Reviews for Jewels By Nicole, Inc.
Prakash Sheth from Jewels By Nicole, helped my now husband put together the most beautiful/unique engagement ring and wedding band. We had never even looked at rings together and I could not be happier!!! He even surprised me with a diamond cross just moments before the ceremony! The diamond quality, customer service, and wholesale prices set Jewels By Nicole miles apart from the mainstream jewelry stores. At least five of our friends have purchased there engagement rings there and none of the lucky ladies have had any complaints!!
What could be your worse nightmare when you're shopping for a ring?
1. that your girlfriend won't like it
2. that you pick a ring and a diamond you like... and when you come back, that the diamond isn't even *close* to the one you picked.
Well, with jewels by nicole, we got both :-(
At first, everything went smoothly. L.V helped me and my fiancee pick a ring she'd love. She found a unique design she completely fell in love with (and we'd been shopping for 3 weeks).
We ask for platinum and spend another 3 hours selecting from a rather narrow selection of diamonds. 3 HOURS of looking at 1 diamond, and we decide to go for it. We also asked for NO PRONGS setting, and other customization, which we're told will take 2 weeks.
Over 3 weeks later, we get a phone call "you wanted a pron setting, right??". Of course NOT. We asked for NO prongs.
Another week goes by and I go back to pick up the ring and surprise my fiancee (she thought it wasn't ready yet). I get there, they're late in delivering... and then catastrophe happens. The diamond doesn't look anything like what we'd picked. It had a BIG chip on the side. It doesn't even look anywhere close to the certificate of the diamond we picked, which we had kept.
At that point, you ask... what happened? Instead of owning up to what could have been an honest mistake, the vendor looks at me straight in the eye and says I was mistaken, that this is the diamond I picked.
The guy who wasn't there when we inspected the diamond for 3 hours is now saying I order a $4,000 chipped diamond.
I say I want another diamond. The one I ordered. Instead, he tries to sell me a $6,000 diamond.
So would I recommend them? No. Ever ever? No, I would NEVER recommend them. The worse fears became true.
