I bought my bridal gown from Kay Bridal. The girls in the shop were very helpful and even made several phone calls on my behalf to gown/veil manufacturers. I also rented my tuxes from here, and there were no problems.

They were very helpful in sizing my dress and helping me with finding the right one. I wanted to customize my dress with a corset back and they did that no problem even drew me a picture to see what it would look like. They were very friendly too.
This was the 2nd out of the 6 shops I went to.
LOVED it! It's a small store and you can't touch the gowns [keeps them in top shape!] but it's personable and there's a great selection of gowns. Very good quality dresses. The sales associate that helped me was amazing. She was very patient with me and definitely knew her inventory and designers! If you make an appointment, you will get an associates undivided attention.
I would definitely recommend this place.
I visited many bridal shops and Kay Bridal Shop was one of my favorites. The service was really nice and they always helped me look for what I wanted. I ended up purchasing a real nice wedding dress from them. They gave me lots of good advice on the wedding dress and also they made sure I really liked it and also that the size was just right for me. I couldn’t believe how friendly and how they really cared that I got a good wedding dress.
I got my Jessica McClintock veil here and it was fabulous! And it was only $25. They even ordered it in the length I wanted. The customer service was fabulous! I wish I would have went there to try on gowns (although my gown was perfect for me).
We had been to so many different bridal boutiques, but the reason why we chose Kay Bridal was because they had the best prices on the type of bridesmaids dresses that we wanted, Eden Dresses. We found out that Kay’s would be having a sale, and so we went and bought the dresses that we wanted on sale. The dresses we picked out were simple, no sleeves, and they also happened to be from 2006. The staff was great, and they didn’t mind at all that I had bought my wedding dress elsewhere. They also took care of the alterations.
For the girls dresses, we chose a 2 piece option to accommodate everyone’s body type. The girls at the shop were patient in measuring everyone and arranging for pickup. They were extremely helpful. The reason we went there is because that was where my mom and many of her friends and sisters got their dresses from, 28 years prior! They have a great reputation and they care about their customers.
About Kay Bridal Shop
Kay Bridal Shop was originally established by Fred Klitsner in 1957. In 1963 the store was bought by Gladys Peterson, who operated it until her death in 2005. Lisa bought her own wedding gown and bridesmaid dresses at the shop in 2002. She loved the simple but elegant feel the store had to offer. When she learned of the shop’s availability in 2006 she and her husband decided to purchase the business and continue to run the shop, building upon the exceptional reputation of the previous owners. Every young girl dreams of the day that she will walk down the aisle a princess on her wedding day. Lisa believes that every bride has a "vision." Her goal is to make that vision come to reality in the least stressfull, most pleasant way possible.
Future brides visiting the store can expect to see classic, contemporary and trendy styles. We have gowns to fit every figure type, venue or budget. We currently carry more than 200 orderable bridal gowns, with new styles entering the store every Spring and Fall. We also carry a variety of discontinued sample dresses that can be purchased directly…for those with smaller budgets or brides with little time to order. Most special order bridal gowns will require an approximate 12-16 week lead time.

Once our bride has chosen the dress of her dreams she can turn her attention to the perfect headpiece and jewelry. She and her groom can then spend time choosing wedding invitations, cake jewelry and tuxedos. We are a full service wedding boutique with exceptional personal service. Our goal is to remove the stress from wedding planning and instead focus on the excitement and romance that new beginings create.
