Jules catered our wedding and did an outstanding job. They were the first caterers to get back to my initial inquiry (their reply was within 24 hours) and from that first contact they were just a delight to work with. The food was absolutely delicious and we received raves from our wedding guests both throughout the night and afterward. The wait staff was impeccable and really made our guests feel comfortable and well attended to. I would recommend them highly to anyone wanting to have a memorable meal and top-notch service at their function.
I used Jules Catering for a plated dinner for my wedding in Boston. They ended up delivering a fantastic meal and set up that people still comment on to me to this day (how many weddings do you remember the food from?). They were accommodating for a new space that wasn't exactly caterer friendly, and overall the manager had a very professional and positive attitude when interacting with me.
I initially had trouble with my sales rep, though. I asked for an estimate will all costs at least roughly blocked out, but the estimate didn't include enough for labor and rentals, so my contract increased significantly. Just make sure you understand what all is going to go into the contract that may still be marked "TBD".
Definitely consider their services. They also do corporate and lunch catering, so it's easy to get a feel for what their flavors are like. My wedding was a great success thanks to them.
