Johnny Vegas & the High Rollers are pleased to bring their high quality musical entertainment to your special event. Johnny Vegas & the High Rollers are in demand for weddings, company parties and fundraisers and have performed for a wide variety of clients from small “Nite-clubs”, large corporate events, wine country weddings to elegant, high-society dinner parties. WHAT DOES IT COST TO HIRE Johnny Vegas & the High Rollers?
Pricing depends on a number of variables including the date, location, band size (available as a 7, 8, 9, 10, & 11 piece band), and the nature of your event. For an accurate price, please contact our management and they will be happy to give you a quick and accurate quote. We do make every effort to be reasonably priced, and the band continues to be priced competitively. For a fundraiser, we are pleased to discuss reducing our rate to help you reach your financial goals for your event.
WHAT DO I GET WHEN I HIRE THE BAND?
Well, first and foremost, you get the *Johnny Vegas & the High Rollers show* with all the bells and whistles. The live band comes with our own professional sound system and sound Engineer. We provide all the necessary crew to run our production.
WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE FOR THE BAND TO PERFORM?
We simply need a small space (The full band usually requires floor space or staging that is a minimum 12’ deep x 16’ wide.) for us to perform on, with access to power.
[Power Requirements (for venue contacts): At least two 20A (or 25A) circuits within 25 feet of the stage. It is IMPORTANT that they be SEPARATE CIRCUITS. Lighting Requirements: PLEASE NOTE ~ Professional lighting systems typically require their own discrete power source established and maintained exclusive of the audio system and band requirements.]
HOW FAR AHEAD IS Johnny Vegas & the High Rollers BOOKED?
As the band is in demand, Johnny Vegas & the High Rollers performs weekend nights and occasional weekdays as well. We do have dates booked as far as one year in advance, however we do have various dates available in the much closer future. Please call us or check our calendar for availability.
Do Johnny Vegas & the High Rollers PLAY SPECIAL REQUESTS?
The group is happy to accommodate any of your musical requests. Please look over our song list, and we’d love to hear about your favorite songs from the list. If we play any songs that you don’t care for, we’d like to know that as well. We can also learn songs that are not on our list, but this must be discussed with management well in advance of the performance.
CAN YOU PROVIDE MUSIC DURING COCKTAIL HOUR OR DINNER?
Our talented band can perform during your cocktail hour [please inquire ahead of time for pricing]. Or, we always have a variety of CDs, from classical to jazz, during any down time. We'll automatically provide music for pre-show, between sets, or dinner. If you have any particular music you'd like, feel free to pass it on to us and we'll be sure it gets on.
WHEN & HOW WILL THE BAND SET-UP?
We ask for a 3-hour window from door time for our engineer & crew to load our production equipment. The band usually arrives 1 hour prior to door for a complete soundcheck.
WHAT IF WE ARE CONCERNED THAT THE BAND WILL BE TOO LOUD?
Johnny Vegas & the High Rollers are always prepared to perform within any volume constraints.
CAN YOU PROVIDE “MASTER OF CEREMONY” DUTIES?
For most weddings we act as the Master of Ceremonies for announcements, introductions, special dances, cake cutting, bridal bouquet toss, and all other reception events. Our service includes full pre-wedding coordination to determine music selection, announcements, event timetable, and all other details for your special day.
CAN YOU PROVIDE “CEREMONY MUSIC” FOR MY WEDDING?
Band musicians can also perform for your ceremony. We have excellent and very experienced soloist, duos, & small groups. Inquire ahead of time for pricing.
HOW DO YOU DRESS FOR PERFORMANCES?
Unless there is a particular request for more formal attire, Johnny Vegas & the High Rollers usually wears period defining clothes that match our show. Everything we wear is appropriate for all types of audiences.
WHAT ARE YOU PAYMENT TERMS?
An initial deposit representing 50% of the contract value is required with the contract to reserve the band. The balance is due at your event. Acceptable forms of payment include personal check and cash. (Make Check Payable to: Johnny Vegas & the High Rollers)
WHAT ARE YOUR MEAL & GRATUITY REQUIREMENTS?
Our client normally provides hot meals (since performers & crew spend 8 - 10 hours including travel, setup/teardown, and playing times.) Gratuities are optional and not included in our fees. Tipping is generally $25-$50 per musician.
