Additional Advice
When figuring tent sizes, allow at least 8 square foot per person for banquet style seating and at least 10 square foot per person for round table seating, while leaving at least 100 square foot per table for the buffet area. Your bar area, as well as band area, should be at least 100 square foot each.
Aside from main traffic aisles, allow 4 1/2' between round tables for chair and service space and 5 foot between oblong tables where seating is back to back. This permits 24" of service space behind 18" of chair depth.
