my husband found my engagement ring while we were at the black Friday sale at JC Penny. It was on sale half the price of the original price. The quality is great and they have an excellent warranty. They didn’t have many options for my wrap, but I still found one I liked there. The only problem is if you purchase the warranty, they don’t have it in “the system” meaning they don’t keep records or computer records of purchasing the warranty. And they don’t have too many options for diamond rings.

JC Penney is always haveing great sales. So happens my mom walked into the store to find a dress to wear to my wedding. When she did she found the cutest dress for the flower girl.

Lisa has been my hair stylist for updo’s since high school and she does a fantastic job. I simply bring Lisa a photo of an updo or hairstyle that appeals to me and she creates something that looks gorgeous. I feel like Lisa is in the family because I have known her for so long. She started doing my hair my sophomore year of high school and she encourages me to bring her pictures after the event. I have done just that every time she does an updo for me. She keeps a scrapbook of all the updo’s and hairstyles that she has done over the years and I feel privileged to have a stylist like Lisa who does such a wonderful job. I purchased my wedding band from JC Penneys. They have a beautiful selection and wonderful sales. I purchase my wedding band at 50% off. I have always loved shopping at Penneys. They have a great selection on evening gowns, regular clothes, shoes,and perfumes. It is bright, colorful and the service is great.

My husband bought my engagement ring and wedding band from jcp.com. It arrived in a decent amount of time, and the sale price was great. I immediately noticed there was a big chip in the center diamond and a chip in a side diamond. I took it back to the store to send it back for a repair or exchange. The jewelry associate was so rude, she insisted that the damage was not a chip, but merely an "inclusion" that occurs naturally in lower quality diamonds. I insisted that I wanted the diamonds replaced, or the entire ring set exchanged. She advised me to go upstairs to the catalog services for the transaction, who sent me back downstairs to jewelry, who told me yet again to go upstairs. The associate had no idea what she was doing, so she called the on-duty manager. He had no idea, so he had to call the store manager at his home! We ended up sending the ring back for a complete exchange. The new rings were satisfactory, but the wrong size. I took them back to the store for sizing. After measuring and assuring me they would be back as soon as possible, I waited 2 weeks for them to come back. And guess what- they were BOTH the WRONG SIZES! Two completely different sizes, neither correct. So we send them back a third time and finally got them right. My husband also ordered his ring through jcp.com, only to be told after its arrival that they didn't offer a resizing service on his particular brand of ring. He had to return the ring and shop in a frenzy the month before the wedding for a replacement. Even though the product issues were eventually corrected, I am severely dissappointed in JCP's lack of customer service and uncaring attitude. I was made to feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. Nobody ever even apologized for all the inconvenience!

I spent $175 at David's Bridal for the bride's maid dress for my sister wedding. THEN had to pay $175 in alterations. All for a dress I'll never wear again (and that's not including the shoes and undergarments!) I didn't want to do that to my bride's maids, especially with the way the economy is now! So, I looked at retail stores for off the rack. I went with a national chain as I live in FL, 2 bride's maids live in NY, and one lives in NC. And, they can wear the dresses again!

We found the bridesmaid's gowns at JC Penney. It was super simple. We bought the gowns on the JCPenny sales rack and they were beautiful! We didn't have to mess with ordering or measurements- what we saw was what we got.

I have searched high and low for BROWN SUITS for the groom and groomsmen, and I finally found a great suit at JC Penny. It has a great fit to it and comes in the color chocolate brown. Since I am using brown and blue as my colors, I did not want to have black suits. These suits are great looking, come in a variety of sizes, and are for a great price.

I bought my girls' flower girl dresses for $19.99 each on the clearance rack. They were last years baptismal dresses. Exact matches for sizes in 4 & 6.

We used JC Penney's wedding gift registry. We had an easy time picking out our gifts, and relatives that lived far away (my husband has a lot of family in NJ) were able to pick out gifts registered to us over the internet and ship them. I liked the way they set up the whole process, but they were missing a couple of the items we were looking for.

Both bridesmaids purchased their dresses from JC Penney and they love them. The dresses fit my casual wedding very well and are reusable in a regular setting.

If you need affordable tuxes, it may be cheaper to buy here, than to rent anywhere. The shirts, and accessories are sold separately, but still at a more than reasonable price. Registering there is easy and fun as well. They have a great selection of things a couple just starting out would need.

Does what you ask for. She is a great hairstylist.

I found everything I needed for my brides maids at JC Penny. Shoes, dresses, and jewlery. I could not believe the deals and they had everyones sizes. From a 14 year old all the way up to a size 18 in womens. Plus, if they don't have it in the store you can purchase it from the catelog and they will ship it right to your house. They had tons of colors and a lot to chose from. I would try here for great deals and the perfect brides maid look.

They are great for a wedding registry. Prices are not as expensive as in Macy's so you can get better presents. Also, you can modify the list online at any time. You can even still exchange gifts months after the wedding and they give you a discount on all remaining items on your registry. They also give great perks like a free beautiful wedding planner book that is perfect for organizing everything and a free engagement photo.

My mother in law purchased her dress from JCP and for that price, it was wonderful. I liked the fact that the dress was not too simple and not too out there. It was perfect. The color, the fit..it was great. I think my Mom in law made a good choice.

i found three different dresses that matched the color i wanted at JC Penney. i Enjoyed shopping there, and all my girls were happy with what they wore.

My registry was at JC Pennys they did a good job of updating the list, but I did get some duplicate items which was a pain. Returns were easy for the most part, but I did have problems with towels.

Got our wedding bands at JC Penny. We looked everywhere for nice wedding bands, but could not find any style that fit us until we went to JC! Not the highest quality rings, but love the style!
