Joe Escobar Diamonds

We got both my engagement ring and my wedding band at Joe Escobar, and I am so very happy with them. My husband picked out my engagement ring with the help of Moriah and they did a wonderful job I absolutely love it. Since it was a one of a kind ring I worked with Moriah to get my wedding band custom made to match the engagement ring and they fit absolutely wonderful together. Their jewelers do an excellent job and the jewelry they have in the store is breath taking.

We will never go anywhere else! My custom ring is gorgeous! Theri customer service is exceptional! They were very patient with us as we looked through all of their rings. I had a particular design in mind and they were able to design and create it perfectly. They searched and searched for the perfect center stone. The quality of their work is unmatched and they go above and beyond! I can't say enough about them! Erik and Ryan are awesome! We will be back!

This will be a short review because I don't need to say too much except they are awesome. They custom-made the most amazing ring for my wife. She loves it so much. (I scored huge bonus points for this one!) lol. Awesome company...they are the experts and I certainly did not want to mess around with something as important as a ring. We purchased both of our rings here. I chose them because they were one of the few jewelers in our area who deal with palladium. This will be our place for jewelry in the future. The customer service here is out-of-this-world amazing! They are completely attentive and non pretentious. Everybody gets the same service regardless of your budget. We got some sneers other places when we told them our budget, but here we didn't even get a flinch and we've had different people each time we've come in. They have amazing selection. Can't be beat. We will be back!

I had my wedding ring custom made there and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. After searching for weeks online and in stores, I could not find what I wanted. I had an idea in my head and after going the Escobar's and talking to them I knew I could trust them to make my design a reality. Oh was it even better then I had imagined I swear I get compliments every day as it being such a beautiful luxurious unique design.

A friend recommended Joe Escobar's and we are so glad that he did. It was a great place to get our wedding rings. They had a selection of men's titanium rings, which is exactly what my husband wanted, and he was excited about not having to go online and order a ring. I was happy with the gold band I got, and with the engraving we decided on. The service is fantastic and we really enjoyed our experience there.

We have nothing but good things to say about the service and jewelery at Escobar. We were looking for a unique engagement ring setting for an oval diamond my now-husband had already found elsewhere. We happened to live near Joe Escobar Diamonds and thought we'd take a look there after visiting the standard jewelery stores as well as Shane Co in Cupertino. When we came in, we were offered beverages and they let us take our time looking at all the unique settings they have. They sell pieces from smaller design houses instead of the mass-produced jewelery you'll find at the mall jewelers.Since we already had an oval diamond, they helped us decide which settings would look great with that shape stone. We settled on an antique-looking Somos design that I am still getting frequent compliments on. Escobar shipped our stone to the designer and then we received our gorgeous ring. It is truly stunning!Since we've owned it, I have taken it back several times to have it polished so it will sparkle even more, and they always take the time to chat with me. On one polishing visit, they noticed that the diamond had been bumped and didn't seem as straight as it was before. They actually kept the ring overnight and adjusted the prongs to make it a more secure setting so that won't happen again.After the wedding, we had Escobar solder my engagement ring to my wedding band after they explained why it's better for the rings when they're not bumping into each other.I love getting the compliments that I'm still getting on my beautiful ring. Knowledgeable staff and so friendly; not at all pushy or annoying which is why my I recommend so highly. My fiance designed my engagement ring here, and the quality/craftmanship/beauty is stunning. Best Jeweler in the Bay Area, by far! Noone has the great selection Joe does, and the service is superb! It's a family business, and they know what they are talking about. My husband and I have the most beautiful rings, and we often stop by to get a polish! Also, if you don't see what you want, they have tons of catalogs to look through. We tried everywhere, Ben Bridge, Shane Co., Kay, etc. Joe gave us the best service and had just what we wanted.

We bought our engagement ring there - a great value as it had one tiny flaw that they carefully place under the tong of the ring so it'll never be seen. We went back for my husband's ring and were equally satisfied. They are great to work with and you feel very comfortable there!
