Great service!!! The staff were very helpful and worked with us for long periods of time. They also had wonderful plans and sale options.

I got my beautiful engagement rings from Kay's Jewelers. I am in love with it. We want to buy out wedding bands there, but they are very pricey when it comes to purchasing a custom-made wedding band to fit my square princess cut ring. They suggested we just stick to on already created in the jewelry showcases, which doesn't fit well next to my ring that much. Very helpful staff. Warranty prices are not that bad, considering that they hold a lifetime guarantee, if you stay consistent with your 6 month check-ups.

We set a limit of how much we wanted to spend for both of our rings and we hit it right on the spot! We got my band and engagement 1 carat ring and his tungsten metal ring for $1,500.00! We couldn't have got anything better. This included the warranty and everything! If you need it sized or anything you can get it done for free with the warranty. They are a GREAT jeweler.

Even thought it's a chain I was extremely pleased with the help my DH received when buying my ring. I got to see this first hand when we went back together to pick out our wedding bands. It was wonderful having such a great team helping us select our bands rather than just selling us something.

My fiance bought my engagement ring at Kay's and I bought his wedding band here, as well. Everyone we have worked with has been wonderful and the service here is amazing. The rings are gorgeous and I could not ask for a better jeweler. When my fiance was looking for an engagement ring he first went to Kay's. They listened to him and found the perfect ring. I am in love with it and have enjoyed showing it to everyone. I would highly recommend this jeweler. Also, make sure to get their insurance program as it is amazing and takes care of the ring for life.

Kay's was great in affordability with our bands and engagement ring. They have sales frequently which allowed us to upgrade our rings for a reduced price. Their guarantee is wonderful and their selection is good. Their sales people are very friendly.

We got a wedding band resized there. It was a platinum wedding band with channel set diamonds and they completely messed it up! They kept telling us it was ready when it wasn't so we made several trips down there(1hr drive). Then they misspelled my fiances name in the engraving. In the end the 2000 dollar ring was not round and looked so uneven, it was horrible!
