Julia was great to work with. She listened to my needs and then helped me select flowers that fit my theme and budget. She handled all the changes I made with grace. She was very creative in the way that she arranged the flowers. The results were breathtaking. I received numerous compliments on the flowers. I would highly recommend Julia to anyone who is looking for a florist for their wedding.

What am amazing woman Julia is! If I could give her more than 5 stars in rating I would in a heartbeat. Julia is a talented florist who exudes a passion for her job that comes across not only in her beautiful creations but also in her personal interactions with her clients. Julia did a wonderful job selecting and arranging our flowers; I admittedly don't know much about floral and thank goodness I found Julia and left most of the decision makaing to her. She was unendingly patient and took the time to get to know both my husband and me in order to create our arrangements based on our personalities and personal preferences. As a result I was blown away by what we were presented with on our wedding day. Julia has integrity and possess a work ethic that is unfortunately no longer common place in society today, and I feel blessed to have found her. I wholeheartedly recommend her.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Julia and her amazing flowers. I contacted Julia after turmoil with a previously chosen florist. She was very understanding, and amazing to work with. She assured me that I would not have to worry with her, and that she would take care of me! She did exactly that. She quickly returned emails or phone calls. She worked with me when I changed my mind several times, and the end result was amazing. I took in a picture of what I had wanted, and what I got, was even better than the picture. I truly cannot explain how amazing Julia is, and how amazing her work is.

Flowers are way more expensive then you expect them to be and she was a great value and all the flowers were amazing! Everything I asked for she was able to get and make them look beautiful!

Thank you so much for being so good at what you do! Everything was gorgeous. It was better than I imagined. The bridesmaid and groomsmen looked great with their flowers. I loved my bouquet and John's matching bout. The overall decor was modern and clean with a tropical flair. Thanks for going the distance and shining the birds of paradise with olive oil they looked amazing. The cake was simply wow!!! I had so many compliments on the cake and how awesome it looked. Celebrity Cakes did a great job with the cake design, but the flowers took the cake to that wow factor. Most importantly, I appreciate that you took the pictures I found for inspiration and helped me turn it into something special to make it my own. Thanks again for finding a way to incorporate all the flowers I loved within my budget. You gave me everything I wanted and more! It just makes me smile every time I see the flowers in the wedding pictures.

Julia was wonderful to work with and made planning the flowers for my wedding so stress free for me. All the flowers were beautiful and I loved everything she created for my wedding. I would recommend her to any friend or family member getting married in the future.

Julia was wonderful to work with! I was planning my wedding from out of state and once we had our first phone meeting, I knew that what I was envisioning, Julia would deliver. I work in the wedding industry in Dallas and I know the importance of a good vendor that you can trust and this is definitely Julia! Her pricing was extremely reasonable and all of the bouquets looked like they were triple the price! If you have any doubts about booking Julia's Flowers, don't! Book her now and you won't regret it!

Julia is simply amazing. I showed her a few pics and gave her a general idea of what I wanted and what she came up with FAR EXCEEDED my expectations. The flowers were 100% the most beautiful part of my wedding. My advice to brides would be 1) book Julia ASAP and 2) trust her to come up with something incredible. She is extremely professional and knows of looks, flowers and decorations out there that we brides have no idea about (even if we think we do).

What can I say about Julia's Floral? Well, I had the pleasure of working with Julia not once, but twice in 20 years! She did the flowers for my first wedding and did a wonderful job back then, but I must say ... 20 years later ... she's still amazing! I still believe it was fate that led me to find her again after all these years. When I was planning my wedding earlier this year, I had no idea who I would go to for my flowers. A fleeting thought went back to Julia, but I was thinking ... is she still doing flowers? or better yet ... how could I find her??? Alas, I stumbled upon WeddingWire and I came across Julia's Flowers ... I thought ... why not check? I sent her a message and sure enough it was her!!! I was so excited! I knew it was meant to be! My wedding was originally supposed to take place in CA, but at the last minute we had to change it to Seattle. I told my fiance at the time, if we were making the right choice to move the wedding, things would fall into place ... and that, they did! :)

Once again, Julia did more than I expected with all of our floral arrangements! I gave her my must-have flowers (hydrangeas & orchids) and the rest was up to her ... Needless to say, I was more than happy ... moreso ecstatic! once the flowers were delivered the morning of our wedding! Everything from the boutinnieres, to the bridesmaids bouquets, the many corsages, the flower girls pomanders, but most of all my beautiful bouquet! They were all so beautiful! From the one time we met and several emails, Julia was able to bring alive everything we had talked about and more!

