Julie was an amazing woman to work with. My husband and I couldn't have felt more confident and comfortable knowing that Julie was in charge of our chair covers and table runners. Julie was very nice, flexible and honest when it came to designing our room layout. Julie was worth every dollar we spent and honestly she was worth much more!

If there is one decision I am so glad I made for my wedding, it would be that I chose Julie's Embroidery to do my chair covers for my reception. Amazing! My chair covers looked so beautiful. They fit the ballroom chairs perfectly and they really added that finishing touch to the room. Julie was such a pleasure to work with. She was prompt and fast in assembling the chair covers. Such a great value! I highly recommend Julie's Embroidery and Chair Covers!

Julie was an absolute delight to work with. She went above and beyond to make our wedding a perfect day. We had a very specific sash color for the chair covers that we were looking for and Julie worked with us many endless days trying to contact different vendors to find a perfect match. In the end, the sash she found was absolutely perfect. Not only are Julie's chair covers extremely reasonably priced, but her constant availability and attention to detail on the wedding day make her the best person to supply your chair covers. We can't thank her enough for all her energy put toward our wedding. Thanks Julie!

We recently got married in San Francisco...and like all weddings, there were some last minute things that caught us by surprise. One of those things for us was a chair cover vendor (through the hotel) that pulled out last minute...like the week before the wedding...Crazy!
We called around and checked with a few folks to see what we could find on short notice...and while there were a few folks that said they could do it, as soon as we spoke with Julie, we knew we had found the one. Price is always one of the main considerations, but the thing that set Julie apart was how she responded when we asked if she was available. After responding "yes", she then went into asking about my partner and I and about the site and other questions to get a sense about what we were looking for. Most of the other vendors focused on pushing other products during the initial phone call. While Julie does offer many other products, we never once felt like we were being pushed around.
Anyway, on the day of the wedding, Julie and her family showed up early to set up the chairs, and came back after the party was over to take everything down. The chair covers were fantastic...crisp and clean. I think she also offers the satin "tie-back" kind which don't have sashes in back. Unfortunately, I never got to meet her in person, but the hotel events manager and staff were thoroughly impressed with Julie and her team. So much so that they have retained her contact information for future events at the hotel!
Thank you again Julie for the wonderful chair covers and especially for coming through on such short notice!
Cheers!

Julie provided me with beautiful ivory, crushed satin chair covers with harvest gold sashes at a better rate than most vendors charge for polyester. Her and her team were phenomenal. Very easy to work with. Her chair covers really made the room all come together. I am so glad I spent the extra money for her services. I would hire her again in a second.
Thank you Julie! You are the only vendor I hired that I would actually recommend to other brides!

I am a local floral designer in the San Francisco Bay Area. I had a rather large wedding to design and needed quality chair covers.
We hired Julie to provide chair covers for a 650 guest list she was amazing she always responded to emails and phone calls quickly.
Her friendly nature made working with her very easy.
Her crew came in plenty of time to set up the chair covers and they did an amazing job . They even steamed the wrinkles out of some chairs.
You do not find vendors who truly care about little items like that.
I have sent her several referrals from my clients.
She is on the top of my list for rentals and I plan to use her for my son's wedding this year.
A truly quality vendor with quality items. You will not regret calling her.

Julie is by far the most professional vendor I have worked with. She always arrives early. Her rentals are always clean and pressed. Her prices wonderful for the quality of rentals she offers her clients. I highly recommend anyone looking for chair covers or linens to give Julie a call.

FAQ for Julie's Chair Covers
While no covers can be 100% wrinkle free, we work extremely hard to make sure ours are as wrinke free as possible. We use only excellent quality covers, do our own laundering, and make it our goal to setup your reception the same as we would for our own children’s weddings.
2. Do you charge a destination fee?
We don’t charge any extra fees, just the $3.00-$3.50 fee per chair. The only destination fee we charged was for a wedding in Monterey, which is outside of my normal area.
3. Do you have all colors of sashes, and in both organza and satin?
I carry many colors, and with enough time can send a sample color swatch to my supplier for a close color match. I carry both organza and satin sashes.
4. Where are your covers and sashes manufactured?
I order all my supplies from a company in Los Angeles, where everything is sewn on site.
5. How can I be sure your covers will fit the chairs my venue uses?
I would be happy to meet with you at your venue to show you the covers I use and for you to see on a chair.
6. Are you difficult to contact if I have a question after the contract has been signed?
The easiest way to reach me is by email: juliesembroidery@gmail.com. (8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.) I try to respond to all emails within a few hours of receiving yours. I have a business cell phone, but since I live in the country do not have strong cell service. Feel free to call me on my home phone: 925-776-5113, and ask for me -Julie. I would rather you contact me if you have any concerns - my goal is to be your best and favorite vendor. My business depends on the referrals from brides, Wedding Coordinators, and venues.
7. Do you have a list of different venues that you’ve setup weddings/events at?

Stockton Country

His Lordship’s Restaurant - Berkeley

Hi,
After meeting with many brides, I have come to realize that often the brides are so caught up in trying to "please" everyone involved in their wedding that they lose track of what their wedding and reception is all about. Here are a few "gentle" tips I'd like to reccomend.
1. It's the special celebration of your marriage to the person of your dreams - plan the event to please you two first - and others second.
2. This is not the time to "catch up" on dear old Aunt Bess's latest surgery, nor is it a family reunion. Spend time talking to those most special to you. (maybe that is dear old Aunt Bess! Remember - you won't have time to talk to everyone. Maybe have some note paper at each place setting for everyone to write something special or touching. Perhaps a special memory of you or your new spouse, or a wedding moment that you might have missed, or a kind word.
3. Design the wedding you've always dreamed of - put in details that are meaningful to you. Don't be afraid to "break the rules". Sometimes those are the things you remember and like the best.
4. Buy only the wedding you can afford! Stay on budet! Stay on budget! Stay on budget! It's no fun starting off a new relationship horribly in debt.
5. And last of all!!! Remember to stop and enjoy the day. Plan as carefully as you can, expect something to go amiss, and celebrate one of the happiest days of your life!
On behalf of my company, I wish you and your special someone a life time of happiness!
