1.First of all before I booked this place, I asked if John Agnello was going to take the picture and the girl said yes. A week before my wedding I found out that someone else was taking the pictures.

2 .it took 1 year for the album to be completed. The guy Rob that was taking care of my album left, and this people didn't even have the courtesy to let me know I had to call them and email them to found out
why was taking so long.

3.THE ALBUM IS AWFUL!!!!!! I am embarassed to show my wedding album to my friends we paid over $2,000 for this. It looks like a cheap ugly version of a high school year book.

the pages are made of cardboard and most of the pictures look yellow.

John was amazing. He does beautiful work, and is a very fun guy! We were so happy with everything we have gotten from him so far. We did our engagement photos with him, and our wedding pics. We recently picked up our proofs and they are nothing short of amazing. We cant wait to choose all our photos for our album and see how it comes out.

John and his assistant Eric were excellent photographers for my wedding. They both have a creative artistic side for envisioning great shots. They make you feel comfortable and truly know how to capture the day. I highly recommend John Agnello Photography.

I would NOT recommend John and his team. Not very honest and pictures were average.

John was recommended to us by a friend who was married earlier in the year. When I saw her pictures I knew I wanted to work with John for our May 19th, 2012 wedding. John first photographed us for our Save-the-Date's; people are still complimenting us on how great they were. Now that the wedding has passed we have the nearly impossible task of choosing from proofs for our album. Every single picture that John took looks amazing! He pays careful attention to detail and considers all aspects surrounding the subject he's shooting. His experience and talent shine when he is able to take those natural, candid shots and make them look intentional. He is not the type of photographer to be in your face with a camera while you're enjoying your wedding but he's always around to capture every minute of your special event. What helped even more was that John worked with us on our budget and was very accommodating. I loved working with him and would definitely recommend him to others!

He was great. We couldn't be happier. John has a great personality and made us feel very comfortable. I highly recommend John for any Wedding or event. He's a great person and I'm not surprised that he has a great reputation.

I was so disappointed! The photographer was a tough choice to make but we thought we were making the right choice...we were mistaken. We met with John and loved him. He shot our engagement photo session, he made us so comfortable and the photos were great, but he wasn't available for our wedding date. The photographer we got for our wedding was young and seemed very inexperienced. He missed our first kiss during our ceremony, I was heartbroken. They did show up on time and we received over 1000 proofs a week after the wedding, BUT pictures were not centered with background fixtures and other than a few b&w and sepia toned pictures, that was all they did to edit the pictures, I could have done that on snapfish or shutterfly for free. It was just very disappointing, we didn't have a videographer, so our photos were all we had to capture the day and I was disappointed with what we got. DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PHOTOS ON THE WEBSITE...they are all by John and if he is not ur photographer the day of ur wedding, ur pictures are NOT going to look like those! Also get ready to leave lots of messages on their machine before they get back to you once u submit ur deposit.

When I booked this company for my wedding, I was told that John the owner was going to take the pictures. After I gave them the first deposit they told me that he was going to send someone else instead. The guy was really nice, but that was not the agreement we had before the deposit.
I got married a year ago and I m still waiting for my pictures. I do not recommend this company at all.

John is a great photographer and is extremely passionate about his work. Some might find him a little pricey, but you really do get what you pay for.

John is truely one of the best photographers out there in Northern NJ. He is totally worth every penny. I know 2 other couples who used him as well, and they absoulutely loved him. He knows what shot work best and is super funny! Yeah baby!

John was my photographer and he was awesome!!! He made everyone laugh was great with the kids and didnt waste any time taking pics... he is an awesome photographer

My pictures are absolutely gorgeous, and...I have over 2000 of them to look through.

He has a great studio with an excellent staff. We had two photographers for the day. Each followed both of us around before the ceremony. Afterwards the photographers got all of the family/friends pictures out of the way at the beginning of the cocktail hour, which was great; we even had plenty of time to enjoy our cocktail hour and join our guests! During the reception, the photographers took tons of great candid shots and yet it was like they weren’t even there! We enjoyed working with John Agnello Photography and were pleased with their work.

A ~ I have to say that John and his assistant were quick with taking the posed shots and it wasn't like we were standing around all day taking pictures. He did get some really great shots, and I wish I was a little more vocal on some pictures I really wanted...but it wasn't John's fault it was hot and I was cranky;0} and it was my wedding day so my thoughts were raising, so some photos slipped my mind during the day, but he did get a lot of essential shots as well as unexpected ones. He was funny and at times made up crack up during some of the pics. I loved that I was able to see a slideshow during the reception it allowed me to see some of the shots without having to wait weeks for the proofs. I loved how my sign in board and epics had turned out as well, which were a great part of the package!
At my house he made himself at home and didnt look like he felt uncomfortable with us. His assistant was great and did take a picture I asked her too. I had over 1100 proofs so it def was hard to pick my album pics. I am excited to see how my album turns out and I will regrade after my album is finished and I receive the other parts of my package to see if I give the + ;0}

John & his team were amazing. The showed up right on time, and took more shots than I could even imagine. I have not gotten the proofs yet, but I did see some on a laptop they set up at the reception (which was a nice touch) and can not wait to see the actual pictures.

Only thing I am disappointed in is that there was no photographer stationed at the end of the recieving line.

The best choice I could have made.

Great photographer. Beautiful pictures. Took alittle while to get my pics, but worth the wait. 9yrs later-- still getting compliments!!
