Wonderful person and team to work with. Jilladair really made everyone look beautiful and not over done. The hair and makeup on all of us was just wonderful. She really kept me at ease from the time I meet him through the whole process. Her and her team are amazing.

These ladies arrived on time, did not make anyone feel rushed, and worked on last minute changes with us, taking everything in stride. My mother and sister looked awesome, and they made them feel very comfortable right away! The makeup turned out beautifully, as did our hair, and we all had an awesome day! I can only give praise!

LOVED this team of makeup artists and stylists! Rachel is the best and all my maids and moms looked totally gorgeous! I love the airbrush makeup and my eye makeup was SO beautiful! I didn't want to wash my face. They made the morning of my wedding a fun girls time. They even did my two little flower girls, so cute.
Professional, on time, quality services!! I would definitely recommend them. The cost is a little pricey but you definitely get your money's worth. I felt like a queen once they were done with my hair and makeup!

She was great and very flexible especially coming in so early for my wedding. Did a great make up and hair job as well for me the bride. Wish we had more time but we were 30 mins late because of a late start. More time would have allowed to do final touchups! But overall very good, my make up and hair lasted for a very long time and I loved that! Jilladair is a true artist and a joy to work with!

Jilladair comes to you and does an amazing job. My bridesmaids looked flawless! I think they were nervous they looked too good! The price is high but the service is totally worth it. They work their tail off to make sure you are relaxed and fabulous on your wedding!

I had my makeup done for my wedding by Jilladair, and my hair done by a family friend. Jilladair was an artist with my makeup, and I honestly couldn't have asked for anything more. My hair on the other hand was a bit of a disaster, and Jill had to quickly try to help me fix it. If you are thinking of having two different people do your hair and makeup think again. I honestly wish I would have had Jilladair do my hair, because you can trust that she will replicate your exact look from your trial appt. (which is what my hair lady didn't do). When I was crying and in a state of panic after having my hair done Jilladair calmed me down and helped to fix what she could of my hair. She is like a protective momma bear for her brides, which is what I needed on the day of my wedding. She is amazing! I look forward for some special occasion to have her work her magic on me again (why aren't there more black tie formal events these days anyways?).

Jilladair does excellent makeup. If you think that only Asian people know how to do Asian makeup, you are wrong. After looking at Jilladair's portfolio, I knew she was the perfect person to make me look beautiful. She made me look stunning, soft, but dramatic enough to make me stand out. I also believe that for the quality of work Jilladair does, she is very reasonably priced.

I love love loved Jilladair. We didn't start off on the right foot however, she had an emergency so my make up trial was cancelled, totally understandable, the assisant told me that they would get back to me as soon as possible, no problem. However, after a couple of weeks, they finally got back to me wondering why I had not contacted them to reschedule, frustrating. Her studio was also very hard for me to find and when I called they're weren't very helpful and became rude because I kept loosing service and they thought I was hanging up on them. AFTER all of that confusion and frustration, Jilladair was AMAZING. Her high quality products and service made me look and feel like a princess! On the day of, my hair stylist quit right in the middle of doing my bridesmaids hair, Jilladair stepped right in and fixed it, no problem and it looked 10x better. This woman is incredible!

Working with Jilladair and Rachel was a dream. From the first phone call when I was gathering information to my wedding day, Jilladair and Rachel were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and fun. They responded to all my emails (I was planning my Seattle wedding from 3000 miles away) and Jilladair really took the time to listen to my ideas and wishes and get to know me before she even took a hairbrush to my head. Her goal- and she came through 150%- was to make me completely satisifed and to bring out the most beautiful "ME" for my wedding. After the trial, when I asked to change a few things, she was responsive and on the same page. She and Rachel arrived early on my wedding day, were prompt and friendly with all my bridesmaids and made getting ready even more fun! I could not have been happier with my hair and makeup. I felt my most beautiful, and confident for pictures for the entire 14 hours that everything needed to last! But I also felt exactly like ME, and I knew that my husband-to-be would be seeing the person that he knew- not just someone with a fancy hair do and a lot of makeup- when I walked down the aisle. Add to this her amazing prices, and Jilladair cannot be beat.

