The staff here was always very friendly & helpful to myself & my BM's. They are frequently busy so it takes some patience but I always felt 'taken care of' when I was in for fittings & browsing for BM dresses. Only negative & reason for 4 (instead of 5) stars is because I had a moment, about 2 weeks worth of semi-panic about my dress arriving in time for my wedding when I ordered it 10 months in advance. I was given a date it would be in & it didn't come in until about 2 1/2 months after that date. Needless to say it arrived with time for alterations to spare but that scare was one no bride should have to endure, especially when she ordered well in advance.

Worst place to go for a Wedding gown they do not make you feel like a Bride or even help for that matter and they never talk or call you at all trebbile place don't go there they sold my Dress to someone else and kept telling me it was on backorder when it wasn't at all.
