Our Kay store has always been very prompt for us. When we purchased the ring guard to go with the engagement ring for the wedding--we had about 3 weeks to get it soldered and sized. Originally we had been told it would take up to 4 weeks and the anticipated return date was passed our wedding day. When I panicked, the salesman asked for our wedding date, called the jeweler that they send the rings to for servicing and they put in an emergency rush order to get it completed. We had my rings back in one week--and had 2 weeks to spare. Kays is the only store we purchase jewelry from and if a different store catches my eye, our store manager is always more than willing to create a similiar design for me. My mom has become their customer and only shops at the specific store we go to now because of the manager. They are wonderful!

They have a great selection of rings to choose from. It was hard to choose which one I wanted. Everyone at the store was a great help.

My wedding ring was purchased originally for my mother from Kay Jewelers. It is a beautiful ring that i am proud to wear. The quality is excellent and I would highly recommend them. They may seem expensive, but it's worth the value.

I have all good things to say about Kay. My husband and I first looked at Helzberg, where we did find a gorgeous ring that I loved, except for the price tag. Kay offered a more affordable option, but I couldn't find a replica of my favorite design. Our Kay representative suggested that we make a custom design, and my husband came up with the ring that I wear today :) They bent over backwards to bring the price and the design to fit exactly what we wanted, and I have had nothing but excellent service from them and retain a high quality product.

I got the LEO Diamond .87 Carat Princess Cut Engagement Solitaire on a White Gold Band. The diamond is so incredibly clear- practically colorless ( I haven't been able to find the "flaw" yet!)...

Beautiful Rings!
