got my engagement ring, enhancer and husbands wedding band here. they look fabulous and i love them however had some issues with jbr sizing the ring wrong and since it was their own fault they sent it back out no charge however they forgot to have it reengraved like they were supposed to so now i have to send the rings out again!

This sales woman was extremely helpful. She gave me her honest opinion on everything I tried on. She also helped my husband pick out my beautiful engagement ring. He got a beautiful ring for an excellent price. The sales woman wasn't very pushy and helped us find exactly what we wanted. I recommend this vendor to anyone.

Very helpful, and very accomodating. After the wedding my husband was wearing his ring for a few days when he realized it was way too big. It kept slipping off his finger when he washed his hands. We took it back and asked to exchange it for a smaller size and they did so without any hesitation. I highly recommend using this jeweler!
