Fabulous service and selection. Kathy and her staff helped me through the tough decision of finding my perfect wedding gown, veil, custom jewelry and dresses for my maids. Honest, reliable assistance, reasonable prices and timely arrival of all the items I purchased from Kasia's Bridal. Alterations were done by Grace, who was efficient, highly qualified and a perfectionist. You could tell these ladies LOVE what they do, as I loved what they did or me and my family.

Kasia's was my choice for wedding jewelry. Though my local jeweler stocked more jewelry, I found the perfect necklace and earrings at Kasia's. They were very helpful and accommodating. Bought on my first visit which is saying a lot.

Love my weddind dress! My groom's face while I walked down the aisle was priceless! Everyone till thsi stay still talks about my gorgeous dress even the males comment on them :) Want to have an excuse to wear it again :)

Kasia's was wonderful to work with. They found the perfect dress for me within my price range. They were also very flexible with my fittings because of my weird work schedule! The dress came out perfect and it was a pleasure working with Kasia and her mother!!!

I would highly recommend Kathy and Grace. I found my dress online and ordered it through Kasia's so I did not need any help choosing my gown. However, the alterations done by Grace were absolutely perfect and very reasonably priced. They were both very friendly and I really felt they wanted me to look my best on the day. The gown cleaning and preservation service is also very reasonably priced.

This shop was great! I got just my wedding dress from them. The woman who helps you find the dresses was great. She let me pick a few that I liked out of a book, but then looked at my shape (fuller figure) and just brought me some she thought would be flattering. I ended up buying one she picked and it was off the rack. I cant stress how great the woman was!! The owner was friendly as well.

I also got my alterations done there which were good (done by the owners mom). The only issue I had was that I bought a full bra from them and left it with the dress to get altered. They misplaced the bra, and the did not leave it with my dress. So they gave me another one.

I purchased my dress for under $1000 and it was GORGEOUS! I know I'm obviously biased...but I think it looked better than the majority of the super over-priced gowns in the fashion magazines.

I got a fantastic dress from Kasia's. Her staff were great and were fairly honest about how I looked in the various dresses, without being imposing. Basically, they reinforced what I kind of thought about something, but only offered opinion when asked. And it was not based on the expense of the dress. I bought one of their floor models for a discounted price. It was awesome, I got tons of compliments on the dress. I would recommend them.

Kasia's was a very approachable and non intimidating bridal experience! I had shopped at many boutiques before I came to my final stop at Kasia's and I was relieved to be able to finally find my perfect gown at a beyond reasonable price! I wasn't sure about what to expect as I pulled up to her store front, but as soon as I entered I was greeted with a happy and energetic staff who was eager to meet all my bridal needs! There was a plethera of beautiful gowns to choose from especially in my size, which I had a hard time finding at other stores because of my 6 foot frame, and I did not feel pressure to purchase anything once I did find my gown. Kasia herself worked thoroughly to help me find the best deal as well as keeping in contact with me throughout the whole process. She is very personable, experienced and genuinely cares about her brides needs! I had a wonderful experience and have nothing but great things to say about Kasia's bridal boutique! Her storefront may not be the most glamourous, but don't judge a book by its cover because there are beautiful gowns at great prices inside with a very charming staff. From one bride to another..... definitely check them out!!!

Kasia's bridal is run by Kathy (Kasia in Polish) and her sweet mother, Grace, who does all of the tailoring and dressmaking. The shop is simple and clean - they have RACKS of beautiful sample gowns plus a full back room of dresses to order. The shopping trip was so much fun - they accommodated my large party and moved me through a huge pile of dresses very quickly. When I decided on the dress, they gave me a good price - as good as anything I found for the same style online. (I took off a half-star because I thought the shoes, veils, etc. were overpriced - I got mine elsewhere). The alterations, while not the cheapest, were absolutely PERFECT and the dress looked just amazing on the big day!

All I can say is oh my goodness. Such a wonderful place! Kathy is the most friendly, helpful person ever. I never felt like anything but the beautiful blushing bride. Alterations were perfect and the jewelry was exquisite.

I was very happy with Kasia's Bridal. Kasia is very professional, she works hard and was willing to order the dress I wanted. It was a designer dress but for a great price & everybody loved it. The veil was beautiful too. The only negative is the price of alterations...And I felt a little rushed working with Grace, whom you have to be patient with... I would definitely recommend Kasia's, though!

I have never written a review before, but I was so angered by my experience at Kasia's that I felt that other s would benefit from knowing about it. I had to call Kasia’s three times to see if they had a specific dress because no one ever called me back. We (my mom and another bride) made an appointment for a Saturday afternoon. We drove 45 minutes and when we walked in, Kasia immediately told us to sit down and look through a book of magazine pictures to pick out dresses to try on. She never even asked our names! When we said that we already knew the specific dress that we wanted to try, and that we had a good idea of the styles we were looking for, Kasia said that we had to start by looking at the pictures. Again, we said that we knew what we were looking for, but she refused to go look for dresses with styles we liked. So, we sat down and started to thumb through pictures while she went to get the one dress we had come for (all the while ignoring the second bride). When she returned, she continued arguing with my mother that most people appreciate having pictures to look at. My mom said that was fine and she was willing to move on, but Kasia proceeded to say that she refused to do business with us. When my mom tried to at least look at the dress, Kasia literally ripped it out of her hands. We were so confused that we started to walk out. Kasia began yelling that she had never encountered such difficult people. Her attitude and response to our requests was completely unprofessional and entirely rude. Perhaps she was just having a bad day. What I can't understand, though, is that on her website she promises to never create a terrible dress shopping experience because she encountered bad experiences. This was hands down the worst shopping experience I have ever had, and to have it connected to my wedding makes it so much worse. I was on the verge of tears when I left, and still cannot understand how it became so dramatic. I would not recommend Kasia’s to anyone!
P.S. She also yelled at my friend to stop chomping her gum. Unbelievable!

