The thing I liked most about this dress shop is they weren't pushy. They helped me try on a bunch of dresses and once I explained my price range they didn't try and push anything outside of that on me. They had a great selection and I found my perfect dress. It was reasonably priced and I received tons of compliments. They also did my bridesmaid dresses and they were also lovely. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family.
Thanks,
Laura

Jennifer was very helpful from the first moment that I walked in to Kay Bridal with my mom. I gave her a basic idea of what I was looking for and she pulled some dresses that she thought would flatter my figure the most. When I told her that I liked the top of one dress and the bottom of another, she told me to wait for just a moment and went to pull a dress from a different designer that was exactly what I had just described. She was never pushy during the process, which I really appreciate. With the help of one of her assistants, Veronica, I tried on about 10 dresses and really considered 2 finalists.
When I chose "the one!" she was spot on in measurements, which meant that I spent less for my alterations, and the gown was ready to pickup after alterations at the time promised.

I found Kay's bridal by accident since our GPS didn't take us to the correct location, but we decided to stop in and I'm glad that we did! They were friendly and helped us find a dress. I originally thought I was going to wear a short wedding dress for the ceremony, but decided that I would look for a long dress. I only had 2-3 weeks before the wedding and luckily I was able to find a dress at Kay Bridal. I even had alterations done here within this time frame. The seamstress did a terrific job and the dress fit perfectly!
Thank you Kay Bridal for providing a gorgeous...

Pros:
My dress was beautiful and I didn't see anything like it anywhere else.
The price was great--less than $700
Donna, the saleswoman that helped me along the way was great--she was helpful but not pushy. Only offered her opinion if I asked for it--she didn't try to sell me something I didn't want.
Cons:
Shady owners!! Jennifer, unlike Donna, is extremely pushy!! I came in to try dresses on 3 times. This was my wedding dress...I was not about to rush into buying it the 1st time I was in there. The 2nd time I went, Donna was off so I had to deal with Jennifer and she would not let up on trying to get me to buy it right then and there even though I told her I wanted to come back with my mom.
The 3rd time, when I was able to come back with my mom, Jennifer tried to sell us the dress for more than what was on the tag. When I questioned her about it, she said that the price on the tag was incorrect. We started to argue about how unfair that was etc and she was not letting up. Finally, the door opened and more customers came in the store and she quickly shushed us and agreed to the price tag price only bc she didn't want us making a scene in front of the other customers.
When we purchased the dress, we were told it would come in 5 months (I purchased in november and my wedding was July 14th--should have been plenty of time). April came and went and I didn't hear anything from them. I called and spoke to the male owner who said my dress wouldn't be in until May 18th! Great! Thanks for letting me know.
My dress finally comes in and we go to pick it up. Its inside out in a LIME GREEN canvas garment bag. Fine, whatever...who cares at this point. I just want my dress. I go to try it on and no one even comes to help me. The back of my dress is corset, not zipper. My poor mom was trying to get me into this thing, when finally someone came over to help. This was a girl I had never seen before. She was useless. Up until this point, we weren't sure if we were going to get my dress altered there or not. We decided it was not worth the risk of leaving the dress in these people's hands any longer. I took the dress to an amazing seamstress who thankfully was not phased by the short amount of time she had to get my alterations done.
Overall, I'm glad I went here because I got the perfect dress and loads of compliments on it. If you decide to go here, I would go with caution, pay attention to the price on the tag, don't let them get away with shady business and make sure you leave plenty of time to get...

My wedding was on 6/9/12 and I bought my Maggie Sottero dress and Jordan bridesmaids dresses from there! They didnt even have the bridesmaid dresses there but they were able to order them for me and also gave us a discount of each of their dresses because I ordered my wedding attire from there. I ordered my dress right after I got engaged back in 2010 and had an excellent experience! Nice people! Always willing to help and I even got my alterations done as well which came out perfect! They also have a nice selection of prom dresses too! I would definitely recommend Kay!

