We had a terrible experience with Jorden's. We should have known from the first time we met with them that they were incapable of providing decent services as they present. I cannot list all of the things that went wrong with Jorden's but here are some of the biggest. They lost our order a few days after we placed it with them and so then we had to go meet with them again to redo the order. Maybe that should have be an omen for what was yet to come. A few weeks before the wedding, they called to confirm our order reviewing the number of centerpieces and types of flowers. We thought everything was set to go, and never once did they express worries about the type of flowers we ordered or the number of centerpieces etc. After all we had a very simple order with the same flowers for everyone and and the centerpieces. The only special request we had was to send a corsage to my 90 year old grandmother who was out of state and not able to attend. Two days before the wedding, we get a call from Jorden's asking to change our centerpieces from Dahlias to Gerbera Daisies because as they say "they did not get in as many Dahlias" as planned. Now, two days before the wedding we were running around doing last minute preparations for our day, and this came as shock since we had just confirmed the order a week before. We thought that maybe they should have checked on this before they confirmed our order. Then, the day of the wedding, they delivered our flowers and when my mother asked if they sent the corsage to my grandmother, they acted like they had never heard of that request before, even though it was listed clearly on the order form invoice. Because this meant a lot to us to include my grandmother on this day, we requested that they put the order in right away. Then we come to find out a few days later that they never ordered the corsage for her. The last straw with them was our centerpieces. Not only did they short us on the number of centerpieces (we had none on the head table except for my bouquet placed by the reception staff) they were the gerbera daisies and not the dahlias that we payed for. And to top it all off, we provided mason jars as the centerpiece vases, with three special ones for the head table. To this day, we do not know what happened to those jars, since Jorden's never delivered them to the reception and shorted us on those centerpieces.
My husband and I were very patience with Jorden's through all of this and understand how difficult it can be in the wedding industry, however almost everything went wrong with Jorden's. We highly discourage anyone from employing Jorden's services for your wedding flowers. We were very disappointed in the way they run and deliver their services. We just wanted to share our poor experience with Jorden's so others may think twice before hiring them.

I could not have asked for anything more beautiful or perfect than the flowers for my wedding day. I just said which flowers I would like to have and she came up with the most beautiful arrangements I had ever seen. More than worth the cost.

They provided us with STUNNING flowers, beyond what we had expected. The cost was VERY well worth it and soo affordable. They were on time, our representative was VERY helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. We had to postpone our wedding a year, and they kept the deposit for next time and were very understanding.

Our flowers were just the most beautiful! I think I recieved the most comments on the flowers for the day! They were all in fall colors and festive, yet elegant. Sara was so nice and did a great job. She gave me a sample to take home when ordering. They were all really fresh and perfect, they really made the day. Besides the bridesmaids, groomsmen, etc, we also had our reception tables done, a wonderful spray for the arch my husband made, our cake looked so good with the flower topper, and buckets for the aisles. They lasted well into the next week to enjoy for a bit longer!

Jordan's floral was very nice and easy to work with, however they did end up getting a few things wrong when it came down to the day of the wedding. None of the mistakes were major though, and the flowers were beautiful.
Jordan's has an enthusiastic staff willing to help you choose the best flowers for your budget. They did a great job putting it all together

Jordan's saved the day! Three weeks before my wedding I called the florist I had first chosen-a local grocer- to verify my flower order for my wedding and they had lost the order! Needless to say I was not confident in letting them continue as my florist. At the recommendation of my grandmother I called Jordan's. I had not used them first because I thought they would be too expense, but at this point money was no object as I had no flowers! I went into Jordan's and they helped me out even though they were very booked on my wedding day. I actually got the flowers I originally wanted-orchids-and the cost was less than I was paying at the grocery store! This was a situation where an unethical florist could have looked at my situation and seen dollar signs! I was between a rock and a hard place, and I did tell them of my circumstances, but they treated me like gold and the price was GREAT! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a florist

Gorgeous flowers that were mostly grown in there own greenhouse so were very fresh. Very pleased overall.

Jordan's did a great job with our flowers. When I saw my bouquet on the day of my wedding, I just couldn't stop looking at it! I had brought some pictures to the floral shop when we were still in the planning stages, and the finished bouquet was a perfect blend of the pictures I had brought them. The price was decent, and the quality was fantastic.

Jordan's floral was amazing! the wedding consultant sat down with us and found the perfect roses for our wedding. we were on a somewhat tight budget but nevertheless, the flowers were amazing and didn't look sparse at all!
