We bought my engagement ring, and both our wedding bands at Kay Jewelers. I was not impressed with the professionalism and was often treated rude like they had better things to do then take our payment or wait on us. NOT impressed.

I had to go back 3 times to finally get the right size for my husbands band. He went in 2/3 times. While that lack of correct sizing was frustrating they did have quick turn around and were able to swap out 3 times in 28 days. I also thought the ring was Titanium from the Triton line, but on the honeymoon we noticed several scratches on the band. Turns out it was just stainless, slightly my part for not reading more closely, but also not up front at purchase.

On the weekends some of there stores may be busy and they might try to sell you more than you want but they have a great diamond warranty. Just make sure you bring back your rings to be cleaned every 6 months. I bought earring and my husband's wedding band here. He bought my heart-shaped engagement ring and supportive wrap band here. All the associates at the Northgate mall location are very helpful and will give you all the information you need to take the best care of your ring.

My husband got my engagement ring at Kay Jewelers. I love it!! It is white gold and shines all the time. We went back and got our wedding bands there. The service there was excellent. Nobody was pushy at all. We took our time picking out the perfect wedding bands!!

After a lot of shopping around we ended up at Kay. All the other jewelers we shopped at before seem so high pressure and fake. We got both of our bands there and my husband ended up being allergic to gold. The return and exchange for tungsten was simple and hassle free.

My husband bought my engagement ring at Kay's and had no problems so we went back to get both of our wedding bands. we pretty much knew what we were looking for but the staff was very helpful and friendly.
About a month before the wedding I took my engagement ring and wedding band in to be soddered but it was done very poorly. The bands were not lined up evenly and it made my ring almost a 1/2 size too small (aka VERY difficult to get on and off). We waited until after the wedding to get it fixed and the gentleman who helped us even said it looked aweful and was shocked that Kay's had been the one that did this! After getting it re-soddered everything turned out fine.

This chain jeweler has all the trendy styles so selection was not an issue. However, each time I have sent my ring in to get sized and soudered together, they set a "promise" date. WELL, I have never gotten anything back by that date. In fact, I sent my rings in to be soudered shortly after my wedding and am still waiting 2 weeks later. It is very dissapointing to not be able to wear the rings I have been waiting so long to wear. 2 weeks is so much longer than it sounds.

I was really surprised when my husband proposed to me. We had been dating for over two years, but I had a daughter from a previous relationship and didn’t know if he wanted to marry someone with a child. I never mentioned marriage to him, so it was a big shock when he proposed to me in front of my daughter during one of our usual Friday night dinners. He had a beautiful ring for me, really classic looking. The sweetest thing was that he also got a small pendant made for my daughter, with our three birthstones on them. I loved that my husband was committed to both me as a husband and to being a father to my daughter. I bugged him about where he got the jewelry from, and he finally said that he went to Kays because that’s where his mother suggested. I loved my ring! We went back in the following week to look at wedding bands, and the staff was great. They have really beautiful jewelry, and they have a great selection, too.

Kay had exactly what we wanted and at a very reasonable price. We were able to get a Kay card to make payments on our rings. We also got lifetime warranties.

We were not impressed. Where to start? My "white gold" band quickly turned to yellow gold and they then told me that was normal. My solitare was twisted in the mounting and had to be sent back THREE times. It has been rodium finished twice in one year because it is still turning yellow. AND when we sent my two bands to be saudered together, they sent the wrong wedding band with my engagement ring. It had round (SMALLER) diamonds and was supposed to have sqaure cut diamonds to match the engagement ring. We didn't receive any type of compensation for time or efforts.

My husband and I were so pleased to find our wedding bands at Kay. We got the ESP service along with our purchase, which is their warranty program. We recommend getting the ESP with your purchase because it is a lifetime warranty that covers pretty much anything you could ever imagine, and it is very reasonably priced.

Great jewelry, can get a little pricey.

We bought our bands at Kay's. They arrived two weeks early to my satisfaction. After shopping around they were the cheapest quote on my platinum band to match my platinum solitaire from another store. They also have Tungsten Carbide which is virtually indestructable for guys and polishes up great. We are still very happy with the rings.

I bought my wedding band there and the staff was very nice and personable. It was a no pressure environment, they didn't seem out to make a sale. The quality and value were good.

We love our rings. The orders came in quickly and we have yet to have any problems with either set!

Okay selection, okay prices, okay quality. We bought only 1 of the 3 rings here. Overall we thought it was so-so.
