Jitters

I got engaged in May of last year and married the following October (< 5 mths for planning). The wedding ceremony and reception was in a charming B&B in Manitou Springs, CO. It is a gorgeous setting, though it is very far in location from where my mother lives, North Alabama or my mother-in-law, New Hampshire. My mother (the MOB) and I (the bride) both met Kim of Jitters and felt entirely comfortable with her. We had talked with a few other people, but we knew Kim was the one for us when we met her. She came with me to multiple bridal fittings and delicious tastings when my mother was there and when she wasn't. Having Kim guide us through the wedding process was a godsend. There are so many things we never would have thought of or would have have just been overwhelmed by. With a short timeline, we were able to make decisions that were beautiful and economical. When my attention to detail lagged, she was there reminding me of the overall picture. And when I got giddy and quite silly, she was there reminding me of the overall picture. Having a wedding planner made the wedding less stressful for my mother and I, as well as my husband and all of the family members. The week of the wedding we all knew exactly what we were doing and were not worried about wedding programs or music. We were able to enjoy all of our family and friends. The day of the wedding was the only bad weather of the whole month. The entire ceremony location was up in the air due to the weather. Kim was so professional and calm about it. We ended up moving the ceremony location and had a unique ceremony. No one knew that we did not have entirely separate plans. Kim pulled it off elegantly. It was a gorgeous wedding. My cheeks hurt from smiling so much. I highly recommend Jitters.