Thank you so much for adding "color" to our wedding, Julia! We truly loved your work! We received so many compliments on how the flowers tied everything together! Not only was I able to find a wonderful florist (again) for my wedding, but I was able to gain a longtime friend! There won't be another 20-year gap between us!

My wedding planner, Rachel Waldron, connected us with Julia's Floral for our June wedding. I met with Julia twice prior to the wedding to discuss my vision for the day. Julia had excellent visual tools at the meetings to help me nail down exactly the look that I wanted and she was more than willing to brainstorm with me to help tie in the elements that I wanted included in the wedding. I felt surprisingly anxious about the flowers prior to the big day as you can't do a floral "run through", but I was assured by my planner that Julia is the best of the best and she takes care of everything. I am happy to report that she was right. Not only did Julia come to the site and get everything set up just right (I didn't have to worry about a thing!), but she designed the MOST BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS I have EVER seen at a wedding! I had many guests comment to me at the reception that the flowers were the best wedding flowers that they had ever seen (and I couldn't agree more). Julia totally nailed the motif for the day and captured the elegant but rustic look that I wanted for the flowers. The bridesmaids carried floral arrangements that were in little twiggy bowls instead of just bundled flowers and all of the flowers used in the ceremony were then added into the arrangements on the tables at the reception. I honestly could not have been more blessed by a floral designer. Julia is the best in the Seattle area!

Julia was great!!! I gave her some ideas and she was able to know what I wanted. She kept in close contact with me about any questions she had and was always there to answer mine! Fabulous! Would never use anyone else! Will highly recommend Julia for all future events and floral needs to everyone I know!

Julia was sensational! She had an artistic flair that was very compatible with my style. I knew the colors that I wanted to incorporate in my bouquets, and she laid out color specific flowers books and let me go crazy. I really like the more exotic arrangements, and Julia truly shined in this arena! I have seen so many photos of her work, and she is a full spectrum artist! She can do everything from traditional to funky! When I saw my bouquets and boutonnières for the first time, I was overjoyed with how much time and attention was put into each and every one of them. My daugher (4 years old) had a small pomander made by Julia, and by the end of the night it was still perfectly put together and beautiful!

I would recommend Julia to any bride who is looking for originality, and getting the most for your money! She was reasonably priced for the quality of work that she does!!! I couldn't have been happier!

Julia ROCKS! She has a great eye for detail, and went well above and beyond our expectations. Julia is also very, very nice and has a very calm, genuine demeanor, which is very helpful while planning a wedding!

Julia's creations and eye are amazing...and for our wedding, she used the most exquisite florals to create the perfect tone and mood- (soft and romantic, yet glamourous) She worked so hard in the weeks leading up to and on the day of, to make everything look perfect... And it was!!!

We initially met Julia in March and during the next 3 months of preparation, Julia was extremely professional and punctual in returning emails and calls, meeting with us, and offering helpful advice and suggestions, not only for the florals but for the overall decor, and also in giving us ideas for other little touches to make our event really special and unique. My mother-in-law created the centerpieces and Julia went out of her way to help her find a much better price on roses then what we were originally going to pay. I had several dreams for my florals and decor that I thought would too expensive and unrealistic. Julia was able find creative ways to create the expensive-looking arrangements I had dreamed of while staying within my budget.

Julia was amazing to work with, very reliable and there was never a single issue. She listened to me and worked very hard to create the elaborate florals of my fantasy wedding within my price-range. When we first sat down I told her the colors I liked, my budget and what I was looking for and she took it from there. Talk about stress free BEAUTIFUL flowers. On the day of my wedding, I felt like she had read my mind because the flowers, arbor, and aisle decor were exactly what I had envisioned- actually even better!

Our guests were amazed by all of the flowers at our ceremony; additionally, the vases, crystals, and other unique embellishments made all of the bridal party bouquets look so elegant and rich.
We have received so many compliments from friends and family that it was the most beautiful wedding they have been to!

