Journey's Limo provided us with a great service.They where easy to keep in touch with and reserving two high class limos was not a problem for them.Their prices where better than any other limousine service we had gone to.They where on time and let us bring alcohol on board.It was a pleasure doing business with them.

We booked this limo service to transport me and the gals to the wedding ceremony, then, me and hubby-to-be from the ceremony to the reception. Afterwards, the limo driver was to drive the wedding party around my hometown. What really happened is a different story: The limo driver called my husband to inform him that there was a transmission leak and that they had stopped at a gas station to get transmission fluid. When it arrived to pick me up, the car was smoking from under the hood. We made it to the ceremony without a minute to spare. During the ceremony, the limo driver went to get MORE transmission fluid. Following the ceremony, the limo driver was able to drive me and my new husband to the reception, but did not drive the wedding party around for the HOUR THAT WE PAID FOR. The driver did apologize for the inconvenience, but would not refund our money for the last hour. We were extremely dissatisfied not to mention embarrassed.