My Maid of Honor and I weren't getting along, Jilladair and Rachel went beyond their title to be sure I had a special day. They even helped me into my dress! I was comfortable with photos and whipping my hair around because of the work they did. The pictures are fantastic, well worth the money. But the true value was in the love and care they showed. I adore them and wish I could relive it, again. Even the sour MOH...

I cant begin to descirbe how my experience was! The girls were great! They worked their magic to make me and my girls look stunning! The make up lasted all night! I cried and sweated and it didnt come off! It was easy for to take off as well!

These were very professional and attentive woman. I really enjoyed my time with them. My only concern was that some of the make-up did rub off on to my dress. Overall it was wonderful working with these ladys. I received lots of compliments on my hair and make-up.

I was very happy with my services that I received from Jilladair, They were very professinal and very attentive to my needs. She has a great team. They made me feel like a princess! My only complaint would be that some of the make-up rubbed off on to my dress.

Jilladair and her staff were delightful to be around and did an exellent job on me and my daughters. Mine and my daughters makeup stayed on until we took it off and our hair stayed where she put it for the entire wedding and reception. I would recommend her to anyone.

Jilladair and her assistant Rachel were phenomenal. I have never been much for glamour, and have very natural tendancies, so I was a little timid at first to see how my before and afters looked. I was very surprised at how beautiful I looked in my after photo, but it took some getting used to, because I am not the glamour girl!

I was complimented non-stop throughout my ceremony on how beautiful I looked, but no one ever said "your makeup looks great!" which is exactly what I was going for.

Jilladair is a very honest and direct individual. She is very good at what she does, but was also very willing to listen to my input, if something ever seemed a little over the top!

It seemed like a lot to pay for a professional hair and makeup service, but once I saw what I was getting for it, I had no problem with the cost! I am tight with money, so this should speak volumes about Jilladair and her team!

The minute I saw Jilladair’s portfolio on her website, I instantly knew that I wanted her to do my hair and make-up for my wedding. My only real worry then was my budget. When I told her about my concern, she offered me a really great discount---all because she wanted to make me look beautiful for the most important day of my life. That is how kind and nice she is. Jilladair is undeniably an artist and she will certainly make you feel like you are her masterpiece once she’s done with your make-up.
I also just wanted to share that on the day of my wedding, on her way to the hotel where she did my make-up, Jilladair got a tire blowout! I can imagine that it must have caused her a lot of stress but once she showed up, she began to work right away. That is how professional she is.

Jilladair provided hair and make up services to my daughter, her wedding party, and to me. To say that we looked great would be an understatement--we looked FANTASTIC. We didn't end up simply looking fantastic. We had all kinds of benefits we hadn't expected. For example, we wanted to make sure that my daughter's hair and make up weren't compromised while she got into her wedding dress and veil. Jilladair took the extra time to offer hands-on assistance with what could have been a difficult moment. Jilladair was amazing. My wedding day would not have been the same without her. I was a little worried about spending money when I could do my hair and make-up myself, but I am so glad I did! I have always hated pictures of myself and was dreading the hundreds of photos that would be taken on my big day, but when i look at how amazing Jilladair made me look (and feel) I smile and feel really good about myself. I absolutly loved Jilladair, I went to her house for my hair and makeup trial and she was just amazing. My makup trial went beautifully, my hair was fabulous and I loved it. It stayed in place very nicely all day/night.
Jilladair did the make-up for everyone at the wedding and they all looked beautiful, I only wish she had been the one to do my hair as well. My Maid of Honor was fixing my hair just before the reception started because unfortunatly there were not enough pins to hold it in place. Aside from that everything was fabulous and I ended up leaving my hair up until the following evening when I finally reached my Honeymoon destination.
The comments from my bridal party were similar, they loved their hair and makeup and felt like the quality of work VS the $$ they paid was just right.
Because of the picture taking of my entire Bridal party it was up to my Mom to help me get into my dress. Jilladair was right there to help every step of the way and made sure that I looked perfect from head to toe.

