I have a problem with Kay's corporate customer service. They were horrible! The customer service and overall experience within the stores were very nice, I just wish I hadn't had that expericence with the corporate office. My husband and I love our rings though, VERY nice!

Our rings are beautiful and we couldn't be happier with them. it was a lot less expensive to get them from Kay's than most other jewelry stores we looked at.

Kay was great to me and my husband. we got pretty rings for good prices and the ladies were always nice to us. They gave us a free leather photo album...i mean it wasn't super cheap or anything either. Very good experience with them.
