Jenni's Bridal

From beginning to end, I had the most wonderful experience here. The day I first walked in to Jenni's was the very first day I had ever tried on a wedding dress. I had a bad customer service experience at a different bridal store in town earlier that day, so my mother, my mother in law, and I were feeling a bit down. However, we were determined not to let one bad experience ruin our day, so we walked in to Jenni's Bridal, although we didn't have an appointment. Even without an appointment, the staff fit us in and made us feel like royalty. Everyone was so nice, friendly and accommodating. I ended up finding my dream dress that day. All of my follow up appointments were fabulous, and I looked forward to coming in to the store. Ann, who did my alterations, was absolutely wonderful and worked so hard on my dress. I could tell she put so much time and love in the dress. I will, and already do recommend Jenni's Bridal to all of my friends and family. You are made to feel welcome and special, which is how every bride should feel as she celebrates this happy time in her life.

I would never recommend Jenni s bridal. They made me pay over $100 for upsize charges and extra fabric only to get a dress that was WAY to big. So then I had to pay another $100 to have it taken in. When I called to complain they offered no help and blamed it on everyone but themselves and offered no help. It is their job to help you find the right size, so buyer beware don t get sucked to al ltheir extra charges.

Jenni's Bridal was a great place to get my wedding dress. The staff is very friendly and helpful, with lots of dresses to choose from. They were my first stop on the day I tried on dresses and I knew that they would be my ultimate source. {Trying on dresses at David's Bridal and Mestad's made me feel more like dollar signs instead of a person.}

Once I chose my dress, they provided a beautiful bustle and I was so happy with how everything turned out. The guys all got their tuxes from there as well and from the fittings to pick up to wearing to returning them, everything turned out...

After dress shopping all weekend in the Twin Cities I didn't expect to find anything at this little dress shop in Rochester, MN, and while most of their dresses were totally covered in tulle and sequins we found the perfect dress at a much better price than anything we had looked at in the TC. Their service is also the best of any of the shops we went to, and my dress arrived in only 6 weeks, though they had told me it could take up to 3 months.
