NO ONE WARNED ME until it was TOO LATE. Please let me preface my review with this: I feel so strongly convicted to write this review in hopes that anyone entering into a contract with JE Hedges will be a little more informed. JULIE almost RUINED my wedding day. I say almost, because we did not allow her to photograph my wedding, firing her 5 days prior to my big day. Julie is, in my opinion, the RUDEST, GREEDIEST, and MOST INFLEXIBLE business person I have ever dealt with. It's strange, because the first time on the phone with her- she was cordial, flexible and eager to please, even giving me a "special offer". Needless to say this all IMMEDIATELY CHANGED WHEN SHE CASHED HER CHECK. Scheduling my bridal portraits was slightly difficult, as Julie does not like to work on Mondays (there is a fee for that), but she reluctantly agreed- lucky me. I chose a beautiful indoor chapel at Callaway Gardens for the location (another fee for that) only for her to CANCEL MY BRIDAL PORTRAITS the day of, due to inclement weather. I'm not sure why the weather was such an issue for an indoor venue, but whatever... Then when I tried to reschedule the shoot I gave her a few days that I was available, and she couldn't do any of these days for various vague excuses including a "family emergency". SO SHE NEVER TOOK MY BRIDAL PORTRAITS, mind you we had already paid for these services in full. Additionally, Julie did not want to take our pictures after the ceremony, stating that it would take at least 90 minutes to do so and "strongly advising a cocktail hour and photo booth" for our guests. I questioned this, as I have many friends who chose to do the same and were done in less than half of that time. But there was no compromising at all. After a series of rude and aggressive emails, we terminated our contract with JE Hedges. Our venue also removed her from there vendor list, siting previous similar incidents. Others have also related the same experience, but I wish I had known before $$$.

Julie has a very professional appearance and is very flexible, and does her best to give you exactly what you want for your special day. I highly reccomend her.