Julia was absolutely the best florist to work with! She is such a sweety too. Before meeting her, I had already determined what I wanted for my bouquets & centerpieces & had pictures that I gave her. She made the arrangements even better than the pictures! I wasn't picky about the aisle floral arrangements so I told her to just kind of match my bouquets. Julia made the most beautiful arrangements! Everyone raved about the flowers and were surprised when I told them that they could take them home - we were leaving on our honeymoon the next day so I wanted someone to enjoy them. One other thing that I liked about using Julia was that she was willing to let us buy our own vases & candles if we wanted. It turned out to be cheaper & easier to just let her buy the vases wholesale for us - yes she only charged us the wholesale price! Not only did I feel like I got a good deal on my flowers but they really made the ceremony & reception. Julia was truely amazing. From the camo to the pink to the bling bling bling I loved it all! EVERYONE was soo impressed with what she did and all the details she put into each and every thing she made. It was just beatuiful. The time she spent putting everything together and all the details made everything just "pop". She definately is someone who can do anything---you give her an idea and she will have the time of her life making it perfect for you! Everything was PERFECT!

I was planning my wedding from overseas, I didn't know anybody in the area, so I could only rely on the internet. I found this page and everybody was writing such nice reviews of Julia, but what counted more is that she replied to every single one. I looked up her web page and knew I wanted her as my florist and that she will make an amazing job. I wasn't disappointed, my flowers were (actually still are) so gorgeous, and loved my bridesmaids' too, they went well with their dresses perfectly. And she is not just a good professional but a really nice person too. Thank you again Julia for everything!

Julia is so amazing. I am in the event planning business myself, so when I met her, I knew she was the one I wanted to do my flowers for my wedding. I gave her free range and am glad I did. About 3 weeks before the actual wedding, we actually changed the flower colors and she just went with the flow. I had no idea what I was going to get, but knew it would be amazing. I can't explain how happy I was when I saw the flowers. They were perfect.

Julia also took a very special item and incorporated it in the bouquets and table linens. My mother was going to throw out her wedding dress after almost 40 years of marriage, but I salvaged it. I asked Julia to take some of the tool from the train and incorporate it in all the girl's bouquets and anywhere else. Not only did she do this, but she also created an overlay for the Unity Candle Table and put some in my now husband's boutineire. She is amazing. My favorite part of working with her is she makes you feel like family, which is just so rare in business.

Julia did the flowers for our wedding this last summer and I was SO happy with the work done. The flowers she picked were gorgeous and the way she put together my Bridal bouquet was beautiful! I will recommend her to all my friends in the future.

Julia is so wonderful. She was so easy to work with. I didn't know what I wanted for my flowers or decorations for my wedding. The only thing I had picked out were my colors. She had all kinds of ideas and catalogs to look at. She was so patient with me. She asked me lots of questions to figure out what style was. And helped me to figure out my likes or dislikes. She took all my random ideas and focused them into one workable theme. She had everything ready to go on time and was very flexible with times and wedding hick-ups. Julia was great. I called her less than two weeks before my brother's wedding asking for help. I had just inherited the task of securing flowers. Julia was very respectful of the budget and created stunning bouquets and center pieces. She also created a unique piece just for them. The bride's bouquet was coming from a different florist. The bride was so disappointed with her bouquet, but Julia saved the day. She had provided extra flowers for the cake which we used to fill in the bride's bouquet. Also Julia had provided a number for extra petals and flowers that we used for the cake and sprinkled on the tables. I would feel confident to recommend her. If I ever need to order flowers for a large event again, she will be the first person I call.

I was one of those brides that really had no idea what I wanted in terms of flowers for my wedding. I almost didn't even want flowers, and just wanted to skip it. I went to Julia with my colors and one picture of a bouquet I ripped from a magazine and she created the MOST AMAZING bouquets (bride's AND bridesmaids) that I've ever seen. By asking me the right questions, she was able to figure out EXACTLY what I wanted without me telling her (or even knowing myself!). The girls loved their arrangements and I would constantly stop and look down at my own gorgeous bouquet and say "my God, these flowers are amazing!" She also made the perfect bouts for the men to match the ladies' bouquets. I was expecting little roses, but they were much more creative and colorful, with no roses at all! On top of her creative genius and talent, Julia worked within my budget, and took it very seriously. She allowed me to use some of her glassware and other decorative items WITHOUT charging a rental fee. All she asked was that her items be returned in the same condition they were borrowed. All in all, Julia did everything in her power to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted from her - beautiful flowers at a reasonable price. I would recommend her to my closest friends and anyone that is looking for an experienced florist that is genuine and caring.

