I LOVE MY RING! Our local Kays was so helpful to my fiance and they always have been to me. Kay Jewelers is wonderful.

Their jewels are beautiful and I couldn’t be more pleased with our wedding jewelry selection. We were able to get a great deal on our wedding bands as we took advantage of one of their large sales.We got my engagement ring and his wedding band from here. They have great service and great fiancing plans. The sales lady was very patient with me when I tried on many many rings. My husband ultimately went back and saw her and she helped him pick out my georgous ring.

Kay has a nice selection and they are able to let you chose your own stone and band and mix and match. They were friendly and fairly priced. The only thing is they do not match prices, we found a ring across the mall that was exactly the same and they would not match or beat the price. They brought their price down some but not as low as the other company.

We bought our wedding bands from Kay. They are an excellent quality, and it didn't break the bank to buy them. If you are lucky, you can also find promo codes online so you can get further discounts before purchasing.

This is wear the bride's engagement and wedding rings are from. They came as a set and are part of the Leo Diamond collection which are amazing quality, much better than the typical quality from a chain jewelry store. We are a younger couple but the staff at this store were some of the only people to take us seriously and treat us as customers rather than a joke.

My engagement ring is stunning! It's a 14k white gold, with a 3/4 carat diamond in a cathedral setting. There are 16 channel set round diamonds on the sides with 6 princess cut sapphires. I paired it with a platinum channel set diamond wedding band. Go unique because people LOVE to check out what looks different, but with charm, I might add.
His wedding band is a QG in Tungsten Carbide. He's an engineer, and loves to scratch his rings. This WON'T EVER SCRATCH!!! We LOVE It!!!!

The customer service is a little touch and go. Some of the sales reps are very pleasant, some aren’t so personable. They also don’t handle any repairs or maintenance on site, and giving your rings away for a week at a time and having to pick everything up after 6:00 PM isn’t always convenient.

My husband and I were able to find both of our wedding bands at Kay Jewelers. They had exactly what we were looking for, and they had pretty good customer service. The only complaint that I have with Kay Jewelers is that we bought the insurance, however when my husband lost his wedding band they would not replace it, so I did not think the insurance was a very good deal. We replaced his band at Zales for a lower price than we paid for his original.

We used Kay Jewelers for our wedding rings as well as my necklace I wore at my ceremony. I love all the jewelry we got from Kay and we have gone back many times to get presents for each other. They are mid-priced…it really just depends on what you get from them.

I am extremely happy with my engagement ring and wedding band. We got a good price and really good quality jewelry. The service wasn't great in some of their locations, but I love my rings!

There was a bit of mix up when it came to sending out rings to be sized, but they made up for it in good customer service.

If you’re looking to purchase jewelry or a gift for your spouse to be then try Kay’s. I’ve been a long time customer of Kay’s and have several items from there. Most of the employees have been extremely helpful and friendly. They have a broad selection of items and the policies they have in place are good. They offer free cleanings on your jewelry and inspections free. If you need repairs you will have to pay out of pocket if you don’t have the warranties on your jewelry so I highly recommend getting the warranty on all items. Don’t forget to take them in for cleanings and expections every 6 months so your warranties don’t lapse. Most local chains have gone out of business with the economy the way it has been. Kay’s has been in business for years and is steady with there sales. Check Kay’s out before going to some other jewelers.

I have a solitaire and diamond wedding band. After three weeks of wear, one of my stones fell out. Kay’s replaced the stone immediately, but I had to go without wearing my wedding band for a few weeks.

My wedding ring came from Kay Jewelers, and when I looked in the wedding section at the store, I didn't see anything I liked (or could afford) so the manager who was helping me, took me over to the fashion rings and I found the perfect ring. Just under a full caret and for $400, it was a steal! It is beautiful and I will treasure it for as long as I live.

After shopping around all day for the perfect wrap for me, and the perfect solid band for my him, we landed great deals at Kay. Best of all, we've been back numerous times for sizing and they are always so nice, friendly, and helpful.

My ring is so beautiful. We picked out my band and my husband's band and they helped us out very much. It was very hard to pick the ring for me, there were so many beautiful rings.

Their warranty is unbeatable, and because they are a nation wide store you can count on being able to take care of your precious rings at any of their locations. Even if you bring in a stone to be combined with one of their settings they have a very respectable warranty to help cover any loss or damage to the ring.

Kay Jewelers is now my favorite jewelry store. My husband and I went there for our wedding rings and now every time we buy jewelry we go back there. Everyone is so friendly and honest. We love them!

They are respectful everytime we come in with anything. They give us just as much attention as any other customer even if we dont have deep pockets.

I loved working with Kay Jewelers. I worked with Carmen at Rivertown Crossings mall for our wedding sets. Mine is absolutely gorgeous, a full carat all together, and only about $3200. My husband likes to keep things simple, so his ring only cost about $300. I love the unique things they have. I even had them customize my ring by putting a bigger diamond in it. I was really impressed with them and would recommend them to anybody.

Kay was great! We bought my engagement ring from them and my husband's wedding band. They were able to find a custom setting for my ring that was exactly what I was looking for. The price couldn't be beat and the staff was so helpful.

Kay Jeweler's is a wonderful Jewelry store for any jewelry need. They tend to be overly priced though but every once in a while they have coupons. My husband found a coupon for 24% of any purchase which saved us a bundle. Keep an eye on emails from Kay Jewelers for coupons.

Had my ring custom made, and my husbands fitted without him there. He is in the service and was overseas at the time, so Kays helped me get a ring sizer and sent it off to him for self-sizing. They did a good job with helping me design my ringset.
