Our photographs speak for themselves. We cannot thank you enough for the amount of work you put in to our wedding! We are so blessed to have met you, and look forward to the baby photos!
We have heard and seen nothing but great things from this vendor. However, we will never get to experience them for ourselves as she cancelled on us just 6 days before our event in the most unprofessional manner.
It's understandable her reasons for cancellation, as she had a family emergency. However to send a mass email to her next five upcoming clients to cancel is not professional nor personal. Additionally, she knew a day previously that she would not be available for the weekend wedding, and we should have been her very next phone call. Having an extra day to scramble to find a replacement would have been greatly appreciated.
We are expecting a full refund of our deposit as Asja didn't even try to offer replacement recommendations as her contract states.

The review above is not even from the bride herself, but from a disgruntled family member. I have spoken to the bride recently, and we have put everything behind us, yet this disgruntled family member remains troubled, for reasons I will never know.
I am trying to find the right words to respond to your harsh comment, however; my sister who lived in Hull, England was in a horse-back riding accident and died before I got to fly over to see her. I'm sure you understand the rush in trying to see your sister before her life ends. It's true, I did not call each event personally, because I simply did not have time. I canceled 5 events/photo shoots, and this was the ONLY complaint I had, because everyone else was a human being, and sympathetic to our grave loss.
My family is my number one priority, and if you were in my shoes, you would have done the same.
I am happy, as this is the only complaint I have EVER gotten with my photography in all my years as a professional.
