Do I need to make an appointment to try on dresses? An appointment is not necessary but highly recommend on Saturdays for bridal gown shopping only.

Do you rent? We only rent tuxedos starting at $49.95. We always have a large inventory of clearance gowns that you can purchase in place of renting.

How far in advance do I need to order/purchase my wedding dress? You may purchase any dress off the rack at anytime, we require at least 6 weeks for alterations. To order a wedding dress it needs to be placed about 4 to 6 months in advance however rush delivery is available with some brands for an extra cost. Keep in mind some designers have extensive delivery dates.

How far in advance do I need to order my bridesmaid dresses? Bridesmaid dresses usually take anywhere from 10 to 12 weeks depending on the brand. However rush deliveries are available on most brands for an additional charge. If you have only one bridesmaid then you are more than welcome to purchase off the rack if the dress is available in her size and color.

How far in advance do I need to order my prom/formal dress? If the dress is not in stock then we will have to check with the designer to see when the next one will be available, in stock orders usually take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks to get in.

How do you determine what size I will wear? When you place your order we will measure your bust, waist, and hips and according to what designer of dress you selected. We will match your measurements to that designer's size chart. We will always recommend a size for you however you can request a size if desire. If the size is questionable then we suggest you go up a larger size, we can always take up a dress but one can't always be let out. Dresses are not custom ordered to fit you therefore alterations are usually needed, which are an additional charge.

What is your return policy? We do not expect returns or refunds. All sales are final and deposits or non refundable or transferal.

What is the process of ordering bridesmaid dresses? We measure each bridesmaid and compare the measurements to the designer’s size chart to determine the size. After we collect all of the nonrefundable deposits and measurements from each bridesmaid we place the order, once the order comes in we notify the bride. Bridesmaids need to come in at least two to three weeks before the wedding date with undergarments and shoes for an alteration fitting, no appointment needed. Alternations are additional cost, depending on what is needed for each dress.

The remaining balance can be paid at pickup or payments can be made throughout the process Do you preserve wedding dresses? We send your dress off to Wedding Gown Preservation Company. The preservation process will be completted 2-10 weeks after the gown is received.

Will you ship out of town? Yes we ship out of town with an additional fee.

Can you hold a dress for me? Unfortunately we do not hold dresses however we have a layaway plan available.

How do I pay for my dress? We require a deposit for any dress to be ordered or to be stored in layaway, usually the deposit is half of the cost. The remaining balance can be paid at pickup or payments can be made through out the process.

Do you alter dresses? We have a full team of professional alteration staff waiting to assist every bridal/formal need. Alteration charges depend on individual fitting needs. Bridal fitting appointments need to be made 6 weeks before your wedding date or bridal portrait, which ever comes first. Appointments for only bridal fittings are required, we accept walk-ins for the rest of the wedding party. Make sure to bring all undergarments and shoes with you to your fitting. We do sell long lined bras, bra cups, slips, shapes and petticoats.

How far in advance do I need to make my tuxedo selection? We house all of our tuxedos in store but to get the most out of our collection we suggest you make your selections 3 months in advance and have everyone measured and paid their nonrefundable deposit 2 weeks before the wedding date.

What if I have an out of town bridesmaid/groomsmen? Please click on the out of town measurements tab here on our website, then select bridesmaid or groomsmen for the measurements and information we need. You may submit your information online, email, call, fax or mail. We can ship bridesmaid dresses for additional charge.

When can we pickup our tuxedo rentals and when are they due back? Tuxedo rentals are ready the day before the event and are due back the day after the event. If a wedding or formal event is held on a Saturday, the rentals will be ready for pickup on Friday and due back on the Monday following before closing at 5:00p.m. We encourage all guys to try on tuxedos in store for perfect fitting. Last minute alterations can be made in store if needed.