Julia's floral is a way to go, affordable cost and very flexible. She goes out of her way to make the bride and groom happy, specially the bride! I just had a wedding 9/18/10, and my flowers turned out amazing, thanks to Julia. All her work are personalized, my bridal bouquet was gorgeous and so are the rest of my wedding party flowers. Her creativeness and true interest in making my wedding special was so apparent. I put my trust in her and was so happy with the results. I had a vision in mind... not knowing the names of any flowers, it was quite difficult to explain exactly what I was looking for. I would describe the flowers as unique pink ones, very descriptive I know. My only request was absolutely no roses!!! The day of the wedding, I was getting ready, getting a little nervous and Julia called me to tell me she was at the hotel with the flowers. The butterflies were fluttering and i couldn't wait to see the flowers. When I saw them, my jaw absolutely dropped.... They were my vision but better. They were so beautiful i don't think I could have imagined them to be sooooo perfect. Looking back at my pictures with these beautiful unique pink and white flowers, perfection!! You made my day Julia and I will appreciate it forever!

Julia provided a level of service that was so far beyond what I expected in a florist. Not only were our flowers insanely beautiful (people are still talking about them!), Julia herself is an incredible woman who delights in both her art and her clients, and really gets joy out of creating the perfect flowers for a bride's vision.

One thing that really blew my mind (other than my bouquet, which was just so perfectly beautiful) was Julia's cheerful flexibility. For example, we hadn't ordered an arrangement to go on the buffet table for the reception, and on the day of the wedding she "whipped one up" with flowers she had "laying around"- it turned out INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL! Julia was such a joy to work with, I highly recommend her to anyone, regardless of your budget.

I had already been to two other florists when i visited with Julia. She was able to work within our budget, which was not large, about $800. She charged an hourly rate for her time, which included buying, cutting, arranging, etc, and the charge for whatever the flowers cost. I believe this is a fairer way for the bride to choose what she gets. Julia's idea were interesting, and she was willing to use what vases i already had. also... she is not running a shop, so when you are talking to her, you have her full attention. This is a big plus.
At the actual wedding, the cakes were quite disappointing. Julia jumped in and literally TRANSFORMED them into something specatular. She added some ribbon, and flowers, and arranged the cakes into a beautiful display. Thank you , Julia, for your creativity. We enjoyed your work.

Julia did an amazing job for our wedding. So many unique and personalized touches made the day really special. She was very flexible with our requests and turned every piece into an art form! You will not be disappointed! She has a special gift with flowers!

I enjoyed working with Julia very much during my wedding planning--she clearly has a passion for what she does and wants nothing more than to create exactly what you're seeking. I didn't have a lot of experience in the floral department, but knew that I wanted something interesting: a variety of color and texture, using different flowers from what you usually see in bouquet. I gave her a couple of swatches from the bridesmaids' dresses and on occasion sent her pictures of plants that struck my fancy. She was able to create the most amazing bouquets, boutonnieres and other floral arrangements.
On the morning of my wedding she insisted that I close my eyes while she held my bouquet behind her back so that she could watch my reaction in full. I only hope that my expression revealed how happy I was with her work. My photographer could not stop snapping shots of the flowers and commenting on how well he liked them.
In addition to creating beautiful floral arrangements, Julia went all-out in the extra work she did. When we met with her, I told her what I wanted and our budget, and she had no problem working with it, even during the changes in the last month when we needed some additional corsages and boutonnieres. She was always available to call if I had questions or ideas. Though we luckily didn't have any, she assured us that there were no last-minute crises that she could not conquer. She showed up at the venue a few hours before the wedding to decorate the venue, arrange the flowers for the cake, and even tied down the altar arrangements when she realized the wind was blowing strong enough to knock them down. She also helped out by pinning on all the boutonnieres herself to make sure they looked the best that they could.
My final testament to Julia's excellent work were the compliments my bridesmaid received as she carried her bouquet on her flight home, which she didn't intend on doing but she could not part with the beautiful arrangement.

