When I started planning our wedding, I had so many different ideas floating around in my mind, but I couldn't figure out how to tie everything together. Enter the fabulous Julia Rosa, who not only "saved" our day but made it flawlessly beautiful from beginning to end. When we initially met with Julia, I struggled to explain my vision to her and lamely produced a few photos I had torn out of magazines. She patiently walked us through everything, bringing out fabric samples, flowers and vases for us to see, and by the end I was hugging her. She brought us in a few weeks later for a "staging" of our wedding day flowers (bouquets, pew decorations, reception tables, etc.), and I was blown away.

Julia was the one vendor who I didn't have to worry about. She returned my e-mails promptly, arrived early to the church and reception to set up, and made sure our centerpieces were on the tables at brunch the following morning. We also had a last-minute snafu with changing our reception tables from square to round, and she adjusted everything quickly and without complaint.

I think the best part about Julia is her personality. She's friendly and she's hip, which I discovered is important when you're working with a florist. I consulted with three or four other florists before selecting Julia. Many of these florists simply trotted out the "standard" selection of bouquets, etc. that they usually do for brides. Julia is an artist -- she was willing to do something different and lend her creativity to the day. We had an antique birdcage that we used for cards, and Julia carefully strung antique pink hydrangea inside the upper part of the cage. It was such a lovely touch.

Julia Rosa was the best investment we made -- reasonably priced, professional, and low-pressure. We were concerned about our budget, and she understood and respected that. I would encourage any bride to work with Julia.
