Josy's Bridal Boutique

Josy's Fashions is an apparel clothing store for women and children. The wedding dresses are not visible in their store. By appointment only, there is a modest showroom of wedding dresses in the basement of her store. Even though cosmetically, the store may not be as inviting as a normal wedding boutique, top points are awarded for price and service. The owner, Josy, is an outgoing and fair business lady. She has dedicated her life to her business and has the 'whatever it takes' attitude to make her customers happy. I found my dress in other boutiques and although Josie didn’t have my exact dress in stock, she was able to special order it for me from the manufacturer. Between the bridesmaids dresses and my bridal gown, I saved over $600 versus what I would have paid at a competitor (for the exact same dresses).

Josy was able to recommend an ideal style of dress to suit the body shapes of my bridesmaids. She ensured that the dresses arrived on time and allowed herself enough time to complete the alterations. Josy also accomodated our hectic work schedules and opened the store during abnormal business hours specifically to meet with us. Her follow up skills were excellent-I never had to worry about the dresses. When they arrived, the dresses were absolutely gorgeous and little alterations were needed. We felt that Josy did a very good job measuring us and ensured that the proper sizes were ordered. She also ordered extra fabric from the manufacturer and made matching purses to the dresses.

Josy ensured that there was plenty of time to complete the alterations and allowed us to have our dresses weeks before the wedding. Also, she made purses for the bridesmaids using the exact same material as the dresses that she ordered from the manufacturer. She also made a bollero jacket for the junior bridesmaid. All alterations were of top quality. Her stitching was done with care and perfection. I had a wonderful experience with Josy and referred her to several of my friends. One of my friends that married a year after I did was pleasantly surprised when she purchased her bridesmaids dresses from Josy and saw my thank you card in her portfolio of cards. It's nice to see that Josy retains these keepsakes.