From the start Julia was warm and easy to talk with and explain ideas to. The flowers from my wedding were so much more then I expected- they were basically perfect. What Julia provided far exceeded my own vision of what I wanted. I will go to her for all my future floral needs :) She was also VERY flexible and willing to work with a budget.

I just got married yesterday, and I have to rave about Julia's arrangements. She is so wonderful and intuitive - all I had to do was tell her my likes and dislikes, and on the day of I had one of my favorite wedding-day surprises: the most beautiful floral arrangements and bridal bouquets I have ever seen! To say she is an amazing artist is an understatement.

Julia gave me a lot more than what I paid for. She was so dedicated to making my dreams a reality that she found hops in the middle of winter for the men's boutonnieres; drove an hour out of the way to pick up special Hawaiian leis for my parents; helped me plan out other decoration ideas that had nothing to do with flowers; consulted me on DIY centerpieces to save money; added a special keepsake to my bouquet; and even on the day of, helped my mom arrange all of the decorations on the altar. I'm sure I don't even know all of the small (and even big) things she did for me above and beyond what any other florist would do. I will definitely recommend her to everyone I know who needs flowers!

Just wanted to send a big Thank You to Julia for the amazing job that she did for our wedding at the end of January. We had very minimal requests for Julia in terms of what we wanted for flowers. Our goal was to keep it simple and trusted her floral expertise. I just had to write and tell everyone how much we loved and appreciated Julia's work with the flowers… Her choice of flowers and the way she arranged them was more than we dreamed and greatly surpassed our expectations!

Julia is an amazingly creative, fun, and enthusiastic florist. I would imagine in the wedding industry you would be hard pressed to find vendors who maintain the same amount of enthusiasm with each new wedding they do, but Julia actually let go of a few tears after I told her about my story with husband. She is truly passionate about what she does in life, and my goodness is she talented to boot. I knew nothing about flowers going into my wedding, and nothing really, going out either! But that is actually great because I left it to the professional - you would have thought I had perfectionist tendencies because the arrangements, colors, and choices for flowers and decor could simply NOT have been better chosen. I received a ridiculous number of compliments. Julia really listens to what you want for your wedding, and delivers exactly that. And price? Don't even bother comparing - she is the best in the industry. But don't take it from me, take it from my mother who has shopped around now to put on weddings for her FIVE daughters (me being the last), and she can definitely assure you, that she is extremely reasonable. So if you truly want to stop wasting your time, putting together spreadsheets, meeting with multiple vendors and causing yourself more headaches just go with Julia. She is Amazing with a capital "A."

Julia was very helpful and what she delivered was perfect. We did the DIY flowers option where Julia ordered our flowers (for a better price than if we had ordered wholesale flowers online as was our original plan) led us in putting the arrangements together, and instructed us in caring for the flowers. In the end, with Julia's help, all the flowers came out EXACTLY as I envisioned them. There is one thing worth mentioning though-- she's not used to working with brides who have a clear idea of what they want and what they want is not typical. It took explaining and much reassuring multiple times to convince her that I truly did not want a bridal bouquet, bouts, or corsages and that money was not the reason for that. It took 4 conversations to assure her that I wasn't going to change my mind, (I'm sure she was just nervous about making a bride upset if I changed my mind last minute) but it was worth it. Her flowers were wonderful and her advice saved the day. She gave us instructions on how to care for our flowers before she left and when they wilted the day before the wedding, we did exactly as she told us and the flowers bounced back just like she said they would. We wouldn't have known what to do if we had gone the totally DIY route. We had fun doing the flowers, were done quickly and efficiently. The flowers on our centerpiece, for our mothers and grandmothers, and for my bridesmaids came out EXACTLY as I envisioned and I'm very thankful to Julia for making that happen.

Julia is a caring and genuine person, who also happens to be an exceptionally talented floral designer. She incorporates jewels, feathers, and all manner of embellishments to make your flowers get noticed. I have seen what she is able to arrange in a short amount of time and it was impressive. I have also worked with her on a bridal magazine photo shoot, and her jeweled purse as a "vase" for the arrangement was stunning. I highly recommend working with her for any event that needs beautiful flowers.
