My wife and I came to Honolulu, Hawaii, to get married. Our wedding planner recommended Jay's Limo to transport us from our hotel, to the wedding site, to the reception and back to the hotel. Frank was our driver and his service was impeccable. He was courteous, professional and on time throughout the evening. Regrettably the overall rating is three stars because of the stretch limo which Frank had little or no control over. From inside the limo the drive was very noisy and distracting. I would have taken it into the garage to get it checked out. The interior was set up for the party crowd rather than for a more formal event like the wedding itself. No doubt that type of crowd is where the money is at for most limo services. I understand that limos are expensive and can't be replaced every few years economically but this limo was very dated. The gray cloth of the ceiling was held taut against the roof by dozens of industrial staples placed a few inches apart! With the exception of Frank's excellant service the limo detracted from rather than enhanced the special occasion of our wedding. That said I suspect the same would have occurred with most of the other stretch limo services on the island. If I needed a stretch limo again I would try someone else and hope to get lucky, assuming I couldn't preview the vehicle in advance.

Quality of Service: For transportation for the wedding party, it was great. The driver knew exactly where everything was, where to park, and waited exactly where he needed to to pick us up on time and drop us off.
Responsiveness: I booked them about a month before my wedding and they were quick to respond to my request with a reasonable quote (less than 24 hours), which made this processes painless.
Professionalism: I got a text the morning of our wedding with the Limo driver's name and number. He knew the area well and was able to wait until we were ready and find parking no matter what. He was great and accommodating!
Value: It was the best value that I could find for a limo. They had multiple sizes to choose and they had amazing prices. They got the job done and it was amazing.

We went with Jay's limo as a shuttle service to bring our guests from the reception area to the ceremony and back. The driver was prompt and on time and he was really nice! Jay was awesome with the booking and following up with my wedding planners to ensure everything was ready for that day. The best thing about going through Jay's is they don't charge a travel fee! For that reason alone is a good reason to book with them!

Terrible! The limo we had comfirmed "broke down" on the wedding day, so the wedding party had to take a dirty, smelly, very old limo to the ceremony. It was so bad we didn't want to get any pictures with the limo. There was crushed food in the carpet from a previous group, one of the windows must have had tape over it, the driver wasn't dressed professionally, and after the service and after I tipped a large amount I received an email a couple of days later saying my credit car would be charged an additional $246 for tip. This is after I had mentioned in a couple of previous emails to the company owner NOT to charge anything, including tip, to my credit card, as I would be paying cash/ cheque for the service. This is not an issue I would have expected to deal with on my honeymoon!

My limo driver was awesome and very personable. There were two small issues, though - the driver was about 10 minutes late (granted, there was a storm going) but it did cause me some stress, and also I had requested to find out the limo driver's name ahead of time to make sure I had a military base pass for them but they couldn't give it to me until the day of. Overall good service though, and I'd use them again. Best deal on island!

These guys were wonderful. Sometimes took a little while to respond to emails, but on the day of, our driver was WONDERFUL. So professional and polite. Would definitely use them again.

Jay's limo service was great to work with. The limo was really nice and clean, our driver was great, and they showed up on time. Jay was very responsive, and followed up with phone calls anytime anything was unclear. Very easy to work with, and can't be beat for the money.

I used Jays Limos for our wedding day and was very happy with our drivers professionalism and promptness.The driver was on time and was great.
The only thing downside was that the carpet on the limo roof looked a bit old and was dirty. That was the only downside, but all in all, a good experience.
The outside of vehicle was clean.
I would recommend them if you want great service and professionalism.

We decided to go with Jay's Limousine after having a great experience with them for a friend's bachelorette party. We procrastinated on booking a limo and so, other limo services were limited in selection; leaving the more expensive limos left. Jay's fleet had the perfect size limo at a reasonable price (about $20-$30/hour or so less than the other services). We received quick responses during the booking process. They were very flexible considering I changed the pick up time 3 times. :) I would definitely use this limo service again.

He was very responsive, professional and they were able to adjust their service. Since we were running late, the limo drivers agreed in waiting for us until we were done @ the venue. They were very friendly also.
