We were initially on the fence on whether or not to hire a wedding coordinator. However, hiring Kate & Co. was one of the best decisions we made. Wedding planning can be stressful and Katie was there when we needed her. If nothing else, peace of mind on the wedding day itself was well worth it!

I have had the pleasure of attending a few events organised by Katie from Kate and Co over the past four years, and each time I have been blown away by the level of detail and creativeness that are in each of her diverse events.Not to mention, had an absolute blast! From very small budgets, intimate affairs and party buses to large budgets and corporate events, Katie caters for all.

So when it was time to organise one of the most memorable nights in my life, asking Katie to organise our wedding was a no brainer. We started planning in January 2012 and despite me living in Australia and my husband moving from St Louis to Florida, with all the obvious challenges, Katie was more than willing and excitied to be working with us.

Throughout the eight months of planning, Katie was always in touch and letting us know what was going on. Countless emails, phone calls, pinterest pages, you name it! Katie made being overseas and away from the planning, very easy!! Like most coordinators, Katie organised quotes and gave us ideas to think about. However, what Katie excels at is how hard working she is. If we didn't like something or if we couldn't accomodate something into our small budget, Katie would work tirelessly to get exactly what we wanted and within our budget. Katie also made sure that every little detail was perfect, reflected our ideas and matched our theme.

The wedding was beautiful and more than what we could have imagined. Attention is in the detail and Katie goes above and beyond, all the while ensuring that things are unique, personal and memorable. Approachable, organised, friendly, innovative, creative and genuine are qualities that Katie demonstrated in her role as our wedding coordinator.

There are many coordinators out there, but if you want someone who will live and breathe your dream wedding or any event for that matter, Katie is by far the best choice in St. Louis.

Kate & Company took care of every aspect of our wedding. Throughout the planning process, my bride was working outside of the country and I was relocating to another state for a job. We relied heavily on Katie to look at venues, meet with other vendors, and then present her opinions/ideas to us via Skype, email, or conference calls. Katie's expertise and flexibility was invaluable in giving us the special day that we had envisioned.