I was in great love with my wedding gown from Kay Bridal, one of the few La Sposa vendors in the area. Jennifer was such a sweetheart, as was Donna and the tailor. Check them out for a great selection of gowns (or if you're on the hunt for a La Sposa like I was) and be treated with great service and care!

I bought my Devesa model dress (Pronovias) from Kay Bridal. I visited several bridal salons and Kay was the first one that was attentive to my needs. I described what I wanted and that's what was brought to the dressing room. I received honest opinions that helped me choose my gown. I didn't have that "this is the one" feeling until after I went home to think it over. Jennifer was my attendant each and every time I visited and she was never annoyed that I needed to try it on "one more time." She remembered my name and was always extremely helpful. I loved her. : )
When my dress was altered, there was one minor miscommunication (I wanted the strap to be removeable), but it ended up for the best anyway.
When I picked up my dress, not only was there a coupon for a discount on preservation, but Jennifer had thrown in some beautiful pearl and rhinestone pins for my hair. So sweet of her!

I was pleased with my experience with Kay Bridal. I was worried because I had seen some bad reviews but I can't say that I had a hard time with them. The one owner is a little pushy, but you can get that at most bridal salons. My dress was big and I feel like it looked big, but she kept saying that it's because of the boning underneath. I did feel like I should've had it altered more and that they just tell you that the dress is great no matter what. But I could've pushed the issue and I didn't because it would've been a lot of money for a small amount of alterations. Overall, I looked very nice in my dress and there were things that most people wouldn't notice that I would.

The owner of this store was GREAT. She was not pushy at all and helped even though we did not have an appointment. They did the alterations and steamed the dress and it was there when promised.

Well, my bridesmaids, mother, and myself all got our dresses at Kay Bridal for my wedding. Everything turned out great until the day of the wedding. My dress did not stay bustled, the bustle broke and my wedding dress dragged during the whole reception. Although everyone at Kay Bridal were bery nice and helpful before the wedding day!!

Where to begin... well, I did find the dress of my dreams at Kay Bridal. They had a great selection, with great styles and great prices. The sales woman who helped me, Donna, was wonderful. But she was the only positive part of my experience. Unfortunately, by the time my dress came in she was no longer there. First, the owner had me come back twice before the dress could be ordered b/c she messed up my measurements for the pre-ordered hollow-to-hem. When I went for my second fitting, none of the alterations had been done. The dress was not taken in and the pads were not added in the bodice. The owner argued with me, telling me that the alterations had been done. She said that she would rip my dress to show me the seam on the inside. After she told me she would RIP my wedding dress, I was not happy with her. The seamtress cam over and corrected the problems by my next appointment. The alterations were done quickly and done well. The other problem was that the pre-ordered hollow-to-hem was WAY TOO LONG. Since my dress had detail around the bottom, I was not letting them touch it. So I ended up searching for the tallest platform shoes in the world so that the dress wouldn't drag. Needless to stay, there wasn't much to choose from and they really didn't look like they should be worned with a wedding dress, but I had no other option. The owner was horrible to work with!!

I was so happy with Kay Bridal. They were so friendly and helpful. It's a small shop, but it's cozy and they have a really nice selection. I had to change shoes right after being measured for one of my fittings. They let me come in right away to remeasure the gown. When I came to pick up the gown, they gave me a hug and wished me luck. It's a level of service I am lucky to have had.

After the huge mess I went through with David's Bridal to get my dress alterred, Kay Bridal was there for me. I went in and explained what David's Bridal had done to me. The owner of the shop had me bring my dress right in and did the measurements and all the other stuff for the alterations right then...I didn't even have to wait! They really got me out of a jam...it was only a month and a half until the wedding! They got my dress alterred in 3 weeks and even did the French Bustle that I wanted. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a little understanding and compassion durring this very stressful time!
