Justice Lydon

Our ceremony was perfect! We are spiritual, but not religious and asked for a ceremony to reflect that. Michelle is very friendly, personable and has a way of making you feel comfortable. She prepared a beautiful space, including music and even took care of ordering flowers for us. Michelle and her team at the Lydon Chapel created a day for us that we will remember forever.

As we were struggling to decide what to do for a ceremony, we waited until the last minute, and was delighted to meet with Justice Roberta. She put us at ease, gave us suggestions which showed her flexibility, and helped craft a ceremony that was perfect for us in less than a week! Many guests at the wedding commented on how wonderful and heart-felt they thought the ceremony was. Roberta arrived early and was very professional.

My husband Fabio and I just got married on 9/15/12 and Justice Lydon conducted the ceremony. Justice Lydon did an amazing job and made us feel at ease. Justice Lydon loves her job and it shows through her work. Justice Lydon is upbeat and very funny! All of the guests made comments on how she did a lovely job and how they could obtain her contact information. Justice Lydon has a huge heart and you will regret not having her conduct your ceremony!

Michelle Lydon was fabulous! Michelle was referred to us by friends after our priest was unavailable to perform our wedding ceremony. At first I was nervous to trust a stranger with such a major responsibility on one of the most memorable and important days of our lives, but after meeting Michelle for the first time, we left her office feeling like we’d known her forever! Michelle and her team were so easy to work with, friendly and professional. She truly had our best interests at heart and proved that by agreeing to do whatever we asked of her. The day of our ceremony I was amazed by how she personalized our ceremony by incorporating details of our relationship that she had picked up on during previous conversations. We are so happy we chose Michelle to marry us. She was a key factor in making our wedding day perfect!

Michelle was very helpful and she kept the ceremony interesting. She was flexible with out last minute changes with issues with cancellations in our ceremony. Michelle was great with helping us choose our vows and also performing the wedding ceremony. She had a great sense of humor also and we really enjoyed her. What can I say about Michelle.....She is the best of the best of the best.My ceremony was so wonderful,there wasn't one person who didn't compliment me on my choice of Justice Lydon. She knew I was a bit uncomfortable without a church wedding,yet brought every aspect of my faith and my husband's to our ceremony.Both families were so happy with our respect for catholicism as well as judism.....Michelle is one of the warmest,kindest people I have ever met. I hightly recomend her for your wedding....Believe me,you will think that this woman has known you and your future husband for years and years....Thank you ,Michelle!!!

When searching for a Justice of the Peace, my fiance and I were looking for someone who we "clicked" with. Michelle is so easy going, friendly, and sweet that it is impossible not to feel comfortable around her. She asked us some simple questions and created the most beautiful ceremony using the information we gave her. The poem she read for my fiance's brother who passed away brought the entire room to tears. Everybody talked about how great our ceremony was and how awesome Michelle was all night long! Justice Lydon absolutely made our wedding day!!!

We absolutely loved getting married at the Lydon Chapel. We found Justice Michelle and the Lydon chapel online. The chapel is beautiful and the pictures online don't do it justice. We worked with mainly with Roberta and sometimes Rose. Everyone was professional and very helpful. We were so grateful because we are from out of town (Colorado) and they made it so much easier to get the plans in place. We came to MA to get married because we are a same-sex couple and our state doesn't recognize same-sex marriage yet. We were a bit sad that we couldn't be in our home town and the minute we stepped in the chapel and worked with the staff there, that sadness was gone. We are so happy that we got married in Quincy, MA at the Lydon Chapel. It was truly perfect! We are so filled with gratitude for everyone! We love that the chapel had a videographer available that we could hire for our wedding. Justice Michelle was amazing... so personable and engaged... with a great blend of being lighthearted and fun while still honoring our very special day. She is the perfect Officiant! We loved having the pond to take pictures in front of... and the flexibility in making the chapel "our own". It was a relatively simple and easy ceremony while still being beautiful, moving and memorable. Thank you for everything... and we especially loved that we could play "our" wedding music on our special day... it just was the perfect topping to the perfect day. We highly recommend the services of Justice Michelle and the Lydon Chapel.

Justice Lydon was wonderful... between herself and a couple people that work for her, we never had a problem contacting her through email. We met with her twice before our wedding to discuss our ceremony, she was very flexible with our schedules. She had great advice for us and helped us decide how we wanted our ceremony to flow. On our big day she definitely put us at ease and had some beautiful words to say in between the readings we chose... we couldn't have been happier!!!