Jilladair is an AMAZINGLY talented, skilled, professional and personable makeup artist. Prior to our initial consultation, Jilladair and her team spent a considerable amount of time responding to my detailed questions and providing recommendations for products (including hair extensions and fake eyelashes) that would work best for the look I was wanting to achieve for my special day. I found Jilladair's pricing (services, products and travel) to be VERY reasonable, so much so I added my mother and bridesmaids when I booked. On my wedding day, I was a lot more nervous than I expected and I found Jilladair and her team calming and light hearted. Everyone in my bridal party having their makeup and/or hair done had a great time and Jilladair even brought us treats :). Needless to say, Jilladair won over my bridal party and even my germophobic nurse step-mother changed her mind and asked Jilladair to do her makeup. Jilladair made me look beyond fantastic, she truely cared that everything was 100% perfect. There was no rushing, or hurried feel as I have gotten at salons in the past.
She came to my hotel room in plenty of time, everything was calm, relaxed and I was able to unwind. We laughed like old friends and she also went the extra step to help my mom with her hair. I will NEVER have another formal event without Jilladair and her team, it was like going to a high end Spa only far far better!

Jilladair goes above and beyond the call of duty. She and her staff really do an excellent job, especially when it comes to being flexible and having a broad knowledge of her field.

I would recommend Jilladair to anyone looking to be the fairytale princess they always dreamed to be!

Overall, I was happy with the services received. However, some of the girls in my wedding party felt otherwise. They felt that Jilladair did not listen to their concerns and feelings about how their makeup looked. They felt as if she was sabotaging their makeup so not to "out shine the bride". Half of the girls ran back to the room to redo it themselves which was a total waste of money for me since I paid for them to get it done as part of their wedding party gift. But it was more important to me that my girls were happy and felt just as beautiful as I did because IT WILL show in the pictures. Also, it was very pricey to have her do the girls makeup on-site. I would definitely do some shopping around before booking and I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend doing a trial before booking. It just worked out better for us to have her come out since I had big wedding party. Despite the girls hating their makeup, they absolutely loved Jilladair's hairstylist. That was my first time getting airbrushed makeup done and I loved how it stayed on my face through the entire ceremony and reception. My face never looked shiny and for those who did not redo their makeup felt the same way. I do agree with Jilladair that you must give the makeup time to sit on your face. Brides, please voice your opinions because the only thing that matters is that you and your girls look your best for your wedding photos.

I absolutely loved the service provided! I felt like a movie star on my wedding day. Jilladair provided makeup & hair for my 2 bridesmaids, my mother and me. I had a few difficult ladies that do not regularly wear makeup and Jilladair handled them with ease. My only complaint is that I initally booked for an extra person just in case, but when no one else needed the service, I couldn't remove them from the contract so I was stuck paying for an additional person. Disappointing. But if I had it to do over, I would still hire Jilladair. she was awesome!

Jilladair Carlson did makeup for myself and the bridal party (5 total) and we all loved the look. She helped to create a look that was beautiful and true to our own style and personality.

My mom and I have both had several people comment of the gorgeous make-up when we show wedding pictures.

Jilladair is probably one of the most unique, diverse, and instantly personable people I've ever met. When you have Jilladair on your side, it feels like nothing can go wrong! And, if it does, she'll fix it...with style. Jilladair and her team did the makeup and hair for my wedding and their presence made my wedding-day morning simply delightful...despite the fact that I had several wedding "dramas" going on at the same time! If you need something, someone is on hand to go and get it...even if it means running down to the store to find last-minute flowers or buy the groom black socks--there was no way Jilladair was going to allow him to even entertain the idea of white socks when he told her he forgot to get black ones!