I bought my dress at a sample sale. They were all discontinued dresses and it was first come first serve and you had to buy it off the rack. It was originally a 1200 dress and I got it for 600 bucks. It was definetly worth it. I did not get my alterations there.. Too expensive! I did feel a little rushed when I was there because there were so many people there trying on dresses but in the end it was worth it because I LOVED my dress.

I was introduced to Kasia's through my friend. We were engaged two weeks apart and planned our weddings together. She had great luck finding her gown there at a steal and recomended I go to the upcoming sale. The sale was "off the rack, cash only" and I, too, got a great bargain and exactly what I was looking for (a gown with sleeves- never imagined how difficult that would be!)
Kathy, the owner, was very personable and helpful throughout the process of finding the right gown and its alterations, not to mention organizing the bridesmaids' and flower girl's dresses. Grace, the head seamstress/tailor, worked miracles!
I had gone to many other bridal shops to search for my gown, but was most impressed with the service and value I found at Kasia's. I highly reccommend them to anyone looking for bridal or other formal gowns.

They picked out the most beautiful jewelry for me. Not to much jewelry, which i liked and he does too. It was very small though but the Quality was very good.

I bought my dress from Kasia's (they have a sample sale in June where you can get a very good deal) and then had my alterations done here. I even got a beautiful hair comb at the sample sale for $13! Every time they were super nice and very accommodating of my scatterbrainedness. Highly recommend!

I bought my dress and veil from Kasia. The dress i bought at one of her semi-annual sales and i was able to get a $1600 maggie sottero dress for $350!!! Alterations and the veil made up for the rest, but i couldn't have been happier.

Kathy was great. I got a designer dress there for $600, and it was one of the prettiest dresses I have ever seen. it is a small boutique with a lot of dresses, so some things are hard to find, but my dress was amazing. And Kathy was flexible when my maid of honor flaked out and I had to reorder some dresses. She was a huge help. I would recommend her to any bride on a budget

I went here soley on a recommendation from a coworker that bought her gown at this cute boutique. She and I have similar tastes, so I trusted her judgement, as her gown was absolutely stunning. When I pulled up, I was a bit shocked as my expectation was different of the outside, but I still went in and BOY AM I GLAD I DID! This boutique is truly a treasure in itself like a couple other people here have too posted. You walk in and immediately you see an ocean of colors & fabric. SO MANY dresses! The store had, I'm not kidding, maybe 2000 bridal gowns alone. The store owner asked me for my choice of style and fabric, color and gave me OPTIONS! MANY OF THEM. I saw all moderate to high priced designers (about $300 to $3500). I told the owner what my budget was and she made sure to stay under ($2000). I loved the fact that I was important to her. She kept to my appointment and offered me her 'personal shopping experience' as she promised me over the phone. It truly was personal and she worked with me the entire time, I didn't have to look for her to have questions answered. I fell in love with four gowns, all in a range of prices (one of them was only $550, I couldn't believe it!). I ended up purchasing a $900 dress from Demetrios. She offered me options to purchase out of her stock at a much lower price, or to purchase a new one at an off-price as well. The Demetrios dress she pulled for me, that I ended up buying, was a gown right out of her stock that was in fact brand new. With the money I saved, I had extra money to spend on accessories, alterations, AND flowers! She freshly opened the gown in front of me so I new it was new. I mentioned accessories, the number of hair accessories she had, Oh my god! And they were well priced. The alterations were prompt and inexpensive and were NOT a flat fee. I recommend this place to anyone & everyone. If you want personal service, honesty, and great prices, make an appointment with Kasia's Bridal.

Kathy is great! She works hard and she knows what shes doing. The only problems I had were one of the bridesmaid dresses fell apart and the cost of shipping. That's all.

After visiting every other bridal shop in the chicago area I left disappointed. Until Kasia's!! She had the best selection, prices and friendly staff!!! Wonderful experience and VERY knowledgeable about her business and the wedding industry. Don't waste your time with other shops, go to Kasia's!!! Highly recommend!

I went there the day after Christmas. I brought my entourage with me and we went through dresses. Now I am a plus size bride so I dreaded the experience. I had been to Macy's Salon and got horrible service just browsing. This store prides it self on one on one service and it is smaller than a big chain but not cramped.

There was plenty of place to sit even for myself with 4 people and another bride and her entourage. Kathy was super helpful as well as her mother. Oh did I mention not only am I a plus bride I am only 5 feet tall. So they gave me their honest opinions on the dress and advice on the alterations.

I narrowed my search to 2 dresses came back the next day with my mom. Never once feeling pressured to buy that minute. Then came back again a week later with my dad and step mom I purchased the dress in full.
