I ordered a bridesmaid dress from their website because they had the best deal for the Mori Lee that I wanted. It came in the right size and color and they even changed my shipping address for me at the last minute! Definitely recommended!

All my bridesmaids ordered their dresses from JP Bridal. My Bridesmaid decided to stress me out and order them 11 weeks before the wedding when the dresses take 12 weeks. I talked with a customer service and asked if I need to pay extra to get them on time. They were very helpful and told me it usually comes in earlier than what is stated on the site and it was no need to pay extra yet. They told me that they would watch the status of the order for me. Well the dress came in one month before the wedding. That was such a relief. Great Place.

The prices here were fabulous and the dress came in much faster than expected. It's a no-frills salon with just a few dressing rooms, but it's quiet and not a zoo like other bridal shops.

They offer free alterations on bust/waist/hip, but I opted not to use it because they refused to alter the dress the way I wanted (shortening by cutting from the bust, not the bottom). They didn't really know enough English for us to discuss the alterations in depth, so I just took it to another seamstress.

JP is great if you know what dress you want and how you want it altered--it will probably be the fastest/cheapest option.
