The moment we arrived at Joshua's website, we knew that we had found our photographer. Josh's photos had us laughing, smiling and going "awww..." He captures not only the sights of the day, but more importantly the emotions. His demeanor is calm, professional and yet friendly. Out of all our vendors, Joshua was consistently the quickest to respond. On the day of the wedding, he was unobtrusive and yet managed to capture hundreds of memorable shots of us, our friends and our family. My wife called him the "sniper" photographer. He even put together a slideshow of the day's photos for our guests to enjoy during the reception (and then took photos of the guests' expressions while they watched the slideshow).

Photography was one area where we were willing to spend, and although Josh's services weren't the cheapest around, we are most pleased with the results. If we had to do it all over again, we would definitely hire him again.

Josh's photos are wonderful - he knows how to capture the perfect light, and made us look our absolute best (we felt a bit like movie stars!).
He was also a breeze to work with: he made us feel immediately comfortable with a relaxed attitude (especially welcome during the stress of planning a wedding), and calm demeanor. He was never obtrusive or in the way.

My wife and I were very pleased with Josh's photos and his service. I thought that he would be lining us up all day to take pictures but he was very discreet and shot some of the best wedding photos I have seen. He took some great "behind the scene" photos as well as the photos that every couple wants. To sum it up, Josh was great!

Joshua's pictures captured each special moment, and did a wonderful job of telling the story. But that is not all. The pictures are artistic, creative, thoughtful, and thorough. No cheesy hallmark card crap - real talent! His eye is incredible, and yes his equipment is too.

An added bonus: He manages to work his magic unobtrusively - which let me tell you, matters. Joshua was really pleasant to work with. Reliable and kind. I would highly recommend having him as your photographer. Everyone is going for their "perfect wedding." Let him make it happen!

Joshua Brown is an extraordinary photographer. He brings a beautiful balance of calm and professionalism to the day. It was a comfort to know he was there and I didn't spend a second of the day worried about the photographs. He was responsive and warm and easy to communicate with and managed to bring his own perspective to the photos without ever ignoring what we had talked about and asked for. The photographs are stunning. He's an artist when it comes to candids. If you're looking for a strong, inspired photojournalist-style photographer you can't go wrong here. All our family and friends were in love with the shots that he got from the day. He's worth every cent.
