Bridal Gown: I loved the selection here! The staff was so friendly and helpful. I am a very anxious person and they didn't lose patience with me even after the millionth phone call. I only had to go to one shop to find my dream gown and all the accessories.

Bridesmaids' Dresses: I wanted one-stop shopping - all the gowns in one place, so they'd be easy to track. Again, the selection and service were great! I had an out-of-town bridesmaid and she was able to do everything online.

Alterations: Again - stayed with one place for all our alterations. They did a fantastic, fast job. The gowns were perfect! Mine looked like it was made especially for me.

I was blown away by the customer service of Erica at Jay's Bridal. She was so helpful in helping me FINALLy choose THE DRESS
(after all, I had had three others prior to THE ONE).
The dress was perfect, came in in RECORD time - less than 3 weeks - and was everything I could have asked for in a wedding dress.
I got a great price too and one of my bridesmaids got her dress there as well! I highly recommend online shopping from Jay's Bridal!
